Love playing the games on this site but after i won £300 i cannot win anything!
I know it's gambling but i can play 10 different games in one night & not get 1 bonus in £100?
Spent over £2000 now & nothing back 🙁
Gonna call it a day.

Very bad experience with bet365 , even i was loosing money they were offering me credit bets later when i was start winning they decline my money every time some time I can’t bet and before i was betting 50k-60k at one time later they were rejecting even 100 dollar now I can’t bet , I asked them about this problems but they were saying its all about traders. Don’t try this app u gonna loose if u start to win they gonna block you

I've been a member for so long now, going on 5 years, and the manager Jake B as I've won a lot of money, said that I could do with a self exclusion for 6 months, as I thought this was absolutely ridiculous, he went on to say do you decline it accept this offer, as I thought there was a better offer out there because 6 months is a very long period, he said after this 'well the other option is permenantly be excluded' so I said if there is no other option ill take that, he said 'too late, I've permenantly excluded you'. I think the whole process has been absolutely ridiculous and hasn't given me any consideration as ive been a member there for ages! What an absolute joke! This is one furious member, I've done literally nothing wrong apart from study horses! If you can't handle a person winning! Don't set up a betting site

Dreadful customer service. Suspend your account every time you have a bit of success, have no issue when you’re losing though. They treat the people that make them money with utter disdain.

I received notification that Bet 365 had used Equifax to confirm my identity. Unfortunately, I had not applied to Bet 365 so someone appears to have stolen my identity. Bet 365 have been useless, refusing to provide information about the fraudulent application to help me take protective action. They seem more concerned with protecting the data of the fraudster than in helping me to protect myself. They even refused to take responsibility for any fraud occurring after I drew it to their attention. Is this how the CEO made her millions?

Locked my account said my birthday is wrong tell.you call up and unlock only to get them to say birthday is wrong on verification and hang up on you.
Just be prepared to get locked out and money stolen .

Everything is great until,
I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with that website, looks legit and perfect should be the leader but once you are winner, believe me
You will not be happy with the service at all, there will be always new ideas to bother you, I started betting with them long time ago, always losing. but lately I started to win, using a strategy to bet on small odds, I find out that I am being an enemy to those people, there will be always an excuse so I can't bet, I travel a lot and I can't bet when I am travelling…etc

Had a winner which made it £77, put another bet on and guess what, i could only make a £5 bet, absolutely pathetic, so scared you are going to win money from them. Now telling hundreds of people on facebook everyday to stay clear of bet 365.

Do not bet on European soccer or play black jack or any games that’s out of our control. I’ll tell you why. Most of the soccer teams are sponsored by bet365 so this site can easily influence what happens in the game. I’ll give one example I made a $2000 bet on a soccer team that was +2000 odds which would win me $40,000, it was 1-1 and it hit the 90 minute mark so extra time. My team scored which I was so excited then a minute later they disallowed the goal. This not only happened once this happened twice. And whenever I bet on a draw that had very high odds like +1000 and better the favorites would always score towards the last 10 minutes of the game and those goals were never disallowed…. so you guys tell me what you think…
Now don’t get me started about black jack just try a few sessions you will understand, they will let you win the first session so you get addicted then after that I will lose 19/20 sessions. Almost every time I have 19 dealer will have 20. I get 20 dealer will have 21. I get 19 vs a 6 dealer somehow gets 20. I’m not saying this happens every single time, but it happens so often that you think how is this possible. Maybe just a bad session? But you keep on playing and every session is so similar always a bad beat.
I also had a friend who won 100k in 1 week because he just started getting lucky betting on hockey then he cashed out about 90k they immediately lowered his bet limit to $5 he can’t bet anymore than that so he stopped using it.
I had another friend who won about 10k in football in 1 week they banned her account for no reason just because she won. These are just some examples of how bet365 are scam artists. I’d advise using any other site, I just want to share my story, I recently deleted my account and asked them to delete my bank information and they will not delete my bank information they said they will keep it for “auditing services”. I wonder when money will start disappear from my account…. wish I never signed up to bet365

Worst app i ever seen
They put restriction on my account and ask me to call im calling everyday talking them and call charging everytime 10 usd. When i ask them to call they always telling they trying to call ne mothen 3 or 4 times they cdnt connect me like that email they sending. Wasting money and wastin time

The first sportsbook I've ever used and to this day I put a large chunk of my bets through them.

Let's start off with the positives:
1) Site itself is very stylish and clean. Both desktop and mobile versions are great and easy to use. I've had some issues with mobile application, so four stars for the app, and five for the desktop.
2) Lots of sports and matches are covered, and there are a large number of markets available for each. Little to no trouble finding the games I want to play, four and half stars for that.
3) Odds are competitive, but I wouldn't put them on the top. Still, no complaints, four stars.
4) Live streaming coverage is the best of any sportsbook I've ever come across, five stars.
5) Fair and competitive cash-out. You can cash-out your stake in full if you want, and they offer cash-out for way more markets than most sportsbooks both pre-game and during game. Full five stars.

Neutral points:
1) Withdrawal speeds are nowhere near the fastest I've come across, but I've never had any trouble getting money to my account when I request it. My big problem is that they only seem to offer me the option to withdraw money using the method I used to deposit last, rather than offering me the chance to withdraw using any method I've ever used. Three stars, I guess.
2) They have some good campaigns and offers but they aren't well advertised, so you might sometimes be in dark about them. They do reward loyalty to some extent, but they are by no means a market leader. If there's one positive that comes from this, it's that they won't spam your email, so I'll give them three stars here as well.
3) They have welcome offer for new customer which is pretty much the standard and what you'd expect anywhere else. Three stars.
4) Customer service? The thing is, I've never had to deal with them. Maybe that's a good thing. I'm not sure.

I don't really have anything negative to say about them. I've heard some high-volume players having trouble with them and while I would never deny that considering how badly some sportsbooks treat winners I've personally never experienced anything of such. Overall I'd give them four and half stars. I would recommend Bet365 to any gambler.

I am at a point that is beyond frustration and borders some mental image … well I don't need to state something that can be taken as a threat of violence.
I opened an account, unaware that one must reside in the state of NJ in order to use the site. I registered my information, which verifies your address, and deposit funds with this site. No problem registering or having them take my money.
I made bet 365 ( they don't deserve to have any part of their name caped) aware of this issue and a short time later my account was locked out. I then started my long journey into HELL…no insult intended for worshipers of old Johnny Devil.

All I wanted was my account closed and my money refunded… and even had a number of their C S R's state that they would be happy to help…but first I needed to go thru their STRONGHOLD system, known in criminal parlous as EXTORTION HOLD.
You get error message after error message stating that the six digit code is formatted wrong….but there is only space for six characters.The ( these worthless C S R's) do a great job of shoveling the cow stuff so high that they hope you just give up. They lie but they do so much of it that in their little minds they sadly think they are giving you the truth…….
LONG STORY SHORT… STAY AWAY FROM THESE WORTHLESS BAST…. AND STAY TUNE FOR UPDATES FROM MY NEXT INTERACTION….AT LEAST WE CAN ALL FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE NJ GAMING COMMISSION!

They are frauds of the higest level, its shocking that no organisation is actually monitoring their activities so they do as theybplease. Specially with cricket markets they are the worst ever they cheat openly. They are completely aware of the match outcomes and suspend their sights unnecessarily waiting for the low odds phase to go away. In the last year i have seen them keep their matches suspended in most jackpot matches when the odds are the best for punters to earn. Wow this site just restricted my account as well. I went from being able to bet $4000 to $40. They locked me out as I started to make a comeback and stated that I need to prove how I can afford to gamble these amounts. I sent them my T4 and they told me that the amount I earn doesn’t justify my wager amounts! They asked to see inheritances and proof of any side jobs I do. Are these people crazy? Since when do you have to be rich to gamble ? They didn’t ask me for any proof of income when I was losing for months then I start to win and they lock me out. As of now they’re telling me they aren’t going to pay me. These people are abusive.

Site has restricted my account and everyone else that I know as well. As soon as I got up they made my max bet $50 down from $5000. I’m getting local reports and feedback online that they are doing this to everyone in my city. One person told me they deposited $5000 placed a bet for $100 on a pre game event and they instantly restricted. They only want customers who non stop lose. You are not allowed to win. Pretty sad for a company that makes 4 billion a year. They’ve forgetting who brought them to where they are today.

I only play on the games & small amounts. I once won £300 & had no trouble withdrawing it.
I know i probably don't play high enough stakes to win a huge amount but i enjoy it all the same.

I have used bet365 for months and I would say I am a good customer. Their site crashed again on the 7th of November and at half time I emailed to say I had some large accumulators that I need to cash out. No reply the site wasn’t fixed in time to cash out and needless to say they lost. I asked today for a refund or a free bet and was completely shut down with a corporate standard reply .. might as well of put “we aren’t bothered we make loads of money go gamble some where else if you’re not happy” …. so I am , closed my account awful customer care not bothered about the money it’s the principle and their response .. don’t use them , their platform is good but so are many others

The website, the betting options, and the odds are good, but If you doing live-betting, and if you can't do your next bet, because of a technical problem (website crash sometimes), the Bet365 will not compensate you. Keep this mind!

I can't understand the bad feedback for Bet365… Been with them for a good few years now, and found them to be, without doubt, one of the very best in the marketplace… I back mainly Greyhound racing. Love the games on this site but it is sooo predictable! I can't afford to gamble a lot but the second i up my stake from say 10p to 20p i win absolutely nothing! Every single game & time i play!
I know it's random but how can this happen every time? Also i may get a bonus round on 1st stake but again, i up my stake and never get 1 in 100 or so spins! Think it's a site for people who spend 100's of pounds a time rather than the little people who just want to bet a little for fun but even that gets boring when you constantly get nothing to withdraw!

My account “freezes” so I can’t cash out. Every time my cash up is high I can’t access my liveodds or any games. I’ve tried to log in from another device but still the same. When the cash out is closed then my account works fine and I lost the odds. I don’t even have the opportunity to cash out when it’s available. Such a scam.

"Restricted" my account for no reason, rang me in work on my mobile, no communication since. Still no access to my account and wont let me withdraw the small amount I have in credit, putting up every hurdle possible asking my for a 4 digit code which I have never used before. Its not like I ever win! Keep well away from these there are better firms around with better bonuses.

First they limited me to 1% of what other customers can bet on all markets. However, that wasn´t enough since I chosed to continue play with them so they closed my account.
I didn´t do anything wrong, other than I was a winning player. And we are not talking about any big money here. Simply the fact that I was not a profitable customer for them was enough for them to throw me out.

Perhaps the biggest joke is all their ridiculous commercials, when you know the truth about the company you just want to pugh…

They and other scammers should get their license revoked, but I guess they can do whatever they wants as long as their pay to the right people.
