Just a update to there responce from previous reviewJust wanted to say you are wrong with your responce ? Slot are not made like this they work around a system called a ramdon generated number rgn . Now this is the issue All of your slots that are hosted by BLUE PRINT GAMING are not what they are and this has been tested by myself over months of playing them They all have a rtp what is return to player from 93% to 96.5% so this is a house edge of 7% to 3.5% just to confirm this incase your maths is not so good every 100 pounds a BLUE PRINT GAMING SLOT it will have to give back to customers from 93 pounds to 96.50p so when you are playing them slots and you are landing nothing on them for months and months now thats called thieft as your slots are clearly not performing as they should and with some of blue print gaming slots being over 10 years old ? When was they tested last and beyond more how would we the customer know we can not see this at all so when you tell me our slots are fair and they are regulated how would you know when they was tested last you only work for Betfred you dont work testing slots or do you work in computer coding at all No disrespect to your self you only work here and you are only speaking from a well rehurst chat script. But honestly ask your self this how would you know that your slots are fair and they are giving the correct return to player ? Great offer deposit £10 to get £50 free bets but the Betfred app is the worse I have ever used. Trying to use your free bets is complicated, still have £20 to use but every time I try to place a bet it keeps requesting for me to deposit more funds. I’ll stick with Bet365 better odds and easy to use.

Betfred closed and retained my funds earlier this week. Having complained, I was informed by Ellie in complaints that they reserved the right to withhold my funds but agreed to transfer an amount of £300. I am still looking to protest this, however, to-date, the £300 is still to be transferred and my follow up emails have been ignored.I find it highly suspicions that my account was only closed following a string of successful bets (horse racing) over a period of 2-3 weeks or so. No action had been taken against my account prior to this.

This is my unhelpful response I keep getting, they say I’ve took the complaint to there next department, but then tell me I need to do it again. Do not use this company you won’t ever get any big money back from them! Lots of slot games that I’ve never saw before so lots to keep you amused. At the end of the day though, you may as well just open your window and throw your money out. There is only EVER one winner here and that’s Betfred. Another £50 lost today, cheers. Bonus rounds are rare and when they do appear you don’t get much. I can take it on the chin, fair enough, I can handle it. Doesn’t mean it’s nice. I don’t know who wins on these games but one things for sure it’s never me. Game stability is also an issue, often being kicked out mid way through games. I would not recommend Betfred casino.
