This absolute disgrace if company should be taken off the market and not allowed to trade.they took £300 from me without a message or a warning then out of the blue I hit a deposit limit.now a deposit limit of £300 they put this in place without any consulting with myself and decided it was time to stop my account mid flow .Claire from customer service in Dundalk immediately rang me and took some details she said she would look into this and call me back . another lie I contact live chat this morning to find out what’s going on and they have decided to close my account without any notice. I am taking this as high as I can even if I’m out of pocket to take this to court I will make sure that this crowd don’t get away with these tactics .. disgraceful.

I opened an account because of an introductory offer which was not honored and customer service did not provide a valid reason why I did not qualify. I was not treated like a valuable potential customer. Avoid this company as there are many better options out there.

My account was closed (Because I won 3800 euro from 20 euro deposit in casino). But they didn’t withdraw money that I have in bonus games. It was more than 2k euros. I gave them correct time, when I got this bonus games.I was talking with BS chat customers. They told that there is no freespins on my account and I never have 2k euro on my balance.

If I could give these 0 stars I would I gamble a lot mainly on slots 230 euros in 2 weeks they took off me and not even a free bet nothing to show for it there’s a promotion that says bet 50 get 1p with your boylesports card and then they tell me I didn’t qualify for the offer which clearly states anyone who bets qualifies I deleted my account with these jokers don’t bet with them I would recommend Paddy power to anyone way better also other than the 230 I lost with boylesports I have lost way more then that also the shop was placing in shop bets on my account around 13 of them they said it was a tagged bet or something they lie and rob people’s money and place bets on your account without even telling you then eventually remove the bets they placed

Taking far to long for withdrawals lately normally within 2-12 hours for fast funds withdrawals as stated but got to ring customer service and get processed that way don’t know why taken so long lately gone downhill in my view as was good service.

I think you can’t withdraw with PayPal until you make at least one deposit with PayPal, it would be helpful if you could explain this to customer’s,, thank you

Betting site is fine , although the cash outs in football could be fairer. For example you offer a cash out when the bet is either losing or about to lose and more often or not when my bets are either up or looking like winning the cash out disappears.

I believe that it is the only betting site that offers best odds guaranteed the day before the racing card takes place, obviously York Ascot and other major events such as the grand national etc will give odds prior to the race, but don’t get caught up in anti post betting where if your horse doesn’t run you don’t get your money back so be careful, boylesports I believe will return your original stake as a non runner unlike most other betting companies

Have been waiting for over 8 weeks for Boyle sport to contact me in resolving a withdrawal.Played multiple bets on a football that won. Boyle sports completed the bet, payed my account, successfully submitted 2k withdrawal, the next day reversed the closed bets to ‘open’ and withdrawal transaction has disappeared. Still waiting for my money / contact. Even rang customer support and live chat twice – completely useless and said it’s with finance department who we cannot put you through too and we cannot see an update. Chats closed and call hung up on me

Not always the best odds, but no bookmaker always has the best odds all the time, but their promotions are second to none. From Epic odds on the football to money back as a free bet if 2nd to the Fav on the hores and dogs. They also have best odds guaranteed on all UK and Irish races, which some bookmakers have now stopped doing at certain meetings and races.If I could give more stars I would.
