Initially, I gave Betvictor a good review, but I will now retract that. I think over the years the sports/casino has gone downhill. When playing slots, I’ve noticed that they have become worse. Despite what they say about their RTP. I just simply don’t trust it. I must have landed 4 bonus rounds on a few different fire blaze slots, yet I’m considerably down on my balance while wagering on the weekly spinner promo. At this point, I believe it would be best to close my account with BetVictor. They were good a couple of years back, but now I’m starting to question the “return to player” on their games. This is my opinion anyway, but also coming from my experience.

Do not play here ever, in this app I have never won I have spent £3000, I have not won even once. I have a video of how you make money simply by watching TV from the couch like you’re at home. In 4 months I have not had any withdrawal. I asked for details and they talk about a robot that randomly chooses who wins. impossible, I do not recommend. I prefer Coral etc. there you still lose and win but it’s ok. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

HelloI see that betvictor has hired people for paid reviews. Common thieves when it comes to sports betting. As long as I was losing nothing nobody wanted, As soon as I won and wanted to pay out they blocked my account. Documents very much to verify. After passing it and unlocking the account again blocked and closed the account. Theft of money and goodbye. My friend had a similar situation. One of the worst bookmakers on the market. This is how betvictor failed to pay out the €1,800 winnings.

My first time using Betvictor, I have withdrawal partly of my balance so that I can keep track of the money that I have. However, they mentioned that my location is prohibited to bet on the site so the withdrawal has been declined. Then I went on the live chat and get a quick help as well as solution from Mr Jayce. He has been answering all of my question politely and understandable. I would love to be a customer of Betvictor.

Was having issues with a bonus not loading. First customer support worker had left the chat before I had attempted his ‘remedy’. Betvictor must be employing someone full time to write fake positive reviews. It’s actually sickening the lengths these low life will go to. Look, casino games are computerized in there favor,you will get a win now and again to keep you interested,but in the long run you will lose. Don’t bet on casinos games you be alot happier. If you bet on sports shop around.

Spent £600 as a new customer , won £125 back so £475 loss , not to bothered about that BUT the withdrawal time is bad. I’ve waited over 24 hours & still nothing. Unibet & Bet365 are in your bank in 5-10 minutes. Think I’ll wait on my withdrawal then go back to playing there.

Been a customer for years and years…but over the last year this site has gone massively downhill. I’ve just had a little session of fishin frenzy and done well over 1400 spins..I accumulated 110 spins in 11 bonuses and I can honestly say they were the worst of the worst. 5 yes 5 of them the fisherman never even come out once resulting in pittance wins like 75p and 45p and the other 6 he collectively come out 10 times the highest bonus paying £4.75 😂 this is a slot that apparently is 96.12% RTP and by god I felt like I was getting 9.6% 😂 safe to say I’ve returned back to William hill where I seem to do pretty well most times I’m on there as their payouts are fair.

Closed my account down and seems quite convenient when I registered with Parimatch last night my account then closed with that too. (They are sister sites). No explanation other than it’s a business decision. Reason for my 1 star review is because I don’t understand why you have closed them and I haven’t had any email from either site, I only found out while trying to log in and was told in chat this decision is final 🤔

I have had a very mixed experience with BetVictor. Their Welcome Bonus Offer is a scam basically and they make you wager 10x the bonus money you’re given in order to keep it. The reason I signed up was because of their welcome offer only to just learn it was a scam. However, their customer service is amazing and I was able to talk to their service agent Jamie who went of their way to help me. The overall interface of the site is good and easy to follow.

Awful customer service. Took part in a promotion for a free bet up to £25. I didn’t get access to the box opening page despite meeting the criteria, so didn’t get the free bet. I contacted customer service who offered me a free bet of £5. Completely ignoring the fact that I could’ve got a £25 free bet. Argued my point that I could’ve got a £25 free bet but didn’t get very far with a lack of empathy and common sense from the customer service agents. Avoid.
