Went in my local shop today to play a FOBT. After losing circa £500 the manager approached me to ask some questions, that’s fine. He says I’ve triggered an alert, fine that’s not new to me I play big. However he advised me that there is a second alert which I was approaching at which point I would be barred from playing until I had completed KYC documents. This effectively limited my playing ability and made me extremely stressed, aware that I had a limited window in which to play. I asked why had I not been advised of this before I started playing since I wouldn’t have played at all, he told me that they were not allowed. I asked what is the value of the second trigger, he wouldn’t tell me, denying me the opportunity to make a proper decision. I asked where is it advertised that you may be told to leave a machine until you have completed KYC? There was no visible signage, I have pictures to prove it.Boylesports have effectively misled me into a position where I have lost money I would not have done if they had been upfront about their conditions of play. I simply would not have played if I knew they would behave like this. And worse they dress it up as responsible gambling when effectively they have shafted me. They let me play and lose and then said nah you can’t play anymore, we are keeping your money though. Absolute shambles trying to say they are protecting people. They caused me distress and anxiety.

Been playing trophy fish for a while and invested into the game on this day. I raised my stakes and feature popped up but game frozen. Usually I sign out clear cache and restart but on this occasion kept saying try again later. After several attempts over different days still wouldn’t load up. Contact customer service and was told clear cache use a different phone etc which I did and still nothing. Complaint put in and still no acknowledgement from them but on chat with them they say they will be in touch. Game is a scam and I’m sure boylesport know it. TROPHY FISH stay away from it.

Cheltenham around the corner and was looking for a nice bonus offer. Signed up and deposited and bet £10 on odds over evens. Lost but hey. Waited for my bonus! Apparently I don’t qualify because I deposited using PayPal !! But it’s says you do qualify in there tcs but they won’t except it! Scam to get money before the gold cup. Kwiff are good though!

So I placed a £10 bet and was supposed to receive £20 in free bets, I received no free bets and when contacting the live chat I was told it was due to a shared IP address which cannot be correct as I am 100% sure this is completely false, essentially what it seems is they real customers in with this sign up offer with absolutely 0% chance of actually giving this to the customer, also contacted live chat with several agents and were very unhelpful in helping me resolve this matter, I was planning on placing bets with this bookie for a while due to having good odds but not now after the terrible experience I have had.

I made the grave mistake of signing up for BoyleSports through an affiliate link, which deceitfully promised a £30 sign-up offer. What followed was a nightmare. It took an agonising three weeks to gain access to my account, thanks to the complete radio silence from their security team. After an eternity on live chat, I finally managed to log in, only to find that my bets were never credited. The reason? I had the misfortune of signing up through an affiliate link. It appears BoyleSports pays these affiliates to peddle false promises, knowing full well they won’t deliver. This is not just false advertising; it’s a scam of the highest order. BoyleSports is a company that clearly has no qualms about deceiving its customers. Avoid them like the plague. Their business model seems to rely on misleading people and then blaming it on the affiliates. Unbelievable incompetence and dishonesty. **DO NOT TRUST BOYLESPORTS**.

I’ve been with these for a while now. I don’t think theyr a bad site I just wouldn’t rate them great. U do get the odd win but most weeks is a loss. The site itself is extremely glitchy. Often having to log put & back on again several times which disturbs ur play. U can’t enjoy it properly logging in & out finding ur game waiting for it to load only for it to crash again 3 mins later & having to start all over again. My biggest issue here is even if ur with this site for years.. trying to get a free bonus is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone. They will NOT give u a bonus. “Unfortunately ur account is not eligible for any bonuses & will not be anytime in the near future or the next 30 days” or something along those lines.. The site should be a little kinder to loyal customers by throwing them the odd bonus from time to time but no they will not give u anything free. I’ve been contemplating closing my account for a while but I’m not a big player here i only play once a week.. so yeah not a bad site, just not a great site neither.

Terrible company I opened my account in August 2024 everything was fine deposited and withdrew money plenty of times. Just Friday there the 21st February 2025 had been betting on lottery and playing slots as normal, then went into a game said account blocked. Tried to place a bet said account suspended. Received an email saying I had to call as account suspended as they had been trying to contact me with regards to safer gambling. Gave them a call explained why I had spent more than normal was due to some wins on the lottery. They said they would pass this onto the relevant team. Then got a email back saying I need to supply bank statements and wage slips. Currently there is still 172.25 in my account which they won’t let me withdraw without providing these documents. They did not request these documents until 4.02pm on the 21st of February. So basically they say in there terms and conditions that at any time they can request documentation. Fair enough but in my eyes they hadn’t requested any documentation from me until Friday 21st February 2025 at 4.02pm and they suspended my account around 2.30pm so basically the money in my account should be issued to me and not withheld. The live chat are rude and cut you off. They do not answer your questions, they said to me this is your last warning(this is not very professional to be giving customers warnings) I genuinely don’t know why this was said I was perfectly nice and just want to know why they are withholding money that I rightfully won, they also said I keep repeating things this is also untrue I would really advise not to bet with this company because when you look at the terms and conditions they can do what they have done to me. In the terms and conditions there is also there complaints procedure and they do not follow this correctly. Anyway who knows if I’ll ever get my 172.25 but if I’m just one person and they do this to lots of people I would say this is legally wrong. I’m waiting to hear from them as I have complained I don’t hold much hope from this though. So will need to take to outside Boylesports. And also I did explain I had an account with bet365 that was restricted but was still able to withdraw any money I had. So please do not bet with them as they will try to keep your money.

I saw in my promotions a Cheltenham weekly promotion where everyday you have to place certain bet types all 10 pounds per day If you do this every week you get bets for Cheltenham festival in march You also receive free bets every week if you complete all the qualifying bets per day The 1 st week I completed every required bets and following Monday I received a free bet and on the Tuesday as well. I also received a message in my inbox everyday to update my progress. So obviously I was accepted for this promotion The 2 Nd week I completed all the qualifying bets and low and behold no sign of free bets on the Monday Contacted customer service who blatantly told me rudely I was not entitled to this promotion. Welcome offer is a scam. They will not pay out bonus as of a ‘shared IP address’. Same old story, wish i checked the reviews before signing up! They will not offer any proof that there is a shared IP because there isnt one and they just dont want to give out free bets but will happily take your deposit without mentioning a shared account/IP. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY BELOW LIKE THEY HAVE SORTED IT OUT!

Site is often very slow, which means that putting on a bet is frustrating and I have found myself missing out on bets because of this (some I would have won, others I would have lost, but on average I would have been up money….not often you can say that with a bookie!!) Apart from that, they’re like most other gambling sites.

Scam site. Been playing slots here a long time to nothing at allIv never had a win over 1 pounds on slots and iv played slots here quite some sessions. Free bet offer is a scamUsed paypal for my first deposit which i shouldnt have but if you try again by depositting via debit card your no longer eligible for free bet. Even though T’s and C’s dont state the bonus is only available on first bet. It states that an eligible bet must be placed within 30 days of opening. Frustating and dissapointing that Ts and Cs arent adhered to by this company

I was informed by an agent via telephone they would look to process my withdrawal sooner they spoken with the finance team they said it be sorted shortly . However still waiting despite Me explaining I can’t access my phone in America and I can’t access the siteTo track the progress . I wrote a review earlier and deleted it because of the email I received after the review.So my experience was short after a few months of playing I managed to win a few times and without giving a reason my account was blocked…. Do not respect customers and as such customer service is very poor. After sending an email yesterday and receiving an automated email response denoting a reply within 12 hours, 30 hours on and i am still waiting. One of the reasons for raising concern included examples of bets being referred. Placed £5 @ 6/4 and bet was referred to trader?! Clearly have no time for service and respect for customers. Edit: I have received an email from a supervisor still sticking to the fact I didn’t follow the terms and conditions of the welcome offer (I Did) and that there’s nothing basically they can do about my disatisfaction with all I have mentioned. I will update with any further developments…I find the website great but the customer service is appalling, if you contact them on live chat they just want to wrap it up as quick as possible with copy and paste answers. Promotions are terrible for valued customers, actually they’re non existent. If they actually put effort into their customer satisfaction they would be one of the biggest in the industry, shame because everything else is good. Was never given my welcome free bets either due to using a “prepaid card” even though it’s a debit card and bank account but apparently they can’t help it as it comes through as a prepaid card even though it’s a MasterCard debit,I’ve even had bank transfer withdrawal from them so it makes no sense. I don’t feel valued at all and I love and frequently use them daily it’s a real shame.

So I used to vouch for these being a good site when I won £2500 off slots nearly 2 years ago they paid it out but a couple days later I had a phone call off them asking a series of questions, since the call they stopped paying out and even when I get 2 scatters you clearly see the reels stop quicker with the 3rd scatter coming half way then bouncing off screen! Clearly they have stopped my account from winning anything worth winning since the big win but I still fall for it! It’s got to the point where I’m now only £70 up on life time net deposits so after winning the 2.5k they have took £2430 back off me! They will ignore messages and will probably come out with false reply to this message aswell! I’ve got screen recordings of the games with the reels being forced to stop can clearly see it happen as it don’t do it any other time just when about to get close to winning! I’ve found other well known sites/shops to pay out a hell of a lot better with not recieving dodgy phone calls to then be stopped from winning anything worth winning! Illegal tactics employed by Boylesports, which I will be making an official complaint about to the Gambling Commission. They offered a sign up offer to win €30 worth of free bets. Once my initial qualifying bet had settled, they restricted me from placing any bets with them. My free bets, which I had qualified for prior to any restrictions, therefore cannot be used. According to the Gambling Commission, this is illegal. Copied below from the Gambling Commission website:”Do not enforce (or seek to enforce) any Account Restriction against a consumer who has, prior to such Account Restriction being notified to them, made one or more qualifying bets in respect of a Free Bet Promotion, where enforcing such an Account Restriction would:a. affect the consumer’s ability: to receive any of the free bets, or the full expected value of any of the free bets, from that Free Bet Promotion, having placed all the necessary qualifying bets to receive any of the free bets, or the full value of any of the free bets, to which they would be entitled upon placing the remaining qualifying bets required by that Free Bet Promotion to complete any Wagering Requirements associated with that Free Bet Promotion.b. materially affect the consumer’s ability to complete the qualifying bets required by that Free Bet Promotion.”
