Betfred use to be a good site but over the last year they have offered me promotions and never reward me with the free bet this has happen so many times, the only way I get rewarded it by leaving a review here. They can’t even be bothered to reply to emails. I won’t be deleting this review as this company has wasted so much of my time contacting them. Its not about the little free bet it’s about them being dishonest that bothers me the most.

Customer service is shockingCustomer service is shocking, the rewards scheme and bonuses are laughable, prices are competitive, if you’re looking for a lot of markets then Betfred is good. Customer loyalty and benefits isn’t a thing for them. It’s a shame- 1 example I spent of £800 on the slots and god no free spins or free bets.

I’ve been with betfrd since the start of last year.it was and I say was a good site to play on slots,this year it has been awful,I’m not a novice,been playing online slots for years,I always play £1 a spin,kept a track off my spending on this site the past couple of months,£45 each week,normally get back around £15 if I’m lucky on a slot that should be over 90 percent RTP but it pays out half that percentage every time,typical example tonight,£45put on,went 18 spins without a single win,did actually(finally) bring in free spins,which got me all excited,only to give me 10 feee spins which paid out £1.50! As a final warning to everyone who reads these posts. STAY AWAY FROM BETFRED’s FOBT’s. This company and their ‘unscrupulous’ boss Fred Done see these machines as some kind of ‘cash cow’. The only post I’m going to leave going forwards is this: The full details of whatever the GC tell me as regards everything they know and been provided with by their Testing Labs about these FOBT’s, particularly roulette, via an FOI. I’ll get it, even if I have to get the ICO involved. This spin bar is based on the ‘mathematics from the madhouse’. In the meantime, please just stay away. Yesterday I deposited £202.80 with Betfred online and finished yesterday slightly up on £233.03 however when I try to log on today under username limerick11 Betfred ignore my attempted log in completely they are now unlawfully holding on to my £233.03 even though I have emailed them repeatedly requesting that they refund my money immediately. I’ve been going in my local Aikman ave shop for 12 years over the last 18 months I’ve won about 5grand. They have decided I can now only bet sp now no prices or boosts. Definitely getting quite fed up with having to keep coming back here in an effort to have these cheats exposed.Today £20 deposit: game fishin frenzy *again*..goes as follows..over 160 spins for the first bonus (10p stake) don’t even want to test £2 gameplay you’ll be rinsed in seconds. So the first bonus after an absurd amount of spins plus the 16 baits it drops it in..10 free spins not one fisherman the payout 55p…pretty standard apparently with these lot! If I could I would give them 0 stars.So last week played 500£ and I dot in return 0 ofcourse but no surprise to be honest. What I was shocked is that from 500£ I got one bonus with 8,60£ in return. Can’t say Bet Fred have ever cheated me but customer service has fallen off a cliff in recent months. When I signed up there was a telephone helpline and an email address. The former ceased months ago, and now the email support address is using an automated reply telling you to use the awful (even by AI standards) online assistant or fill in an online form which they might reply to 48 hours later. When you want to know why you keep getting logged out every 10 mins (for ‘inactivity’ even though you’re very active) or why betting info you need to prepare for tomorrow is still not online at 8:30 in the evening it’s frustrating. If it was something more serious it could be very worrying. Not a first time I’m writing this not last one either so far Betfred is still unreliable as it was before. So far deposited on 3-5 months 2,861 managed to get back 1500 in a wins of 40-200 as this site wont allow u to win anything bigger than that. Not only they prevent you from winnings but as well if u for example withdraw a sum of any like 20 or 40 and try play after that u will loose all of them and lets say y would try to deposit several times u will loose loose loose loose time after time after time so there are no wins as u will be delt with pages reloads and some other phenomena in game like multiple game errors ect. It is to include the algorithm details, the £ amounts Betfred retained and recorded RTP over a set time period and more for each game. Whatever the GC end up telling me must be what the ‘regulation’ amounts to. It may take the ICO to force it out of them, but who knows. I may even send the results to a national newspaper and MP’s, gaming charities etc, as I think its all a con in reality. No-one can win over time. Not playing roulette in Betfred.I would strongly advise anyone to avoid playing these games in bookmakers like Betfred, or arcades. Remember also the extra edge(s). I won a bonus and the game didn’t load it. Even after sending proof of the game on a screenshot. They said they believed the 1st reel was still spinning. 2 things on this the 1st reel stops 1st as it was a 3 reel game. Even after saying this they then said they couldnt see me playing game at that time. So I have a look on my accounts t and shock it doesn’t let me load that day to show my games played. Terrible sportsbook, cash out feature never works its awful, the layout is terrible and much less convenient than other sites, the wait times for live chat are outrageous and the customer service is not helpful in the slightest.The casino is okay but lacks variety compared to other sites.I would spend my money elsewhere, Betfred is a terrible site/app to use in this day and age, its stuck in the past.
