Shop betting with Boylesports is better (safer) than online. They advertise all these promotions but for some of them, for you too get is like finding a needle in a haystack. Just a very dishonest and miserable firm here especially online with there in play betting. If you like in play betting Skybet is far fairer and speedier as Boylesports online they literally take the biscuit when trying too get a bet on in play, like Basketball for an example. Also there odds for horse specials and other sport specials pay smaller than the actual prices where you done them singularly together. They are a law onto themselves but get away with it🥲

Beware!!! In just two days of joining, they already reneged on their joining offer of "Bet £10 Get £30 in Free Bets". Apparently, this"mobile exclusive" means that it doesn't matter if you signed up on a mobile or placed up to £90 in bets. NO. It means that your exact qualifying bet must have been placed on mobile. By the way, the customer service reps interpreted this for me as "Bet £30 Get £15 in Free Bets". Not as catchy, is it?

THIS IS BOYLESPORTS. Promos for days. But exclusions on technicalities, EVEN ON A JOINING OFFER. That early!

And their customer service is the worst.

This is the most corrupt site ever, they will take your money no problem, I do my lotto in the shop mostly, but did it on line during lock down,mostly just a couple of euro, but hate not doing my numbers, so I have gpay and my debit card,on site, so ok I won just a couple of hundred euro,so I was withdrawn the cash into the card, that they had all the details, plus allowed me use to deposit, for months, suddenly they send email stating they wanted a picture of the back of my card, the same card I used all along, now I have made over 25 phone calls emails texted on Facebook,the guys in the Boyle sport shop called on 4 or 5 occasions, I cant put the money back in my boylesport account to take out in shop, they send emails with different bull not one of over 20 of their customer service had any idea what the hell to do, it will be in tomorrow this evening 24 hours, it's been over a month,

Like one of the previous posts, I am baffled by their behaviour. I signed up on their "make a bet get a free bet" offer, for Euro 2020 and lost the bets.

I made 5 other football bets on Euro 2020, including a "risk free" option they offered me. I won two and lost three.

So, overall I won two bets and lost 5.

Then I had an email telling me that:

"After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our Fon-A-Bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on your account will also be made unavailable."

So, what I can do is pretty restricted! Their email also says:

"This decision has been made after careful consideration and will not be overturned."

So I am not going to waste my time contacting them like their replies to other less than positive posts suggests. My position is:

"There are a shed load of other bookies out there, so I will move to one of them. This decision has been made after their lack of consideration and will not be overturned."

I now wish I'd read some of the other reviews before signing up!
Only signed up under the premise of a risk free bet on every England game. Unfortunately I missed the email notifying me that my account had been restricted (only 2 weeks after registering, having not even won a bet!) and so lost out on the £10 "risk free" bet I unknowingly placed, as well as having the other £10 credit available on my account taken off me!
How a company can retain any customers behaving like this is absolutely baffling, and while I feel like it's clearly false advertising stating that customers get a "risk free bet on every England game", it's not worth going down a rabbit hole to try and get £10 back.
Hopefully some of you will read this review before signing up and being abused as a customer by this disgraceful company!

Had a absolute nightmare recently regarding being able to withdraw money from my account. But after a quick call to customer services and chatting to brian. the guys were super helpful and got me sorted in no time at all. Very impressed with the support staff as no matter how silly the question they are always happy to help

BoyleSports was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $10003 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

I've had an account for a few months and recently I won a few bets, not a lot of money, but just lucky wins as I bet on the team with the biggest odds. I had under £80 in my account and received a message from them saying my account is restricted.

They actually put in the message that any bonuses I've earned have been removed. I believe that this makes the contract unfair and therefore I will be reporting them to the Gambling Commission, Trading standards and the Advertising Standards Agency.

You can't trust a bookie that reduces the odds if you are placing an accumulator!
Try it yourself. For instant if u place a 100 bet at even money as a single bet you get 200 back… Place those again at an even money bet… You get 400 back!
Now do this as 2 fold bet at any bookie and the winnings are the same…
But at boylesport? Accumulators yield less than than placing single bets manually

£10 no lose England bet, ive not won one or have I won on the free bet but they still ban you, seems the offers are a con to get you to sign up, This company needs to have there licence taken away

I signed up for the account at the start of the euros. Won £70 and then they banned my account with the free bets they offered at the start up unable to be used.

Would not recommend this company as I went for the offer of 3x£10 bets I qualified for them and placed a £20 e/W bet on a horse , my return was £3 as Boyle Sports do not return the stake money. This is not mentioned in the Sunday mail advert or not explained clearly , I do concede that is does state this in the T&Cs however the information on the newspaper advert is what I relied upon .I feel with this type of advert it should clearly state the main conditions in large type face as they do for the incentives to register on the site .

Offered a free 'no-lose' bet for which I should receive an equivalent stake as a free bet if it lost.

5 minutes after placing this bet, I was informed my account was now banned from any such promotions and any outstanding promotions have been removed.

Never have I experienced such a terrible bookmakers, customer service of no help, don't waste your time and money here.

Placed around 10 bets with BoyleSports, a mixture of wins and losses. Ended up positive by £10 and received an email and text message confirming my account had been restricted.

Went on live chat to ask whether my one open bet would still be valid for a promotion if it was to lose, was confirmed my account had been 'restricted' half an hour before placing that bet meaning it wasn't valid.

Asked for proof of this as I had received the email and text at a completely different time to what was quoted by the live chat, and this 'wasn't possible'. Also wouldn't void the bet out of a goodwill gesture claiming it wasn't possible, however a quick Google search shows that it has been done for others in a similar position.

Avoid Boyle at all costs, any time you make a smidge of money out of them, your account will be restricted.

Signed up a per the welcome offer, made use of the promotions and placed a few bets. Won a few bets only to be emailed saying now the account isn't eligible for promotions, also free bets removed that were credited prior to this decision. No explanation given either.

Having played at this for a few years now, used to win but now I seem to win a small amount and every time I try get a bigger win and higher the stakes the games and casino games just take, never seen a decent win. I've been banned from goodwill gestures and free bets, I used to receive a £20 cash bonus every few months but haven't had anything for my loyalty since December now, I deposit at least £500 a month & been doing this for a long time. If this site's wants to keep customers, show some loyaly for all I've deposited and shown my loyalty. Please give some back in return or I'll be closing my account

Definitely one of the worst online betting/casino place if you want to withdraw your winning. Process taken ages but quick and no problem deposit your money to their account. Customer service are useless and unhelpful and most of them don’t even know anything whatsoever. Still waiting for my withdrawal which show as pending for almost 2 weeks. Avoid. Will going to close my account after this and back to Paddy Power.

Joined as a new customer after seeing offer bet £10 and get £30 in free bets once your bet settles. Put £10 on England to beat Croatia first game of the Euros and didn't receive anything. Avoid, they seem to just want new punters in to fleece with offers that don't work on the app.

Good site. Not much in bonuses or loyalty rewards. Basic betting. Never any issues with deposit or withdrawal. Customer service prompt and helpful. Could do with rewarding customers but if its just basic betting with no extras your after then it's perfect for that. Better out there but its not the worst.

Not all bad..I have had plenty of wins on the site. I have not had no issue withdrawing usually the same day. However, my issue is they have loyalty levels and on their own website it has a section with an image of what each level gets in rewards.
I managed to get to Diamond level which is the top level, apparently this includes such rewards as 10% cashback and double loyalty points on a Monday – only even though it is on the website when I questioned why I never recieved any cashback I was told this no longer exists. So basically being a Diamond level player means no more than being a bronze.
No rewards, no cashback not many promos – not a lot of reason to entice you to want to play especially when they lie on the site.

One thing I know about gambling is following the right part and for sure you will make your daily winnings. I got a message that my account was restricted. Called them and lady told me she does not see any restriction.
I put the bet 2 weeks later using their no-lose bet promo on the app, and after I lost they told me my account was restricted so promotion was not available to me…
So I lost the money on the bet, because they misinformed me on their customer service line and they did not want to take ownership of this.
Avoid at all cost.

When it comes to whitdrawing you're funds, boylesports makes excuses and doesn't process you're whitdrawel. Stay well away from this company and Ipoker. They are scammers, fraudsters who keep you're money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! STAY AWAY!!
