The warm welcome when you walk in store, room layouts, quality products, I could literally spend a day walking about in store!We are huge fans of Neptune paint, the emulsion in particular has a great consistency and is so easy to apply. It has amazing coverage and is super easy to wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. Also the price is in line with other major brands.

Just wanted to say that we are totally delighted with our new Kitchen, Utility Room and Cloakroom. Patsy, our designer, John our Installation Project Manager and the whole team at Neptune Cheltenham have been brilliant from start to finish. We first met with Patsy in the Cheltenham Showroom about 18 months ago and discussed our ideas with her, and she very quickly put her skills to the task and designed our dream kitchen. She very quickly became part of our life and family and whenever I had a query, or a change of colour, Patsy made it happen. Patsy’s attention to detail is amazing and then John came on board to manage the installation and he was there to liaise with our builder on any issues they had, and even the electrician regarding the wiring for our AGA and then he had day to day contact with our Installer, Toby who was a perfectionist with every detail. John was there on the end of the telephone whenever needed, which was good to know. The finished rooms look amazing and we are so happy and would like to thank everyone for their efforts, even the ladies in Neptune Cheltenham for helping us choose some new ‘bits and bobs’ for our rooms, and I’m sure we will be back in there soon. Thank you so much from us both John and Tracy.

Fabulous team in the York showroom that helped me choose the right tiles for my bathroom. Delivery team were lovely, speedy, and also very careful. Have used Neptune several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

I simply went in yesterday to purchase some drinking glasses and was served by two delightful ladies who provided the best six available in store. Such a positive experience, which is so missing generally in retail now. Well done!

The delivery man was absolutely outstanding! We were adding to our Chawton units and he stayed for several hours installing, touching up the paint and sorting out our tv wires. Could not have asked for more

Thank you to Patsy, John and the whole team at Cheltenham. Patsy our designer has been brilliant, understanding our needs well and creating a fabulous kitchen and utility design centred around our family lifestyle. Patsy has been wonderful to deal with, getting to know us (and our children!), always personable and reliable. Patsy has used her extensive experience and knowledge to guide us through the whole project from initial design concepts to final finishes, fabrics and lighting. John our installation project manager was highly professional, coming out to site at key stages in the build, meticulous on details, planning and collaborating closely with our builders. Toby our fitter delivered a top quality finish including the final paintwork. Our experience with Neptune from start to finish, including the whole teams focus on customer service, the design, project management and finished quality of their products has been excellent.

Ordered a rug, Website that if available it would be delivered in 5 days. After 3 days phoned and asked when it would be delivered. Person who answered said next Wednesday (day 9), would have been Monday but bank holiday. On 4th day Neptune phoned to say Thursday (day 10). Not possible for us to receive. Then told it would be Monday (day 7). It did not arrive, therefore cancelled my order. Money has been refunded. A chaotic organisation! Sort out website and provide personnel who know the facts.

Great company, always have a fantastic experience and we love their furniture. Todays delivery was by Nathan and Steve who had a calamity of things happen so were going to be late but kept us informed at all times. When they did get to us, they were still super helpful and cheerful even though they must have been exhausted. A credit to the Neptune team.

Flo and her team at Neptune in Cheltenham provided such a friendly and helpful service when I recently refurbished my sitting room. They were kind, patient and full of great ideas. After recently moving to a barn conversion we engaged with Neptune (Colchester) for a design and furnish service for our Living Room. Our designer, Danielle, did an amazing job, from the initial meeting to assess our likes and dislikes, visiting our home, producing a design and delivering a top quality outcome which has totally transformed the room. We had a great experience from ordering through to delivery. We were given good notice of day of delivery and then timing on the day.The delivery guys unpacked our mirror carefully and took the wrapping away with them. All in all, i’d definitely recommend Neptune to anyone.

I wanted to follow up on my Review of 28.04.23Despite many more Emails being exchange and at least 10 phone calls to Laura the customer experience manager my position is still unresolved.I have 2800. worth of rusty furniture. I am told I should not have a replacement as it will probably have the same issue. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This furniture was a gift from my daughters and I therefore do not want different furniture. I would have hope that Neptune would resolve any manufacturing issues and deliver furniture of a quality reflective of the amount the charge. Currently the quality is less than I have received from some budget store purchases.More disappointing is the fact that I have to constantly chase. No one at Neptune is pro active enough to resolve this issue.Hi AmyLaura and I have NOT agreed a resolution. When I finally got through to her yesterday after numerous attempts we talked through what would be acceptable options.I am still awaiting her decision on what she feels is agreeable to Neptune.My 5* outcome would be a replacement of the same set. Laura however implied that this could possibly lead to the same issue of rust, which quite honestly Im amazed at. I would hope that the batch my set came from was the exception in its poor quality and not the normal expectation!

Excellent and professional staff produced a kitchen design for us. We chose not to proceed however because of the hassle of getting our own plumber, electrician and Labour to strip out existing kitchen.

The delivery of sample paint came too late. When I asked Customer Service about this I had a really bad email follow up – which was a Sorry/ Not Sorry response. I suggest they significantly upgrade their customer information on delivery – the cost of products deserves much better support.

Today marks the second attempt to deliver a damaged chest of drawers. Damage and poor finishing in different places to the first attempt several weeks ago. I find this really disappointing that theres seemingly no kind of quality control to sign the pieces off before theyre shipped which I know the delivery drivers were once again embarrassed about. Third time lucky. Lets see.

Always a pleasure and a lovely experience to visit a Neptune store. Our most recent visit to the Colchester store was made very easy due to the Home Specialist and her amazing interior design skills and product knowledge.

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to do up their house to visit Neptune in Bury St Edmunds for inspiration and ideas. The Interior Design team have helped me enormously in doing up several rooms in my house – they are always pleased to offer help and advice without being too pushy. I have attended several of their Moodboard Workshops coming back with new ideas for the next room. I have taken friends along who have loved the Workshops too.

What was good: Easy to order paint sample pot online.What was not so good: It wasn’t possible to arrange next day delivery. Delivery estimated at 5 days but it took about 10 days to arrive.Because I needed the sample urgently, I drove over 100 miles to the Aberdeenshire store and bought another pot. The owner was very helpful and I was grateful for her colour advice.

Sample too over a week to arrive. Was not that happy with quality of paint. The consistency was thin and this effects coverage. So decided against purchasing.

Had a quick phone call an hour and a half before the shop was meant to shut. I was enquiring about your curtain and by the time I got to the shop I was able to see the display and pay for the fabric I wanted. Customer service was attentive and effective.

I came into the Colchester store in a panic looking for tester pots as I needed to choose my kitchen colour scheme that weekend. The Neptune team were so helpful and recommended I book a colour consultancy appointment. I was able to get an appointment the following day with Debbie who came to the house with samples and a wealth of knowledge and advice. She understood what I was trying to achieve and guided me towards a palette that I am really delighted with. I would highly recommend this new service especially if you are short on time or a little unsure of your own choices. Can’t thank Debbie enough for helping me out in a stressful situation.

Have recently bought several pieces of furniture and accessories for our home. The service we received from Neptune Knutsford and the delivery team was excellent. The team in Knutsford helped with our choice of furniture. The delivery guys found our secluded location and installed our purchases . The quality of the products is excellent

The design experience from Neptune Cambridge is a brilliant way to visualise your goal. Claire supported us every step of the way – including a visit to our home – to spec the designs for our dream kitchen. The output is a beautifully designed and printed folder of drawings, moodboards, designs and technical details. Would highly recommend.

Having previously purchased a number of items and had excellent service and having been very pleased with the quality of the furniture we wanted to purchase another item to match.We ordered what we believe to be a very expensive piece of furniture prices having increased dramatically over recent years.As we wanted to match the furniture we requested a different colour, and different knobs and hinges and these were confirmed on our order.We had poor communications fromthe store that were confusing between ordering and delivery.When the item was delivered it was the correct colour but the knobs and hinges were not what we had paid for, are on our order and are on the despatch note. I complained to the store and was told it would be sorted out but not for a week. I was asked my preference for a day between two the following week to resolve and opted for the Tuesday. The confirmation of delivery came though to confirm the Wednesday. I also confirmed I would like some compensation for inconvenience and aggravation and was told this would be considered I have not heard anything since. Also the email communication from the delivery/customer service team was poor.I have been really disappointed by the poor service and for the money you pay you have a right to expect more.
