Bet365 Review

This website is literally bunch of thieves and cheaters. I placed a bet for a live game and won it, they gave me the money in my account. Then I withdrawed the money into InstaDebit… after few hours I was shockes that my balance in bet365 is negative !!! When I contacted constumer service they said that I placed my betting in the wrong odds !!!! And the right odd is 1.16 instead of 7.5 and they closed the conversation in my face (ROFL)… how can the odd be 1.16 for next goal in min 89 in a soccer game ? And let's beleive they are correct, the system should suspend the bet … instead of TAKING BACK a money from costumer amount few hours after winning !!!
Please stay away !
P.S: I have all the prooves and the screenshots because I like to show my friends when I win a bet 🙂

Only thing worse then them is the supervisor I spoke to that day which was my demise of never coming back.

I always think of the word indignant when. I think of bet365. U mind as well call it fraud365. Then at least they’ll be more honest if there bad service.

With bet365 u spend tens of thousands of dollars and they’ll give u a free bet of 5 to 10 dollars. I know hard to believe.

They take advantage cause they know the customers are addicted to there sight. I admit it’s nice the way it set up

But what good is it if it’s governed by thieves. Anyways stick to Bodog. Save yourself the stress. God bless to all. Those who haves one star good job for spreading the word.

I called yesterday to reopen my account what a poor customer service i received
Was kept on hold for over 13 mins just told talking to another team hold again for 7 mins just talking to another team then with no explaination sorry we wont be opening your account i asked for a reason no reason given I REQUESTED TO ESCALATE THIS I HAD ADVISED THE AGENT I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK SO DID NOT HAVE THE TIME I REPEATED THIS 5 TIMES I CANNOT HOLD SO IN THE END I HAD TO HANG UP DISGUSTING ATTITUDE I AM NOW PASSING THIS AS A FORMAL COMPLAINT ALSO ADVISING OTHER FRIENDS WITH ACCOUNTS TO CLOSE THEM I HAVE EMAILED TGE CEO OF BET 365 WITH THIS CONPLAINT SO U ARE JUST KEPT ON HOLD TO ESCALATE A COMPLAINT THE AGENT JUST IGNORED WHAT I WAS SAYING ATTIUDE WAS DISGUSTING I HAVE RECORDED MY CONVERSATION AND I WILL BE UP LOADING THIS ON YOUTUBE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Avoid Bet365 like plague, put your money into better use or give it to charity, you will never get a payout, your account will be blocked, I'm so sure of this, I'm so sure of this cos my husband was a victim. My husband risked his savings to double it so as to enable us pay the bills, you wouldn't believe bet365 blocked his account. I’ve used every poker site online I’ve played for 13 years and I can guarantee every site is rigged, let me explain let’s keep it simple for arguments sake a poker site has 1 million customers of that 1 million customers between 850,000 and 900,000 of them players will be recreational players or donks the rest are good players now over the long term the 100,000 good players are going to rise to the top and win the money on most occasions if the game was fair and these poker sites understand this but this is bad for business because eventually the donks and recreational players get bored of losing stop playing therefore stop depositing therefore the poker sites lose money and trust me that’s all they are interested in, so how do they combat this ? Answer, they dish out unbelievable bad beats consistently to the good players therefore levelling the playing field and keeping the donks depositing, the truth is poker sites would rather have all donks and no good players it would make life easy for them, good players are a nuisance, so all you good players keep getting your chips in good and keep receiving the bad beats. Poker sites are absolute scum, I’ve hung my online poker boots up as I’m sick and tired of getting screwed.

I have been their customer for 8 years and donated over 150k over the years. I recently started making money and they closed my account without warning and took all the funds. Avoid Bet365. It's more or less rob Peter to pay Paul. I lost $40,000, I won $156,000, and they closed my account, I tried everything in my power to get my money back but I couldn't it was until I contacted a bet specialist- consultant@archarielrecovery. com who recovered everything I lost for me, including my profit, I just agreed to pay 10%-20% upfront of my total earning and the remaining when I got my money. Have been a customer of theirs for years, losing overall as most of us do. A losing bet of a significant sum appeared from nowhere in my history. 100% had not made the bet. It was on basketball, a sport I know nothing about and have certainly never bet on.
Phoned and complained, spoke to a nice young lady, who had to keep on putting me on hold and speaking to her supervisor
( who of course would not speak directly to me). They refused to refund the bet. I have cancelled my account, but of course they don’t care. Just look at how much the Chief Exec earns and her bonuses and her house and you’ll see why. There’s a lot of competition out there, you don’t need to touch this lot with a barge pole.
Oh and of course, better gamblers than me who start to win decent money have their wings clipped by only being allowed limited stakes.

Bet365 are without doubt one of the worse bookies to open an account with. You will find yourself very quickly restricted (no Best Odds Guaranteed, Free Bets etc) after a few bets win or lose. The same thing happened with a colleague from work and a friend.

Used the transfer via there account number and sort code only £20 thought I wanted to test them out. Never even got the funds sent them on the 18th December 2019
still not there today!! Asked for so much information that I provided also asking for information that I didn't even have they could of easily found me. I sent the screenshot of the Banks transfers with my VAN easy to see I paid you money you owe me money. They are 20 quid up from me. As a new customer I feel lucky reading other horrible reviews. Brilliant range of sports markets good prices cash ins etc but that's it the gaming tabs are a graveyard for your money slots aren't too bad but table games etc are heavily in favour of the house I at first thought it was just a run of bad luck then decided to try something I decided to bet on streets at roulette to test my theory? I left out 4 5 6 34 35 36 and 0 to my amazement the results were 31 32 0 34 6 6 20 5 5 5 36 19 4 15 35 35 call it bad luck if you want I call it legal theft .I repeated this several times with results very similar whichever streets I omitted the majority of results were in favour of the house .I repeated this at several bookmaker sites and have come to the conclusion at least highwaymen wore a mask !I will never play online casinos again ever I will use the betting platforms as I like a bet but play table games only if your pockets are very deep or your made of money

It is o.k for Sports betting with loads of markets but the in play betting not so good….. but find the casino & games dont give you the same value…be careful with these stick to sports betting on this site and limit your spend or avoid the casino.

I had an account and suspended it for 6 months as I didn't intend to use it again however there was an offer on so I decided to use it again. I called up to reactivate my account to be told I couldn't. I asked for an explanation and was told nobody at bet365 would give me an explanation. I don't have a gambling problem, I haven't broken any of the terms and conditions in fact there's no reason to refuse my account. I asked to speak to a manager and surprise surprise there wasn't one. I asked for a call back so i could understand there reasoning and I was told no. They were disrespectful, repeated the same phrase again and again that they were obviously reading from a script and quite frankly were very unprofessional. My advice is NEVER bet with bet365 they are a complete failure.

I deposited money, i won few games and they blocked my accoount

I asked them why on live chat, they said that they cant provide any information, I have no idea why my account got banned. I was only betting for sports, they just bann you if you are winning,

They blocked my money but good thing is i gave them my credit card, and now i went to the bank and said i got scammed and now im chasing the funds,

but they required utility bills and stupid information for me to withdraw , just to keep the money, they are scammers , and im not a stupid gambling morong i was in oxford university and have a wealthy family, these are just scammers ,

all they want is people who play for 5-10 pounds and keep losing , only way you can win is to play big and they block you.

they want losers to play thousands of hands for 5gbp so they can win in the long run..

There is a lot to like about Bet365. I get the feeling that there are a lot of customer service people working there who really are doing the best they can with what they have.

The problem seems to be with the customer experience technology and philosophy. I had an interaction with a customer service adviser, who really did try to get to the bottom of my issue, and we got there in the end. We were both hampered by how sluggish and outdated the live chat technology was, and by how many loosely fitting saved responses were required.

I would ask the customer operations management to see what you can do to support those on the front lines better, as this will directly lead to happier customers. You could maybe start to turnaround this trust pilot score.

Absolutely liked them ar first until i had an issue recently with credits not going into my account after winning. The customer service is beyond awful and patronising. Had to call several times and got a goddawul pathetic little man (same chap 3-4 times? Odd in itself) who repeatedly used gambling laws as an excuse to ask bizzare questions when restrictions were placed on my account? I actually spoke to the operator again and specifically said that anyone call me back except this guy. But what happens? He calls me!! Very conceited man with delusions of grandeur. I hope Ms Coates actually cares? I doubt it very much and shame on her as gambling a big connection for me and my widowed father who is 87 now and probably paid for your house. Karma will prevail.
