Bet365 used to be one of the best bookmakers around , offering a wide range of markets, fast payouts, and a smooth verification process. Sadly, that’s no longer the case.Now, as soon as you open an account, they treat you like you’re trying to win millions from them. The verification process has become unnecessarily aggressive, and even when you comply, they still restrict your account within a day or two of use. It feels like they’re looking for any excuse to shut you down.Their markets are often suspended during crucial betting moments, and placing a bet takes far too long , by the time you’re done, the odds may have changed or the market is gone entirely.If you try to resolve anything over the phone, expect to be on hold for hours, only to be passed around with no solution. It’s more frustrating than helpful a real waste of time.Many people join Bet365 for a bit of fun and casual betting, but they’ve made the experience completely miserable. The enjoyment is gone.In my opinion, Paddy Power and some of the newer bookmakers offer a much better overall experience quicker, fairer, and without treating every customer like a risk to their business.Bet365 may advertise everywhere, but the reality doesn’t live up to the hype. Right now, they’re not worth a penny to play with.

This company is only ok for sports betting or any other live form of gambling, but dont you dare try to play slots after a sports win, because they will take all your profits with bonuses paying very little or zero. Warning, Don’t play with these people. They are scammers. I joined the site on 09/21/2025. Made a 20.00 deposit. Placed a few bets on NFL. Lost! They give me the 200.00 promotion. Placed several more bets using the promotional funds. Won 1160.00. All of sudden my account was restricted and then terminated with no explanation.

I placed a $5 multi-leg parlay with +4000 odds. Every leg but 1, won and the last leg “pushed”. The bet literally said “push” on that leg, however they settled it as a loss overall. Trash company…

This company must be avoided at all costs. I used to tink they were the best. Now the worst. A few months ago they delayed settlement of a winning bet when the result was all over the media. Eventually they gave me A £50 free bet when a supervisor called me and said he did not understand the delay in settlement. They have constantly messaged me with regard to deposits and had the phone call from them. I told them time and again that I was comfortably off but they didn’t listen and harassed the life out of me. A few weeks ago after placing a £6 bet@2/1 a winner. On the same day settled as a loser. I got in touch with live chat who said it would take 9 hours to sort out and would be reviewed by THEIR SPECIALIST SETTLEMENT TEAM. More about them to folllow. The next day I got an e mail from one of their agents stating that the bet had been wait for it VALIDATED AS A LOSER. I got onto live chat again and told them again my bet was a winner sending evidence. After waiting 2.5 days the bet was eventually settled as a winner. Sending 4 e mails in regard to this bet I received a call from their responsible gambling team who had restricted my account causing me to try to place a bet which would have won me £35.00. This guy told me I had lost £9 a day over around a month. I told him 2 pints of beer and I have spent £20+ on treats for myself that day. I was not happy and lost the plot.I had told this company time and again about my financial situation but they clearly are so thick they did not understand. On Monday I placed 2 in play bets on a cricket game.The event I had bet on was completed at 13.30 and 1 of the bets was settled promptly but the other was unsettled after 3 hrs. Now this company send you messages when you have had too many deposits yet they had failed to settle a bet returning me £100. I was fuming and again my account was suspended and I got the call from Ricardo re responsible gambling. Both these responsible gambling men told me they understood my frustrastion they clearly did not. Since then my account has been closed yet I had an e mail from bet 365 saying this was not about my financial situation. Well what the hell are they doing bothering you so often. One last thing I took £250 off this company getting someone to place a bet for me. They said this was to be advised against. If they are so keen to contatct people re responsible gambling what are they doing advertising their business world wide through various channels. They have taken the fun out of my life and the pleasure I have. Avoid this company at all costs as they fail to understand what you are telling them. The responsible gambling team are all idiots and their Customer Service agents know nothing about Sport. Denise Coates take note. Pat Cooney take note. Bet £3.65 once the best are now useless.

Advertised an “instant” Apple Pay withdrawal. It’s been over 24 hours and still nothing. When I chased them up, their customer support was useless. They just kept repeating that their “payments team” hadn’t processed it yet, with no reason why. Then they just end the chat on you without even solving the problem. Are they sleeping on the job? Get my money sent and I’m never using Bet365 again. Avoid if you actually want your winnings.

I’m absolutely furious with Bet365. My account was restricted without any reason given. I asked why and their support staff could not tell me. I asked how long it would take to fix and was explicitly told “24 hours.” That promise was made 7 days ago — SEVEN DAYS — and nothing has happened: no updates, no explanation, no timeline, no escalation.This is unacceptable. They’ve frozen my access and left me in the dark while holding my funds and my account. For a company of this size to show this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shameful. Do not trust Bet365 with your account or money if you expect basic communication and accountability. I demand immediate reinstatement or a full explanation and refund of any inaccessible funds — otherwise I will escalate this complaint to the relevant gambling regulator and my bank.Shocking customer service. Been on the site for a month. Has lots of free games to play on horse racing and football. 2-0 up and your bet wins at football. Site is great However deposited 1.5k and zero withdrawals. Whats worse is not a single upswing more than the feature or free spins pays. Won a poker tournament tonight £600 and immediately £600 of dead spins on the casino. Too predictable. Have used them for a long time. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Winning bets not paid out, so have to check everything. Email link doesn’t work but the last straw was when my account balance went from £9.50 in credit to 42p in debit. There is no way of checking the balances that they read off so just as easy to use a new bet firm.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. This company is completely woke. Restricted my account I phoned and spent an hour waiting to get them on the line. Then got an email to ring them up as they need to talk to me about my account again 40 minutes in a call to get told they are offering me a self exclusion I said who do you think you are telling me what to do I’m nearly 40 years old. They then said well In that case we need to shut down your account. Could have told me that in an email instead of having me call an already busy line to make it even more busy. I enjoy a little flutter every now and then, some games are great but most have awful payouts, some games don’t work properly, raised issues unfortunately don’t get answers or there is always a clause that isn’t in your favour. High DAILY Deposits are needed for any good wins. Not many freebies or spin specials never payout anything….. “Reels roll on by the bonuses” 😥 Fantasy football is impossible to win even if they are free to enter. Was traveling through Ohio and thought I would try Bet 365. Upon trying to sign up, it continued to not work. Called and spoke with a live person. The games are great but they dont pay out as lets say they ‘Used’ too atleast for me. And I can now loose alot of money fast if not careful. The scene is much more competitive than it was and individual slot game developers/programmers are probably saddened that the player is not getting enrichment and decent gameplay, reviews here speak volumes . I quit all online slots 6months ago due to the low payouts i suggest you do the same if not enjoying. Alot has changed in the nature of many of the games and more complex animations and carrots dangling which is not indicative of a win or bonus coming and is for animation purp only.
