They are ok taking your money and offering these fancy cash out apps. But cash out is never available, so what is the point in doing a bet with them if you are a better that likes to cash out.

as a betting site its good if you want to play the slots avoid it at all cost the RTP is ridiculous,the length of time just to get a bonus seems to be 20+minutes each time with awful returns each time an example i wagered £144.40 to get a bonus it paid me 56p another i wagered £36.80 i got £1.14 in return,again as a football betting site its well laid out the odds are decent but the withdrawl time seems a little slow so 3/5 is a fair rating

Been with this company for a while,not the best at paying out. You have to be on their backs to get your withdrawal. If you play the free games the prizes are credited the next day…but beware they don’t always credit you with them saying you didn’t accept them or there’s nothing at their end to say you won them. Even when I screenshot when I won stuff they still didn’t pay out..disgusting and a disgrace to gambling sites.

If I could give this casino a zero I would. If your games are regulated please explain why I’ve put over £200 and never won nothing? I never get a bonus and the spins are no more than 30p tops.. I recommend you closing down the site until you sort out the problem and stop bleeding people dry !!

Re,my previous review with Boylesports, I was asked to email Boylesports in regards to my earlier review,this I did,what a waste of time,Just git reply from them,saying all games regulated,etc,did not acknowledge my point in that in many games that if there is an error it voids all payouts,etc,if games are 100% why would there be this excusion, waste of my time replying to that email.

Avoid Avoid playing Slingo Starburst. I just played its unbelievable, its a 10p game ,I lost £69.14pI lost £39.78p in one game and didn’t get into top round,this is without the most fixed payout I have ever known for a game,the rtp is about 94%,but it should be more like 5% or less,Disgraceful.

3 weeks ago I started using my account again! Transferred money through boku on to my account and withdrew £40, after this I wasn’t able to withdraw. They told me they wanted proof of my phone records to prove I made the deposits. Had to wait 2 weeks for off version on my bill. Sent this on Sunday and I still waiting for a member of security team to look at 2 photos! Absolute joke of a betting site and I have never had this much messing with bet365, Ladbrokes or coral!!

I deposited £10 to play slots within 10 mins up to £40 hence the 2 stars as in I won something! But then omg I have never seen anything like it I basically played 3-4 games at 10 p a spin and funny how they all were as dead as a dodo! Back to £0 without a single win £15 at least in that genie megaways at 10p a spin and 1 pop up bonus thing that won 54p in £15 worth of spins. Basically I am a private individual, I am not a pro gambler or a trader of odds. BoyleSports offer Best Odds Guarantee – which means if you take an early price before the off and the odds subsequently improve, they give you the better odds. They advertise this feature and other bookies also offer it. Now when I make bets, they refuse to honour it – even though I had written and got an explanation of the t’s and c’s before the bet in question. When my bet won, they did not honour it. The amount of money is not relevant.The customer service follow up, though polite, was dismissive in saying upon review they do not wish to honour this offer in my case!For no reason. When I asked for clarification, their CS wrote and quoted:”2.5 We reserve the right to monitor, restrict and/or alter the administration of special offers and trading concessions on a per client basis at Our own discretion without prior notice.”In other words, they can just decide not to give you the advertised terms on which you place your bet (in this case Best Odds Guarantee), because they have a get out clause which make their promotions worthless. They don’t have any issue when they are collecting your money. So you have to ask yourself, do you want to TRUST this firm when they hide behind a “we can do anything, anytime and we won’t even bother to explain why” clause. Suggest you avoid this firm and try a more trusted UK operator.HA – And their reply sums them up. They already reviewed it without any explanation.

Hi won a jackpot on a vegas In the Boylesports casino in 2020 I was playing £60 stakes and won close to £150000 This works out at 2500 times your stake Most sites pay out 5000 times your stake which would have doubled my payout to £300000I queried this on numerous via phone etc and was told I’d receive a callback as I requested the payout a large amount be verified Independently but am still awaiting a callback to my numerous attempts since I won nearly 2 years ago

i have bet c/f/c. there is 5 horses in race, 4 of them fell down. only one pass the winning post. boyal did not return money. if there is no focus, it is not bet. their must return the money. boyal sport not too good for bets. I have bad experience with them.

After my review on 16 june 2022 on here was told to email Boylessports so they could look at why my £150 that was placed and won on a EVS horse but the shop wouldn’t pay out as they said the bet didn’t go on as card machine was broke. The money was taken and refunded to my account 3 hours later. Money was clearly taken as i have screen shots. I emailed Boylesports as requested to do so, STILL NO RESPONSE. Standard operating procedure by most bookmakers, but not all.
