Straight scam for new customer deal. I opted into the bet $5 for $150 deal and then still had to activate it within my settings in a very conspicious spot. Since I had opted in I didn’t think this would be necessary, and didn’t even think about it, then proceeded to not get the new customer deal. Make sure you go through the labyrinth that is their app to ensure you have the new deal active even if you opted in. Good way for them to ensure two bets out of a new user.

I had zero issues depositing money , as soon as i made a few dollars , I reached my betting limit , no warning or message letting me know. I’ve tried taking my money out and now it’s an issue. I don’t know what’s happened at bet 365 but One thing I do know. No mater what time, what day, what stake, what slot game. I can not get any win greater than my deposits in on there slot games. Its just spin after spin with no win hardly. When a feature does drop after taking nearly 60%of your deposit the feature win is extremely low beyond nothing like I’ve seen before. Trash juice. Once I had 600$ saved up from betting wins they said I can’t withdraw because my name was spelled one letter off by mistake from my id. Disgraceful scammers. When you win they refuse to pay you. When they cause an error they refuse to pay you. They also have in their rules that they can CHANGE your bet receipt to a losing bet when it won, And you won’t notice unless you take a screenshot of your bet every time. Which i did and proved, they said it is allowed under their rules. Your bets are NEVER safe, especially big wins.

I had a bet on a football match and wanted to cash out. The app was glitching and wouldn’t allow me to cash out. I contacted bet365 agent and asked them to cash out for me because of the reasons I had stated.They refused to do so and in the mean time 15 minutes AFTER a contacted an agent my bet went down.The agent informed that failed cash outs was not the responsibility of bet365 and so I.would have to accept the loss. Logged in after 3-4 years absence. Got PERMA-banned 1-2 hours later with ZERO explanations and I hadn’t even placed any bets or transferred any money to use. I was set up with an agent during this years super bowl (2023). Everything was explained to me by him and I agreed. I personally, place multiple sports bets across many sports. So after about 8 months, I finally have back to back winning weeks, and now my agent locked my account and is refusing to pay the money. I always payed what I owed on all my loses and was on time each week. This was never an issue until this week when I got up 6.4k. He started accusing me of multiple logins at one time and stating he is not paying anymore and locked my account. I would advise anyone to be setup through them. To be ghosted like that is completely unprofessional especially after I have been nothing but a loyal customer. Just joined bet365 . Deposited 10 pound qs soon as I deposited I got booted out the account and every time I try to log in it says I’ve entered wrong details. Requested a code to change the password and password changed then exactly the same problem . 4 requests later and still saying its wrong. So basically let you deposit then they lock you out the account . I will be contacting my bank

After lengthy hours chatting with the responsible gambling team on Bet365 and endless questioning; which felt like an interrogation. Over two days talking to around 8 people. On one occasion I was left waiting in chat for 90 minutes, even though Mawgan said not much longer to wait. I eventually got to the core why my account were restricted? They informed me one day I had spent 16 hour continuously gambling on Bet365. I said I may have not logged out. They replied no you were placing bets continuously for 16 hours. I told them why do I need self exclusion when I enjoy gambling and it not an issue for me? Christopher repeatedly tried getting me to agree to self exclusion. I informed him it is a tad tedious and boring now and you have no intention of lifting restrictions. I informed him that I wanted delete my account, but they do not permanently delete accounts. Their only get you to self exclude or block you. It should be mandatory that the account should be permanently deleted along with all information and personal details. I discovered that it is a tactic used to get you self exclude. Self exclusions must be brownie points for them off the gambling commission.I deposited ten pound per day and only gambled in pennies. I informed chat host I imagine you not target the gamblers that gamble thousands or hassle them? It is revenue for them. It the little gamblers their targeting to force into self exclusion to produce statistics to the gambling commission who regulates them. It looks good for them by targeting small gamblers and producing monthly statistics to the gambling commission, If you get a message if Bet365 requesting you contact responsible gambling team. You can be assured their will try force you into self exclusion. It is all a political game of control for them to produce monthly statistics to keep their gaming license clean. Gamblers Beware!

They had what I thought was a very generous new player offer giving away essentially $100, but now I realize that they could’ve given away $1,000,000 and it wouldn’t have mattered because the money is impossible to withdrawal.

Due to their technical problem on 3 October I couldn’t cash out 550€ bet although I had already put automated cash out still nothing. Tried to communicate with their customer service and they were sending me automated answers and cheap excuses. Same thing happened during the WC Final which is twice a “coincidence”. I tried singing up with bet365 and it didn’t work. I emailed them and I was told I was not allowed to play on there site. All I did was sign up as a regular customer and they said management made a decision that I could not open an account. This makes NO sense at all. I’m shocked.

I have used bet365 for years and to be fair it has been good, had some big wins on the footy and never a problem. Put an in play bet on tonight and they were offering me £75 to cash out for a £20 stake. Took screenshots so evidence that the app had a glitch showing the wrong score until the end of the game and therefore I couldn’t cash out. They admitted they had a glitch but said tough, you don’t get even your stake back. I’ve closed account permanently and won’t be going back. Will use a competitor instead.

If I could give it a zero then I would have. Tried to cash out even though it was only £200 but the Man U v Galatasary game stayed at 2-2 at 95mins due to a glitch, PSV ended up getting a draw which gubbed the coupon, spoke to customer services and they don’t want to know, closed my account but still absolutely raging, avoid at all costs!!! Someone must of been on a big win tonight as the site ironically went down. I was on 2 bets one for 667 pound the other was for 286 pound. I tried to cash 58 pound out and was working fine until I tried to cash out then bam it goes down. It’s disgusting and you never see this with other sites. My husband opened an acct and put 50 on it Last week. After making zero bets and only a few days after opening the acct he received an e mail to say his acct was closed due to nature of his business effective immediately. After live chat with a bet365 person the only way I could get the 50 back was to give all my banking info not refund the visa he had used. Not going to happen. I will not give my bank info to them. STAY AWAY from this site. Rip off! They have our 50 and closed acct for zero reason.

Do not trust them. We did put in money, made some bets and then all of the sudden they closed our account saying it was suspicious activity. But they would not tell me what was suspicious, maybe because I was winning?????
