I’ve been using bet365 for a couple of years, maybe longer and I can genuinely say that I’ve never won anymore than a few pound. The biggest wins I’ve ever had are around £3-£7 it’s never been exciting. Squealin riches is one of my favourite games and I play it on other sites too but I really do notice how different the gameplay is on bet365. It’s extremely poor compared to everywhere else. I have now permanently closed my account and I will never make a deposit on there again.

My 2 stars are just because they paid me without much trouble. But they haven’t changed a bit, once you make a buck or two they’ll kick you out almost immediately.I guess they had been doing this since this company was created, but it’s waaaay worse now. Instead of improving their platform and make it better suited for their business model, they just get rid of their costumers. Not very wise IMO.They had the potential to become the world’s most powerful sportsbook if hadn’t chosen such a miserable path. Maybe that’s why it’s for sale.

This site is still utterly atrocious and always has been! Payouts are absolutely pathetic!! £100 in deposits…50p play..TWO bonuses of fishin frenzy JPK. First bonus was 15 free games no fishermen £1.50 return the second 10 free games and collected a measly £1 pay line and again no fish. After that 28 teases 15 with the scatters landing on the first two reels and missing the last 3 every single time. And then done money depleted. It is an outright scandal. She turns over insane amounts of money annually because the games are highly tampered with! Feel sorry for those who try the £2 stake..the gameplay must be stale as a rotting flipflop and probably costs hundred for pennies in return. Promotions are non existent it’s just all round garbage. Hope she gets her site banned although she’ll still be living the life of a thief with 100s of millions the corrupt cheat. P.S the jackpot king baited 4 times and never landed 👍 could live to 1000 years old the 1 million will still be there.

After enjoying the site at first, I started to win money and my account was suspended. The excuse given was that I was ‘playing too much’They refused to lower my deposit limit as a solution and told me my account would be suspended for 6 months. Unprofessional customer support. All because I was winning money. So I closed this account and enjoyed the many other gaming sites found online.

Never win on 365 anymore, had a few decent wins in the past, then I lowered my deposit limit because I was depositing more frequently and wanted to be more responsible, ever since I lowered my limit I’ve won absolutely nothing, in fact I don’t think I’ve made a single withdrawal since. I don’t expect to win all the time but damn, it feels like my account has been flagged on their system not to win, all seems very dodgy.

Useless customer service, I wanted to find out why my account was restricted and some incompetent person, who had NO CLUE sat there could give me no information, then I was told the decision was made by some kind of relevant team, I asked for CONTACT to relevant team, vote quotation of some paragraph as a response. I think that relevant team don’t even exist. Waste of time and people who sit there are incompetent and they know NOTHING

Spending so much time opening an account and they block you right after without giving any reason. I asked their chat twice and they just closed the chat without giving any reason. Do yourself a favour. Open an account in stoiximan if you are located in cyprus or greece.

I signed up with them years ago and just recently tried to login. I was put through to their live chat where I was told I had failed the verification process due to an issue with my driver’s license and would not be allowed to reactivate my account and this issue could not be resolved. The chat support person told me this was decided by the relevant department and their decision was final with no chance of a compromise. I have never experienced such vague, unwelcoming and unhelpful customer service such as this. I’d hate to think how difficult and neglectful they would be to customers when money is involved. If they can’t show customers any respect at the door they certainly wouldn’t in the store

Pls don’t trust this gambling company. Lots of unethical business practice going on. They monitor your account. They let you win first but as soon as you take their bait, you wont realized they already robbed you. Whatever you gonna do, change games or change the timing, any day any time, your account is filtered within there system NOT to win anymore. There draws promotion offer is questionable. My wife and I tried to place our first bet with no success.She was blocked with no explanation and I was allowed in but technology issues prevented playing, made me lose a lot of time and let’s see if money is recovered.Their technology is so poor, so is their customer service.

Lighting fast withdrawals if you manage ro get a win, the reason for the 1 star review is its pretty obvious when playing they manipulate the frequency of bonus features happening, a dirty trick in my opinion which a lot of uk based sites are doing now like corals,ladbrokes etc.

I joined the poker sight first couple of days was fantastic no surprises no unusual bad beats very normal but suddenly after couple days things changed in one day I had over 100 files of unbelievable Drew’s things that never happen in live games I send them the files and asked them to see if it’s normal and closed my account. Been frozen out of my account. For no apparent reason. Been told i have to wait for a phone call. From there team of people. Been waiting for over 24 hours now. Got back in touch with them through live chat. Which i was told they are busy. And the call will still come. Can’t close my account or withdraw my funds. Which by the way us only £97. If your a First Nations person who ha mental health, and say this stupid site puts a restriction on your account because of your mental health. Bet365 has stolen money from me. I made an account, which passed verification. Made a deposit a few days later with a credit card and noticed I had to use a debit card in order to withdraw to. Remind you, I still haven’t made any bets at this point. So a day later, I deposited 1000.00 dollars with my debit card. An hour later, they suspended my account due to “verification.” They are asking for ID, photo with ID, and bank statements. I do not feel comfortable in sending all that information. I have asked them just to reverse or refund the original card but have denied and stated that they will not. Told them I don’t care about betting, that I would show proof that I own the card to get my money back but still will not cooperate. Not for sure how they are legal allow to do this. STAY AWAY!!

what a joke of a system, the app goes down along with the website, deposited for the game tonight which starts in 30min, can’t access anything to place my bet, rang up to see what is going on and to be told it can take up to 1hr to resolve, asked if i can withdraw my money to place on another platform just to be told no and it is what it is, absolute joke. don’t gamble with this company, use sportsbet.

My review is for Bet365 Ontario. When the app was handled by the UK it was a much better platform. The cashouts were fair, you were allowed to edit bets, you could auto cashout. Once it was taken over by Ontario everything changed and it really is a complete ripoff. You can no longer edit your bets, once you place a bet they provide a cashout that is less than the value of your bet, if you have a 10 pick parlay and 9 of the 10 have won they are offering a 30% cashout;it should be 90% cashout. You can no longer auto cashout either. Like I said a complete ripoff. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I wanted to bet on champions league, and after I deposited my money, it needed verification, which is understandable. I gave all the information required, passport, driving license, ID card, utility bill and phone bill, yet here 15 hours later, I’m not verified. I tried to withdraw my deposit, but then they needed a postal verification which is stated in the bills I sent them, but a costumers service agent told be it could take up to 28 days.So I didn’t get to bet, and I still can’t use the platform, and maybe in 28 days time I can get my money back.I highly recommend you find another platform as this is highly laughable

They questioned the amount I was betting even though I had a separate betting bank, I was being questioned via chat for hours during which they froze my account. in the end I said do you want me to close my account with you as this is getting ridiculous and they just agreed and just shut my account down. Go to Betfair this will never happen, better place market’s ect with them. Will never go back to bet 365 again.

Shocking customer service and rude emails. Threats to close your account with a substantial amount of money in there. I complained via email and all they did was send the same email again and repeat the rudeness. I withdrew all my funds and I suggest using another betting provider.

You will be limited if you start making money. Worst site I have ever dealt with. They also falsely advertise a no sweat for 1000.00 dollars. But when you try to place a bet, they will deny it and approve like 200 dollars. So you don’t even get to use your entire no sweat. This sportbook, I believe, needs to be investigated

Worst experience ever!Trying to create an account here seems impossible. I understand that people need to be thoroughly verified and totally agree with that. But… My account was verified, yay, you can play. Great. Deposit of 20 Euro. Awesome! Now my account is blocked because my last name on my bank account is spelled with a Y and on my passport it is spelled with IJ. In the Netherlands that is not a big deal. But ok, I get it. Now, I would like my 20 Euro back and close my account. But they need a bank statement for that. I don’t want to give my bank statement to just anyone. There is no explanation why they can’t just reimburse my 20 Euro.

Been with these guys since 2017ish. Have always been steady and have come a long way. The thing i admire the most is the LIGHTNING fast withdrawals available. I mean you get ur withdrawal within 1-2 hours versus other places. They have great promotions running all the time and usually you get a chance to participate.
