First time I’ve used them. Had few grand national bets, lost more than I won. So withdrew £28. Still not had funds 15 days later. All they say is they paid it. My bank says no they haven’t and Boylesport give me an ARN number that my bank doesn’t even know about. Good job it wasn’t a big win. Never using them again. Customer service is rubbish.

My experience with Boyles (games) has always been positive. The range of slots and bingo is good and the payouts are very fair. Obviously I don't always win (!) but when I do, withdrawals are usually in my bank the same or next day. And I've even had a couple of wager free bonuses just dropped into my account, which were lovely surprises! I've only used customer services once, and the agent was helpful and professional. I am a happy customer!

joined boyle to put a bet on the grand notional , for me and my family. put it on , didn't win . thought nothing of it . then had a notification on credit watch. saying boyle betting , had done a credit search on me . i'm going to contact the fca . as i did not ask for credit , nor authorised a search . WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT. hopefully this company is not going to defraud me . by using my personal info, what i set up the account with. gdpr also goes out the window . who do you think you are

SAME DAY WITHDRAWAL - NO CHANCE. My withdrawal is still pending after 36hours. I get asked to wait patiently, if i did i would be waiting alot longer, as when i contacted customer support i was told i need to supy proof of address (fair enough, this is normal), i asked them if that was - they said yes. I contact them again and asked what the issue is (its meant to be 2-12 withdrawal!), i got told nothing i just have to wait and be patient. Im an impatient person, so i contacted them again to then be told - they need my bank statement, and it would not be done without this, if i didnt contact them I wouldnt have known!! I supplied this straight away and my deposit is still pending 6 hours later!! I don't understand how they can advertise same day withdrawals??

I opened an account last night and made deposits of £500,£1000 and £1000. I then started winning and finished off withdrawing £4000 about midnight. This morning I received an email requesting photos of Passport,Recent utility bill and the card I used to fund the account. I sent this over about 7am this morning. About 12pm I called to ask for progress report.The person I spoke to said all my documents looked in order and he would chase it up. I received payment in 5 minutes!!!! Excellent site!!!

Bad customer service, managers that will not make call backs, bad in play betting markets, inferior early prices and they have stopped giving people account loyalty quoting accounts as ineligible for 30days for a bonus... After I made a deposit, I have not touch it and done anything, the next thing I was told they restricted my account for no reason. When I asked someone named Shella, she told me this decision is not reversible and that's all she can tell me. If you are interested in BoyleSports, DON"T!

Well Boyle sports this will be very interesting when I shut you down. Conor mckeever biggest snake of them all meant to be player safety but can’t even spell his own name no doubt yet pick up the phone. Run by children who have no care in the world! Good website & app but opaque T&Cs, designed to catch you out make BoyleSport only for those not wanting any offers or simple betting where the odds are poor. Unhelpful support who just hide behind the small print, I would advise people to go elsewhere.

They are a complete liability, I'm constantly reading people awaiting withdrawals, several people have gone through a Barrister or a Lawyer to receive their withdrawal which they hold from you - completely illegal. In all my years on gambling this has been a question a lot of people have been asking on “how to get a fixed match? Luckily for me I found one on Instagram by the name EDDY_TIPS. I have worked with him for over 8months now which I have never for once regret ever doing such, I quite from my well paid job because of the winnings I recorded with him which made me what I am today , I call him eddy and for sure he is a through testimony.. happy Christmas to you all!!

Just self excluded from here for the longest time possible.. 5 year do not play here will zap your money in mins and I play lowest stakes never hit bonus and have never withdrew either 🤬🤬 horrible site!
