Joined on the basis the I get 4 free £10 deposits if I bet £10. Put bet on but free deposit not shown. Apparently I should have opted in to get free deposit. Not explained or shown anywhere. Had an account with them for 5 years or so.. never had issue before until today.. revieved an email saying my account is restricted from promotions.. have a deposit limit of 100 a month and wwwkly loss of 10.. I bet £10 on Lewis Hamilton to WIN the Belgium grand prix and was disappointed when George Russell won. On Monday morning Ì noticed that Russell had been disqualified and Hamilton promoted to first, so I went to William hill to collect my winnings and was told that Russell is still classed as winning the race.What a rip off. We won a football bet and the game was 2-1 and my selection was over 2.5 goals. Went to collect winnings and William hill had voided the bet due to it being 4 x 30 minutes. Never had this issue with any other bookmakers. Reported to gambling commission for.malpracrice and theft.
