There was a problem with supplies – no doubt due to Covid – which caused a considerable delay. However, the company were most apologetic and kept me informed as to progress . My lovely ottoman has finally arrived and the quality and finish is as always with Neptune, absolutely beautiful.

Staff within the showroom couldn’t have been more helpful and once ordered, delivery was within 10 days.The two delivery drivers were polite, super quick in putting the furniture together and took away packaging.

I pop into Neptune whenever I can get to Hailsham.I already have their Chichester kitchen, a couple of their dining tables, sideboard, consul tables and coffeetables. I can always find an excuse to buy their faux flowers, candles, soap etc and paint.I am always greeted with friendliness and politenessand the staff are unfailingly helpful,and always have an enjoyable visit.

I frequently pop into Neptune Bristol for a browse and the team are always friendly and welcoming. I was able to look around at my own pace without being pounced on and when I needed assistance, they were happily there to help. Eleanor helped me create the most beautiful bouquet. I will be back!

The staff in the Colchester shop were so helpful and phoned us the next day to confirm some details about the product and to confirm that it was in stock. We were kept informed about the delivery, both by phone and email, and the product was delivered professionally and on time.

Had to wait over 3 months for a mirror and still waiting for some plates and bowls that offered over 10 weeks agoDeliver by UPS was average lack of communication of delivery

I often pop into Neptune Cambridge on my way into the town centre! The ground the house is situated on are beautiful and the set up inside is something only people can dream of! The staff are always happy and helpful, pleased to welcome you in.Whether it be you’re looking for top end furniture or simply popping in to purchase a candle they are always happy to help!

I had ordered a bottle of table polish, so not a high value order. When I was out for the delivery, instead of leaving the parcel safely inside my flat block the carriers took it off to a shop at least half a mile away. It was most inconvenient for me to arrange a special journey to this shop, find parking etc. The reaction was quite disproportionate to the value of the item and caused me a nuisance.

We live in an old Welsh farmhouse with wobbly walls and uneven floors. Everything was designed beautifully, scribed perfectly to the walls, and when our renovation project took extra time and delays they were patient with both us and the project. Could not recommend this company, Rachel and Neil enough. Our kitchen fitter, Toby, was absolutely incredible and gave an unbelievably professional finish.

Delivery wait times are unacceptable . Waiting 4 months for a bed frame to be delivered , and 4 months for a foot stool – how can it take that long to make either of those items ? Personally I won’t be paying this sort of price for these wait times again . I’d be surprised if other customers would as well . I’m getting a bespoke made shaker kitchen from another supplier in less than this time . My last purchase from Neptune , overpriced in the round .

The baskets are great BUT if I could do basket making it would have been quicker to do so!! it has taken months to receive them from you.

Price increases went far beyond reflecting the increases in the cost of materials. Plain price gouging. We had spent thousands already and were happy to pay it for quality products but when we went back to get some additional items, your prices had gone up 60-70%! Will not buy from you again.

Went above and beyond expectations designing and fitting our dream kitchen. We felt all our requirements were listened to and our kitchen is beautiful. Excellent service. Helpful staff in the shop, and having placed an order the communication was great regarding the delivery. The delivery team were friendly and respectful, and handled the furniture with care. They unpacked, put the furniture where requested and took away the packaging. I would definitely go back to Neptune in the future.

Ordered 2 of the Harrington Carver chairs. Very expensive. We bought 2 last year, but needed 2 more. I noticed straight away the quality of the 2 delivered were not as good. The binding on the chairs are not as neat and there were some visible metal tacks/staples which hold the binding in place. As well as one large metal tack/staple on the seat itself which protrudes up. I shall have to hammer that one down myself. It has come to my attention that some of the products are made in China and not in the UK and I think this really shows.

Ive recently completed a home design experience with Jane, Bethan and the team at Bury St Edmunds. As soon as I arrived for my first consultation, I knew Id made the right decision in asking for Neptune to redesign our sitting room. Jane listened carefully to all of my likes and dislikes and gave helpful advice and great suggestions which instantly put me at ease.The design she created was exactly what I was hoping for.The order process was slick and easy, with Jane even helping to organise a decorator (Stuart – who was also brilliant!) when I couldnt find someone locally. On the day of installation, the lovely Nathan and Steve (delivery team) arrived on time as promised, and delivered all of the new furniture with great care, putting everything together beautifully.Jane had organised the curtain and blind fitter (which saved me from having to worry about it) who was kind enough to hang all of my new pictures and went above and beyond to complete the room perfectly.Janes incredible taste and attention to detail meant that she arrived not only with the rest of our order, but with some beautiful finishing touches which I wouldnt have chosen myself but now wouldnt be without.I cant recommend the service I received from Jane, Bethan and all of the associated trades involved in bringing our room together. I cant wait to do the next room now!Thanks again for all of your help

The reading showroom is gorgeous. Located in an old timber frame property on the A4 just outside reading heading towards Maidenhead. Plenty of parking. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.The layout is so well designed it’s great for inspiration. Also plenty of lovely items that can be bought off the shelf. It’s worth a visit.

Fabric detail is misleading. Says suitable for blinds but horizontal pattern repeat means you can’t use it as pattern is not symmetrical. Incredibly slow delivery time.

What a fantastic service at Neptune! We bought some beautiful garden furniture at Neptune about 18 months ago and unfortunately the table wore badly. I sent just one email and photo to Neptune and, to our great delight, they offered to replace it with a new table immediately. You cannot have better customer service than that! I would like to add that we have bought a few pieces of furniture in recent times and are thrilled with everything – all beautiful and made for longevity. Yes you pay a bit extra but I have no doubt we will still be using it all in 20 years+!

I just want to say what super service I experienced at the Chesham branch of Neptune on Friday, which these days is so often hard to come by. From the moment I walked through the door nothing was too much trouble and all my enquiries were answered immediately or researched on line. Emily and Jo helped me purchase some rather large items from the shop and then carried them out to my car, carefully loading them for me. I can thoroughly recommend Neptune at Chesham!

Huge decision buying these storage units as so expensive but thought I’d be safe with Neptune and they were exactly the right size . As soon as I bought them it said the delivery would be two months behind. When they finally were delivered I was only told they were arriving on the day and I couldn’t take time off work. When I got home, the delivery boxes were completely blocking the front-door and I had to get my neighbour to move them so I could open the front door!!!!. I complained and still haven’t heard anything two weeks later. For the huge expense this is really really disappointing. Wouldn’t buy from them again!!

Ive just got back from a lampshade making course at Neptune, Chichester taught by Jules from Haines Collection. Neptune was an incredibly relaxing and hospitable setting and Jules was a great teacher. Im delighted with my completed lampshade and intend to make many more.
