The customer service that I was given from start to delivery of my furniture was first class. Very helpful lady showing me suitable items in the Bath shop. Quick and efficient delivery information and follow up. Big shout out to the delivery men. They were lovely and took their shoes off before walking on the carpet, they gave me clear information on how to clean my oak and couldn’t do enough to help, they even put the console table in its new place for me and took all of the packaging away. Loving everything Neptune 😀

Absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish in your Fulham store from Rachel and Daniela. I’d had to return a stone lantern that had some cracked glass. Both these team members were wonderfully helpful kind and attentive !

I bought sheets, pillow cases and a quilt cover from Neptune, everything arrived within the predicted delivery period. The quality and design are excellent as expected. Very pleased with our purchase.

Beautiful ambience in the Bath Neptune showroom, showcasing some of their gorgeous homeware whilst Novel Wines told us about the lovely local produce. Maisie and Amber were excellent Neptune hosts! My husband (no previous Neptune experience) was bowled over by the whole evening and inspired to buy…a painting!!

What a fantastic evening. We got to learn and try delicious English wines in a lovely room decorated by all things Neptune! Thank you to the team who were amazingly friendly and sent emails ahead of time and I was able to let them know I’d be a little late.

Good quality goods, which came quickly and well packed. 4 stars rather than 5 because whenever I go on the website some of the items I would like to buy are not available often for weeks or months.

My parcel hasnt arrived.I checked the confirmation and it’s not myAddress on the shipping company confirmation, I had went to the house that it was posted to and they are saying they don’t have my parcel !

As always Neptune is a wonderful shop to browse around, full of beautiful and tempting items! I had two very nice ladies who helped me choose a lampshade for my lamp, which was delivered to the shop at a later date and I was informed of its arrival immediately.

I recently attended a group Design workshop at Neptune Bury St Edmunds with Gail. During the course of the two hours Gail helped me to create my own sample moodboard using beautiful samples from Neptune. I found the whole experience a wonderful insight into the world of interior design. I came away having made new friends and revitalised with ideas for my project

The dishwasher in our Neptune kitchen failed after a lot of years and a lot of use, so I contacted the Neptune Bury St Edmunds office to see if they could supply and fit a replacement. Connie was really helpful right from the first contact, she helped us find the right replacement and arranged for it to be installed. Steve arrvied exactly as planned for the installation and was super helpful and efficient, installing the new dishwasher, and leaving everything working and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for all your help and great service.

We have used Neptune for a number of year and always been happy but this time the cushions on all our garden furniture have horrible stains after some light drizzle from one day in the first week. A very unsympathetic and unhelpful and unfriendly response from customer service citing the care and cleaning guidelines, which even say light drizzle should be fine. After spending the best part of £10k on outdoor furniture we expected a far better product and nicer service.

Such helpful, friendly, welcoming and warm staff. They offered refreshments, advice about what we needed and options. They took such care and time with us, showing us alternatives online if pieces weren’t in store. We felt so looked after. We love visiting our Neptune – even browsing is such an enjoyable experience! We had our kitchen from Neptune last Autumn and it was and is still fantastic. The team in Chichester are amazing and couldnt have been more helpful and on hand throughout and after the process. The design process was excellent and Katie and Jo did a brilliant representation of what we would get and on installing on Ian was on hand to liaise with the builders and fitters to make sure it was perfect. The after care is second to none and even now if I have an issue they are available to help. The quality of the kitchen is top notch and it does everything they claim in the showroom.

Neptune are a pleasure to deal with, easy ordering, timescale for delivery met, and for the painted stool I ordered the delivery came with a matchpot of touch up paint in the same colour – unadvertised but very thoughtful. Beautifully made products.

I ordered a large mirror from Neptune and needed to rearrange the initial delivery date. Everything was handled perfectly and the delivery crew were excellent. It’s a joy to do business with this company.

Fantastic morning with Becky this morning. We watched her rustle up three lovely, delicious summer dishes which we then all sampled afterwards. Debs made it extra special by being very attentive supplying coffee and being very welcoming. Very informative and a lovely group. Definitely would go again. Visited Colchester store today such a warm welcome and lovely knowledgeable staff. Just the right level of service. Store clean and welcoming with beautiful room sets. Very high quality furniture had some of ours for several years now and still as good as new.

The quality of the furniture when it arrived matched our high expectations. The delivery staff could not have been more polite and helpful (in removing an old sofa to accommodate the new one being delivered as I had been unable to do that alone). We have now purchased 3 pieces of furniture from Neptune and are delighted with all of them in terms of quality and design.

Bought some flowers at the beginning of the year and some were not available until June. Products arrived as stated on time and very well packaged.

Really poor delivery. It took months and no notification of the time it would take at the date of purchase and the delivery company said it would deliver about 4 times and not turn up

The staff are always happy to help and advice. Love the shop and would love to be locked in. Every time I work in the fulham area I always pop in and come away with something. Love the Neptune bags too!!! Very stylish and elegant.

Ive always enjoyed creating our home interiors but when it came to updating our bedroom I turned to Neptune colour and design consultation to get it just right. It was a really enjoyable experience meeting Kathryn one of the designers at the Farnham store to discuss colours, furniture and fabrics. She really helped create a tranquil space by understanding my requirements and putting together ideas that worked wonderfully. Im so pleased with the end result and highly recommend this service.

2 fake olive branches took over a month to be delivered, when it arrived it came in the most enormous box , I understand you need to protect them but was it really necessary to come in a such a large box 130cm x 15cm approx ?

Nice quality item. Does take a while for orders to be delivered. Items are also on the more expensive side.

Lulworth pasta bowls in grey are fabulous.Great size and shape and not so rounded on the base as a lot of pasta bowls can be which is good.A beautiful soft colour and these have a tactile quality too, slightly rustic but elegant somehow.Love them !

Very flexible with our delivery dates as we had to change it a number of times and the delivery drivers were excellent.There is a slight damage, but Neptune took care of us and made the overall experience excellent

A beautiful piece of furniture and so well made.From purchase to delivery I was updated by telephone and was very impressed at the polite friendly person who called me.The delivery men were very polite and careful as they brought the furniture into the house and did not leave until all was ok they even polished the item.I will definitely buy from Neptune again.

Her ability to naturally understand a clients expectations and transpose these into solutions that look amazing is outstanding. We worked with Sophia Lemondine-Martin at the Bury St Edmunds store to design and plan our kitchen. She was excellent. The design looks good and is also very practical. I am really pleased with the outdoor Bistro table and two Harrington Carver chairs. Not only does the set look attractive but it is robust and comfortable. I attended the Lampshade Making for Beginners workshop held on the morning of 19th May. Had a great time, met some lovely people and were well and truly looked after by all at Neptune Chichester, which is no surprise as they are an amazing bunch very friendly and customer-driven. Jules from the Haines Collection ran the workshop with her expertise guiding us through the process with much patience and gave us an insight into how her company utilise surplus fabrics from the design industry. All materials for the course were included and we all went home with a professional looking lampshade. I think we were all amazed and delighted with the results. Thank you.

Neptune paint is the best quality and good choice of colours we have used . It is expensive but because of its quality most likely works out at better value overall

I ordered 4 sample paint pots which was simple to do, and they arrived promptly within a few days. However, having put 3 coats of each onto a piece of board the shades are different to the colour chart I sent for a few weeks earlier. So be very careful if ordering simply from the paint chart.

I attended the moodboard class on Saturday hosted by their designer Harriet. Harriet is full of knowledge and being around people that have a love for interior we were able to bounce off ideas. I love the Neptune vibe, being in their store is an inspiration in itself. Hoping they provide future home classes – manifesting this ??

Really nice quality woven pots nice muted perfect for my make-up table, it also didn’t arrive in miles of plastic – I liked that.
