Placed a bet on a greyhound race where there was a non runner and no r4 all bets are voided apparently buried deep down in their terms and lost £120 put through my complaint and ended up with a £5 free bet

I have used many online casinos over the years. However, I have never experienced so many dead spins on slots as on this site. I have played literally thousands of spins without a bonus. The worst.

I was using my wise card to pay in. Everything went fine until I wanted to withdraw. I am chasing my money for half a year now. Customer support cannot always act like they open a ticket or something but I never got a feedback about the processes from them, you have to chase them.

I used Betfair for a long time and everything was fine until I noticed a bet hadn't been paid out correctly. No problem I thought, I'll contact customer services and get it sorted. Absolutely terrible experience, a week of being called a liar, told I was wrong and passed around before being told sorry you where right, we've settled the bet correctly and given you £30 of free bets as an apology.

All good until it happened again a few weeks later, and went through the same again, as well as what I was being told constantly changing, Betfair trying to tell me the information I had given them was different to what I had (luckily I'd kept all correspondence) and even trying to alter what happened on the previous instance.

Decent enough betting site when things go smoothly but god awful customer service agents which has resulted in me closing my account and going elsewhere.

It doesn’t even deserve the one star I rated but unfortunately had too do that to write a review I seen an offer about bet £20 and even if you lose you get your £20 back …nope I never got my £20 back ! I then spoke to them either on the phone or live chat they tried to fob me off by saying I had betted on the wrong thing ? That should’ve been stated clearly which to my knowledge it wasn’t ! I’m not an idiot I can read ! Anyway they offered no solution apart from suspending my account due too “concerning comments “ from me on the live chat ,I spoke to 3 diff people the first guy jestin was lovely and told me he was very sorry about this and I would receive my £20 refund within 1 day then I spoke to another guy named Thiago who asked me could I wait 5-10 minutes so he can look at my file ,I said sure that’s fine ,anyway 20 minutes later still no reply from Thiago so had to start a new chat AGAIN! So explained everything that had just happened and if that’s what they deem as “concerning comments “ and suspend accounts over then I’ll be taking this further as all I did was tell her I have been told 3 different things from 3 different people and surely they keep a log off these chats ? I do not recommend using this service to anyone at all as instead of an apology for all the conflicting information I had been given and maybe as a goodwill gesture giving me my £20 back nope they suspended my account and told me to await an email which btw I have NEVER received !

Very poor service. Opened account with required £10 stake to receive promotional free bets offer. Free bets not received so contacted customer service and was advised to check T&C's in detail, ended up having to put a further £10 stake to receive offer. Closed account after one week and will use Skybet or Bet365, far better service and clearer promotions available.

Betfair are trading under a false name. According to Paddy Power betfair Real name is. Paddy Power Betfair. Ltd. I have an email from paddy and his powers to prove it. How can you trust a company that doesn't even use its real name. Bogus betfair closed my account because I fell out with paddy's power. Abysmal customer service. Haven't settled a very small football bet, despite the match finishing almost 2 hours ago. Used live chat, kept being asked to "wait a few moments" while they found my details, & was then told that they're very busy (not at this time of night they're not) & that a member of support would get back to me. Just being fobbed off.

I should probably just stick to using KALOOKI SPORTSBOOK, as they match the top firms, settle bets instantly, & transfer winnings back to me within 30 seconds of asking!

not a great selection of games and no way to filter games by provider or max payout etc

Terrible rewards system in place. They offer a selection of rewards in each package but say someone only plays slots its a total waste getting a free sports bet and vice versa, its just awful way to say thanks to your long term customers, and the free spins offers in the promotions page are literally all 10p or 20p free spins so it makes it not worth taking.

But worst of all, i spent hundreds in the last few weeks here and no free spins or nothing not a single thanks for being a long term customer.

Also dont worry about the affiliate program. I dont want it if my Twitch and Youtube viewers are going to be treat like another number.

Do not use. Had my account hacked and £200 withdrawn to a random account without my authorisation and Betfair didn’t want to know or help out. Their security controls are obviously not up to standard. I’ve never had anything else hacked like this.

Dont bet very often but was astonished to find my account suspended. Logged on to find answers and found myself being asked this question- "What is your what is your migration answer"? This makes absolutely no sense. I then verified my DOB only to be told "those pesky bots didnt verify it" This company have stolen my money. Avoid.

Absolute disgusting. AVOID. I made a bet with them which was set to win! I had £180 down. Went to login to my account to check my winnings and they had closed my account without an email. Took me one hour on live chat and they still wouldn’t tell me why it was closed and refused to re open it. I’m battling to get my money. Even just my original funds of £180 . In this day and age this shouldn’t be the case.

Signed up for promotion, verified my account, let me deposit and done my bet which won but was waiting for it to settle, then my account has been deleted, had to go on live chat to see what the heck went on. They said
Betfair and paddy are now merged together and I apparently have been banned from paddy despite not using them for years as I moved to sky bet, as this is the case Betfair deleted my account and told me not to bother with them or paddy and took my money. Never even had a Betfair account before either and will never advise people to use them after this, absolute cons! They let everyone sign up no matter what just to take your money then delete you later on!

Today 01:55 I registered at Betfair.com. I have uploaded all the necessary information to approve my identity. I was approved 02:05 and after I added my credit card and transferred money from my bank. I have received an email from Betfair that they just closed my account and I can't access it anymore. I have tried to get in touch with customer support, but they don't give me a clear answer why, only bot replying to my messages. I feel like I got scammed by "legit company", I believe they are Scamming a lot people like that and this cannot go unreported. First of all how they can let anyone to register and put their money on the account before giving any explanations or anything that might happen in this case the Customer support replied to me that I can only have one account. But I have never had any accounts before, I have never registered my self on these platforms..

With my experience with Betfair as been pretty fair to be honest.
I have had some good wins and no problems with withdrawals.
I noticed a comment below saying they wouldn't let you with draw could be one of 2 things.
1 you have a couple of cards on your account make sure it's the correct card you want it to go bk on.
2 wagering requirements, if u had a bonus or a welcome bonus free spins u need to wager them, it's not a con. If you are new to gambling like I was, read and make sure u know how to wager them after all it is a gambling sight.
I would advice to make a deposit.

Visited betfair a few times now to give a review.
Had ok wins with the bets i'm betting on and lost a few but that's gambling for you.
If u don't have big betting money bet small when u win, run!!! lol,
Had no issues as yet with withdrawals.
It's a trusted sight, as for RTP yeah its their.
But it's never an answer to a quick book.

Worst customer service, no follow up emails or confirmations on requests to delete the account, their proof of identity requests are perversely intrusive and ask for too much information pushing the line of identity theft. They allowwed me to make a bet before my account was suspended and I have been unable to unlock my account as I have serious concerns about the legality and SECURITY of the information being asked of me to provide. Strongly advise against these people.

I'd of given no stars. Absolute disgrace! So after speaking to a agent on live chat this morning called SHANE who is a Nob! I said to him that I was missing £10 from the promo crazy time, where you have to place a £5 bet on a bonus and if it wins you get £10 free credited, did this and wasn't credited with the £10 so after getting in touch with live chat. Shane rudely told me I hadn't met the requirements of the promo and due to this my account is now frozen for 24 hours! There liers and there customer servic is God dam rude, than he closed the chat without even given me chance to write back. Would not recommend this site too anyone , it's that bad stay away

Deposited after being a member for several months. Deposit was with PayPal. Got an immediate notification that deposit had gone through… Didn't shown in account or transactions. This was at 2pm today. Contacted live help who stated there was an issue with e wallets and would be credited in an hour at the latest. Its now 10pm 8 hours later no credit of deposit or refund to PayPal. Contacted live help told just be patient it'll credit eventually. They have my money with no intention of credit or refund and not even an apology. If you want to deposit money for it to disappear completely feel free to use this site. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid.
