Awful support system. I’ve probably input some wrong information regarding new account to be verified. The customer support took an age to respond and i was eventually told my account is permanently suspended by review by management. She told me no further information despite that I requested this and to speak to someone else. On my reply, I will proceed to submit complaints, she responded to connect me with a superior. Then an automatic message came up with almost the same response I got before. Absolutely dreadful experience and a waste of time. Im pretty sure an actual answer could have been said, at least from a different site, but bet365 aren’t worth the hassle! If they want to be so secretive about my own account why should anyone want to give them the benefit of using and trusting these people when they’re it comes to withdrawing winnings? Please do not use bet365.

Everything in this site is very strange, you can be on a hot game were it hits pretty regularly and out of the blue the game goes wacky to the point it has to be deleted and redownloaded you have to reinstall. Can’t get any answers from the company except that I have a gambling problem. ( ok that’s not an answer) but this is what I was told because I like to play but if I complain about there screwy site or manipulation of the site an I say that because it happens all the time. It took me awhile too figure out that they do this when a game starts to hit alittle to much,so when you redownload the site its a completely different game. I know it’s a random numbers but why is the game play changing because of it, it’s really hard to explained but the game play definitely changes. You would thing the game would play randomly were you left off but that’s not the case when it dose this, unfortunately it’s a completely different game just like you moved to the next machine if you can understand what I mean. Most people that play casino games can be labeled as a gambler that’s cool but this has nothing to do with me it’s your site that needs to be looked at real hard something’s not right. I was today playing game Coins of Fury. At 03.00 AM I won 176 Swiss francs. I made pay-out about 150 on my credit Card. Money was momentarily away from my user account, and still there was 25 Francs to play. In the morning I saw that they didn’t payed but they took 150 Francs from my Credit Card. They have taken 150 Fr from my Credit Card and also this 150 Fr from my user account. When I tried to contact them….they have send me link to go for Live Chat….but that is automatic service with no possibilities to ask for real. That is classic robbery. They allowed me to deposit with Revolut. I won some money and then tried to withdraw it but they won’t allow withdrawls to Revolut apparently. I don’t have other banking options. So now they have been holding my money for 1 year. Incredible. I don’t know how its even legal

Absolutely awful company. The RTP on the slots are dreadful, over 700 spins and no profit, no other company is this bad. Abysmal promotions, they give nothing back so no incentive for the customers. I think the fact that they don’t reply to any of the complaints on here tell you all you need to know about how they feel about loyal customers. You’re all just cash cows. After the suspension expired, I wanted to play again. However, when I clicked on a game, it was not possible to play, so I contacted support and was told to wait another 24 hours. After that time, it still didn’t work, and I was again told to wait 24 hours. After this second waiting period, it appeared as if I could play, so I deposited €50. But once the funds were on my account, I was again unable to play. To make matters even worse, I was also unable to withdraw the money. When I contacted support again, I was once more told to wait. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer.

There bet 365 flyer game by pragmatic play is the worst scam out there . This game is supposed to be live . I make wagers and your supposed to fly until you cash out . 5 times in a row I was up flying and I went to cash out and at the exact time I cash out button lagged for a bit then it would fly away not allowing you to win ..I can see this happening once but not 5 times In a row . It’s impossible to win I have played this game for hours and hours waiting for th plane to make bigger gains to as soon as you increase your bet size anything over 20$ th plane will fly away with in 0 seconds ..it’s really weird cause the plane will be flying high 7 times in a row when we soon as you increase your bet boom money gone . If I can give it 0 stars I would . Been on this betting app for 5 years . Treated them really good untill over the last year been playing on there casino no word of a lie everytime I would put on money I would never win nothing it would be straight down . I told them about how come I never win nothing when you tell them this they will transfer you to responsible gambling and suspend your account then tell you they take there products seriously and the return to player . They do this to cover there ass . Since your now suspended you got to answer a series of questions basically telling them you can afford what your losing . They do this to cover there ass for never letting you win nothing they say it’s to make sure your ok with them taking all your money . And if you say anything negative about the ammount of money your not winning good luck getting your account back last 2 months I popped in 12 grand on ther casino betting 1-3 dollars and to think you would win enough to withdrawl no nothing only money you can withdraw is all the money it drained from you and what you got left . Unreal , thought got hacked , talked to customer support like 10 times , gave all my information multiple times ,kept dropping my live chat sessions, they said they would call me and never did . Very disappointed after thinking I got hacked was unsettling and for customer service to treat me like that was brutal.

Firstly, I have noted that Bet365 has a Trustpilot rating of only 1.3. I think that some people have been overgenerous with their reviews. I have had my account closed, and they have flatly refused to give me a reason why. I am appalled that this bookmaker is allowed to continue trading and that the regulator has not stepped in. They are the most unprofessional business that I have ever had dealings with.

I’ve used bet365 for many years now usually with minimal problems, but yesterday I placed a bet on the Liverpool v athletico club friendly game on a own goal to be scored, in which it was a own goal by the goal keeper,I logged into my account expecting my winnings to be in but nothing, I checked my bets and they settled as a loss, so I checked all opta statistics sites for the results and all of which stated there was a own goal scored, so I contacted bet365 regarding this and there said there was no own goal scored even when I showed them all the evidence of the own goal they still blind refused to pay my bet out, there excuse was there went off of the Liverpool fc website commentary and said it was a none own goal in which there said it was Ben doaks goal in the 42min, he did not score or even shoot on target. He crossed in the ball in which there said it keeper clawed it into his own goal I seen the game, it’s disgusting how there can even deny this was a own goal, basically it your word against there’s if they decide not to pay you out. I’m launching a formal complaint to IBAS and gambling committee against them for unfair decision il post back when I get any further information on this matter.

I been on bet 365 for 5 years and for 7 straight months I win 200 they take a 1000 or 2000 back recently lost 12 grand in 2 months on there casino . Messaged them about why is my return to player so shitty . They came back and sent me to the responsible gambling department to try to close my account after robbing me . They told me my return to player was 89 percent and was lower then normal . So that’s what they do if you complain about the retrun to player they will cover there ass my putting a hold on your account to go to answer a bunch of questions about if you got control of your gambling so you can’t say later that your return to player is shit . No transparency or accountability. I have been a customer for many many years but after winning three consecutive Superboosts (a promotion they offer to general public) they have restricted my promotions/boost offers to £1 maximum bet. Customer service tell you they do not know the reason why and the Trading Team that make the decision are non contactable. There is also no escalation, appeal or complaint process. My account is in negative for the year so I really do not understand . Why would you offer Superboosts that if they win you then end up punishing the customer? Will take my business elsewhere though unfortunately I know they will not give a hoot.

I tried to place a 3 team same game parlay right before game time for $605 bet365 computer did not let me place the bet it said that the pick did not change the odds when the pick should have change the odds I went to college so I can count. Bet 365 is not a professional gambling establishment and they did not even give me a bonus bet for this issue so that I would be a happy customer. Bet365 is worst than the other sportsbooks I never had this issue with Betmgm or ceasers sportsbook. I would not recommend this site to anyone they are unprofessional and it appears that they are involved in lying and fraudulent activities!

So it’s a strange situation. Signed up about a week ago. Lost a bunch of money as you do. Actually hit something and tried to withdraw it (£1.1k). Went to upload verification ID (drivers licence photo). Photo rejected for ‘manipulation’ (BS of course). Asked customer support and told my account failed negative verification checks and would be closed with no right of appeal. No please upload again or please try another ID just straight up blocked.Now here’s the best part, they still sent me the money. I failed the checks but they sent me the full total anyway? Yeah ok. You’d be breaking regulator rules to just pay out after a failed verification. This means one thing. It’s a load of crap. They simply didn’t like that I wasn’t a big losing player and actually withdrew winnings and decided to blacklist me instead. Obviously paid out because they realised they’d get in trouble if I reported them to regulators and it was actually investigated.My point is, while the site might be genuine the practices they use are dodgy and wrong. If you’re not a big loser they don’t want you.

One of the best betting sites out there. Generally good odds, some great offers, fast withdrawal of money. I only encounter a couple of issues during my time there and customer service was helpful in solving them at a timely manner.That said, be advised that if you win somewhat regularly they will eventually take actions like limiting the amount you can bet and excluding you from offers. I’m only taking 1 star out for this since unfortunately this is pretty much standard practice in the industry. They did make it impossible for me to continue using their services after less than a year due to limiting but i was still able to take my profits so all is good.

Terrible experience on a sports bet . They marked one of my winning bets as a loser so it made my whole entire parlay invalid. Meanwhile all my other games are winning and this one was supposed to be marked as a winner so I would’ve been able to cash out hundreds of dollars and when I contacted them they agreed but it took them three hours to change it and by then I didn’t have the cash out option so I got screwed for hundreds of dollars that I could’ve cashed out if they would’ve marked the bat correctly in the first place . I did nothing wrong. It was all their fault yet they still refuse to do anything.

The live casino is fun but the crash games are extremely buggy and seem rigged.The betting system feels clunky and when cashing out it has a slight delay. A few times I cashed out and half a second later it crashes and the game still doesn’t register that I clicked cash out. I lots an 80 bet due to the game being clunky and slow.Wouldn’t recommend.
