Account got suspended. Asking for a bunch of my financial details. But then never reply to my replies. I have had the account since 2017 and have been steadily making money. Of course I'm addicted to gambling if I see exploitations in the odds your platform has provided. At that point gambling becomes investment.

As soon as the little guy takes money away from these large corporations, a suspension is in order.

This company is awful. Signed up, won a bit, next second my accounts suspended, sent in ID spoke to livechat, sent in ID again, must have spoken to about 5 different people on live chat throughout a few days, the last one said all my ID was fine and the suspension would be removed. Did it happen? Nope. Days later and still suspended. Gunna stick to William Hill/Ladbrokes etc. This company will do anything to not pay out.

Through some Betfair internal fault multiple accounts in my name were listed as being open. My main account got suspended and access to my cash held was prohibited. This was 14 days ago. I have sent multiple emails but had not one reply! I have now been told that the department dealing with the suspension [kycDOTcoATbetfairDOTcom] does not reply to emails! Furthermore the only reply from the messaging service is that "it is being dealt with by the relevant department" So basically there is if F*** all you can do. I have passed my case over the the Ombudsman who I hope to find more receptive.
PS I have been a Betfair customer for over 20 years but that loyalty appears to count for nothing.

Not a great site for football betting the cashout seems to be unavailable most of the time even when all your bets are winning? Thought I would try the slots OMG 2hrs before I got a bonus feature then it paid £1.32 on a 60p spin?? Think the best advise is don't play slots online they are the bookies guaranteed revenue stream, lose a few million on football or horses get it back on the slots just turn up and down as they please to ensure they get their profits.

Betfair was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $11000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

The betfair exchange is the best thing there is for sports betting. Stay away from bookmakers, they ll all screw you over (also the ones on betfair obviously). In an exchange, the site doesnt care if you win or lose, which is why its actually possible to make money there.

Betfair currently have a lot of my money and whilst I was using them this morning all of a sudden my page switched and I had a 'Account Closed' message across the top of my screen. I have open bets on the exchange that have been matched and I also have unmatched bets which I can no longer manage as any and all access to the site is blocked other than to a completely useless 'Customer' Services – not CS, simply there to fob customers off with delay tactics. The reason my account was closed – I didn't supply them with a pay-slip, something that they know I cannot supply them with as I am not employed. I had already supplied them with bank statements, paypal statements, proof of identity, proof of income from house sale via my solicitor…
This was simply another example of Betfair culling the accounts of customers who win money and do not pay huge commissions.
If you want to gamble and lose then choose Betfair – if you want to be allowed to win then source an alternative site

If I could give no stars I would…I use webmoney for depositing and almost everytime I make a deposit I have to wait up to 2 weeks to see those money on my bf acc.Betfair states that this kind of deposit takes up to 30 minutes to go through…what a joke.Every time I contact customer support they tell me the same nonsense story…to wait 24 hours to clear the funds and if I dont get the money by then ,I have to contact them again and wait 72 hours which in truth are more like 7-8 days and only after if I am lucky,I will have those funds available.Customer support is a joke and I would know that because I worked as a customer support for a chain of casinos and we would never be aloud to treat any customers the way they do.Webmoney is an instant money trasnfer system and the only one holding the funds is betfair.I had these kind of experiences with them at least 30 times in the last 7-8 months and I decided to warn everyone who would use webmoney to deposit…think twice before you do so…

Opened an account – which had been verified and deposited funds 5 mins later my account was frozen saying they needed more documents
I contacted customer services which was painful
I have had no response and my funds are frozen and I’m unable to withdraw my funds I’m disappointed and discussed with they way this crowd treat people there even worse than sky

Avoid that horrible site.
Day after day I've played their "ball scratching" free game in Bingo.
"OH BALLS!" is what I've had since last Xmas.
So I went to play games in their "casino". Once, I did win, but really, over the years, I must have spent a good amount there. Curiously, when I play those same games on other sites, they win. Betfair seems to lower the Spin Slot games so it just takes your money, eventually.

There are a LOT better opportunities out there. And this is exactly why Betfair need to ad on TV. Yeah "I-I cccan't wait"… I'll just stop feeding the scavengers! Right n-n-now!

Been a member of this site for a while now l’m not a big gambler, but do like the odd flutter, a recent game l was down £15 but playing on landed 15 free spins @ x 10 the win on each spin, during the spins won another 3 spins in play, pot was £70 up and still 11 spins when the game reloaded…. yes you guessed it the 11 spins left had disappeared on the reload, customer service attitude was the spins had played out, an actual wt..f moment,within 8 seconds of the game reloading, never happens when your actually losing money, l’ve heard of these scams before but never thought l would actually experience it, find another company to gamble your money with these people just can’t be trusted.

I opened an account with Betfair.es yesterday to play poker.
My account was verified immediately. I made around a €500 deposit and played.

My account stands at €650 now. I woke up this morning to find an email saying that my account was closed. I have absolutely no idea why. I can't cashout.

I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who didn't give me any answers except to say that my account was closed. I asked why and what about my money and she said that she was forwarding my query to the right department and to wait 72 hours for a response.

Not a sore loser here…
On the vetting side, the app is not even slightly user friendly, can't seem to put on multiples on any market other than the match outcome.
Markets are generally poor, and if you want to put on a bet fast… Forget it.

They need to seriously update the app and the user friendliness.
I use pretty kuch all of the apps to check odds and offers.
I can safely say, regardless of offers, I won't be using this site.
Its frustratingly poor.

It just happened last night my bf was betting in a live dealer baccarat and waiting for a pattern….He was surprised he didn’t even touch his fone and He was on a bet for $512, what the f—-… He can’t cancel it coz the dealer is already giving out the cards. Never never bet here… you will loose all
Your money especially if u bet anything more than $100….you’ll be disconnected and next thing u know u loose ur bet… my bf experience was ridiculous coz he didn’t even press anything..

I don't usually gamble so can make mistakes. I'm annoyed that it was so easy to erroneously cash out a bet. I was trying to get back to my list of bets ( Eurovision song contest gambler only)
And touched cash out by mistake. 17 cent returned to me on my 2.50€ bet. I just wanted to reinstate my bet bet immediately but no option to do do.
I would like to suggest you have a confirm button to prevent others making such errors. Not much money I know but has left a bad feeling.

Slots are crap compared to other sites. They’re really slow and disconnect you a lot. Probably done deliberately to avoid paying out bonuses. Also the default stake should really be set at the minimum to avoid accidental clicks costing high stakes, but of course Betfair and other corrupt casinos like to have the default stake higher so they rake in more money. Pure scum.

Shocking customer service if thats what you can call it. Withdrew winnings, never turned up in bank account. Contacted via online messenger chat, which is the only option 5 times. Absolutely no use. An absolute disgrace of a company will never use again.

bet fair and paddy power are the same rip of company they host fake slots that have high rtp but pay nothing and have done all month they are just thieving c___s. Actually I was a big fan of betfair from almost the beginning. I had an account here since 2005-2006. Two years ago they suspended my account without notification. I have asked them about the reasons both via live chat, e-mail and twitter but they were not able to clarify the reasons. I think they are far way away from a reliable, trustful company.

I’ve used Betfair for years and now it’s done, they’ve lost a £200 withdrawal, I know it’s not the biggest amount compared to some people but 9 days now and when you message them via the app they keep acknowledging they can see it but tell me to wait for an email update.
I keep messaging them via the app daily and they keep telling me to be patient and wait for the email update..

I’m absolutely fuming with them and it’s clear you run the risk of not getting your funds down the 2-5 days route.

I’ve made hundreds of transactions without this type of issue but 9 days and an admission it should be in my account and still no sign of the funds is not acceptable at all.. be very careful, I’ve had plenty of days where I’ve converted £100 into 2k and now I wouldn’t risk it with Betfair.

Total scam on the games …do not even try them ..they are fixed… I have used them over a year ..it is stated they pay out over 90% yet I have invested over £10k over a year and lost £8k… which is more like 20%… The way they con you is that 90% of wins paid out are LESS than the stake…so you will get loads of wins at this lower than stake value which they somehow class as wins. ! Betfair should be made to pay out the difference of any losses less than 90% ..but you can be sure unless someone wins a court case against them they will keep on taking .. my advice is steer well clear or like anyone I know who has used the games .. you will lose big time !

I don't recommend Betfair.
I opened an account with them. I recieved an email for a £5 bonus but it was x35 wagering requirements. I didn't think I would be able to do it. so I went on to spin to win and ended up building my balance. I got four separate multipliers. I then was notified I had done the wagering requirements, my balance was £80 but they only let you keep £50. I tried to add my card but it was declined because someone had used my card on their account. I withdraw by bank transfer. Couple hours later they had closed my account, not explained why. Was not able to message them because you have to sign in but I couldn't as they had removed my account.

Their very quick to take your money but don't like paying you what you win.

I put three bets on for the Northern independence party to win hartlepool. Just because they were such good pay off odds. On the 8th of April the party failed to register so didn't even run. Betfair refused to give my stake back saying that a none runner is the same as a loser. Which is incorrect they offered me 15 pound in my account. I said I'm not happy I'm going to make a video about this and they said fine. Will never use netfair again and I would advise other people to stay away from these crooks.

Betfair be careful with this firm tell you to pay money into account with a old card my Apple Pay. Then nothing they say it is about fraud? Thing is you can check your wallet no money phone the bank no money Betfair say they paid it? Speak to them and ask for a snapshot?Betfair say they paid it but agents can’t find it then cut you off stick to any other bookmaker no problems ever just lost £100 and willl never get it back although on Betfair it shows -80 was £20 don’t like winners so be careful and don’t use Betfair ever

Absolutely shocking, bet on the 1:50 at downpatrick on the exchange, 10 seconds into the race, horse won yet they voided my bet saying that the trader forgot to put the market to in running.
How’s that my fault? How can they just void a winning bet?

Stop deleting my reviews you utter tossers! BetFair is extremely corrupt and will add high amounts into the stake box and then a website error will cause the high stake bet to be placed with no way of cancelling the bet or being able to cash it out. Absolutely disgusting practices from this so called ‘fair’ bookmaker.

Withdrew EUR 20 to my Maestro bank account but only received EUR 15.
I contacted the customer support and they told me that there are two options when withdrawing funds to card: 1) no fee, 2) EUR 5 fee.
Everywhere on Betfair, however, it is promoted that withdrawals are free and the customer support agent just ignored my requests to provide me with the page/link where this ridiculous 'explanation' was provided to the users. They just decide how much to transfer to you, based on your account holding, betting amounts, etc.
Cheap service, I'm glad I only lost EUR 5 with these scammers. I do not recommend.
