Another con site that is quick to take thousands in deposits but as soon as you win and wish to withdraw , even with a verified account, nothing. All of a sudden there are new processes being introduced to avoid paying out.

What a horrible app. Was placing a bet and the odds changed and many times i accepted the change and bet goes though. This time I hit the button a few times and no action ONLY to have the bet i was going to place pay off. Customer supports response was don’t care bet wasn’t placed, no compensation no nothing for all the time I’ve played on this APP. Horrible service

Firstly, I had to leave a 1 star to proceed. Far from a 1 star experience. It all started with a legitimate “bet builder” on their app. It was a winning bet but bet365 stated it wasn’t and gave the most ridiculous reasons, kept moving the goal posts and hiding behind “inaccurately” reported stats from Opta and PA. They insinuated that I was angling for a payout when I complained (I was not and just wanted to be treated fairly), said that they don’t pay out good will gestures. When I pushed it, they TWICE offered separate good will gestures (signs that they were in the wrong and hoping I would jump at their offers) It was all a matter of principle for me at this point. The complaint was then sent to eCogra (just as bad of an experience) for further investigation, who in the end agreed with bet365 even though I submitted extensive evidence and tv footage to support my case. Again this all fell on deaf ears. I do really have alot to say about both Bet365 and eCogra but I am conscious of any potential repercussions if I do but had to leave this experience. 0 star from both parties involved.

Apparently a place bet no longer includes 3rd, they refused to pay. Lucky I found out within 1 hour this place is a farce.

Not also do you need good luck to win you also need it to receive your money. If your bank isn’t listed on their extremely small list of banks then they will not pay you. Although they can take money from your bank thats not listed on their list, they just wont give it to you when you win. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bet365 will not allow me to withdraw funds from my account because they do not recognize my bank for wire transfer. This is despite the fact they have taken money from Interac and Credit Cards from the same bank.They will take your money and have no issues telling you cannot get it back unless you open up an account at a bank that is approved by them.

Awful to their own customers and very sus!!!Used them for years and all of a sudden banned. You’ll see a lot of this on their app reviews. They robotically tell you there’s nothing they can do and that they won’t be looking in to it further! Who wants a sportsbook who bans you for winning?!

Ok for sports betting but don’t bother gambling on slots or the online casino. Never have won anything, gone hundreds of dollars without winning a single payout. I know casinos are in the business of making money but after reading the reviews Its not an isolated thing.

The my bets tab glitched and wouldn’t let me on for a whole day, couldn’t cash any of my bets resulting in me loosing a lot of money, the support tech was no help at all and it took a very long time to get connected with someone. Horrible app, try steer away from it

Took me to the cleaners. Done 800 quid and got a feature on fishing frenzy and won 6 quid, what a joke. Skybet and MrQ are much better, at least you get decent wins 2-3k and if you deposit a few hundred you do get a chance to win it back. Avoid this site at all costs.

I’m not sure Bet365 are getting their Responsible Gambling pursuits correct because instead of going after people properly chasing losses and putting in regular sums day after day, they’re going after people actually using their responsible gambling tools to control their gambling. I had my account shut down today because apparently using the ‘Take a Break’ feature was a red flag! They asked me if I ever used it because I thought I’d used my account excessively – isn’t that the whole point of the feature?! Anyway, apparently using this tool is a bad thing and the low-paid advisor guy who clearly had a flowchart to follow and wasn’t interested in understanding how I control things said his recommendation was self-exclusion, but that it was my decision – when I said if it was my decision I didn’t want that, he just said in that case my account was permanently closed! Horrible deception and really not nice to feel judged and not listened to at any stage. I’ll just go elsewhere because I know that things aren’t a problem for me – I just liked using the tools to keep things that way!

This site is a 100% scam. Made my first deposit of $20 here and over the course of 3 weeks I ran it up to over $500 getting lucky on a few parlays. Did my first withdraw and account immediately got banned, no explanation, no reason just a “we no longer wish to accept customers business email, and account has been permanentlybanned” email. What a scumbag company.

I think an overall rating of 1.3 out of 5 clearly states it all!! Steer clear from this corrupt website. Sports are ok to put bets on but do not for the life of you go on the casino or slots. I’ve never had any wins or one payout off these vermin should be closed down dead spin after dead spin no payouts rarely any bonuses and if you do get a bonus your extremely lucky to get £1 and that is not a joke serious and honest review here they ought to be closed down and put out of business there is no chance at all for the players to win anything off here trying to get blood from a stone trying to make any profit from these snakes corrupted and defective games beyond belief I will be closing down my account and trying other websites that actually now and again give you a bit of a chance avoid!!

Warning, Don’t play with these people. They are scammers. I joined the site on 09/21/2025. Made a 20.00 deposit. Placed a few bets on NFL. Lost! They give me the 200.00 promotion. Placed several more bets using the promotional funds. Won 1160.00. All of sudden my account was restricted and then terminated with no explanation.

I placed a $5 multi-leg parlay with +4000 odds. Every leg but 1, won and the last leg “pushed”. The bet literally said “push” on that leg, however they settled it as a loss overall. Trash company…

This company must be avoided at all costs. I used to tink they were the best. Now the worst. A few months ago they delayed settlement of a winning bet when the result was all over the media. Eventually they gave me A £50 free bet when a supervisor called me and said he did not understand the delay in settlement. They have constantly messaged me with regard to deposits and had the phone call from them. I told them time and again that I was comfortably off but they didn’t listen and harassed the life out of me. A few weeks ago after placing a £6 bet@2/1 a winner. On the same day settled as a loser. I got in touch with live chat who said it would take 9 hours to sort out and would be reviewed by THEIR SPECIALIST SETTLEMENT TEAM. More about them to folllow. The next day I got an e mail from one of their agents stating that the bet had been wait for it VALIDATED AS A LOSER. I got onto live chat again and told them again my bet was a winner sending evidence. After waiting 2.5 days the bet was eventually settled as a winner. Sending 4 e mails in regard to this bet I received a call from their responsible gambling team who had restricted my account causing me to try to place a bet which would have won me £35.00. This guy told me I had lost £9 a day over around a month. I told him 2 pints of beer and I have spent £20+ on treats for myself that day. I was not happy and lost the plot.I had told this company time and again about my financial situation but they clearly are so thick they did not understand. On Monday I placed 2 in play bets on a cricket game.The event I had bet on was completed at 13.30 and 1 of the bets was settled promptly but the other was unsettled after 3 hrs. Now this company send you messages when you have had too many deposits yet they had failed to settle a bet returning me £100. I was fuming and again my account was suspended and I got the call from Ricardo re responsible gambling. Both these responsible gambling men told me they understood my frustrastion they clearly did not. Since then my account has been closed yet I had an e mail from bet 365 saying this was not about my financial situation. Well what the hell are they doing bothering you so often. One last thing I took £250 off this company getting someone to place a bet for me. They said this was to be advised against. If they are so keen to contatct people re responsible gambling what are they doing advertising their business world wide through various channels. They have taken the fun out of my life and the pleasure I have. Avoid this company at all costs as they fail to understand what you are telling them. The responsible gambling team are all idiots and their Customer Service agents know nothing about Sport. Denise Coates take note. Pat Cooney take note. Bet £3.65 once the best are now useless.
