Well it’s been a while since I wrote a review about these sly criminals. As with this virus going around we’re almost living in the end times the bible speaks about.

Which is judgment day. I’ve been waiting a long long time since criminals like bet365 get away with so much and it goes undetected making millions from dirty low down bs.

I don’t wanna reexplain what I’ve been thru but I told my people who were with them to leave and finally they went to sports 888

I’ll never forget not only how bad there slots were but how the customer service was only being lead to worse by the supervisor

All they want is to lose fair and square. But for u to close my account well I was complaining at your negligence instead of reimbursing me was the biggest low down dirty evil crap I ever encountered.

U really think I cared about the lousy insulting 5 bucks u guys would give me once a week. After all the thousands I’d put in every few months.

Think of it as a message of love. Sounds crazy but even the evilest of people can turn away from there crimes and start doing things rite.

Used to have a good impression of 365 until they readjusted tournament odds on bets I had made 24 hours earlier, no explanation given but I suspect someone in their office cocked up and over extended their position on the tournament. My odds of 11/1 were readjusted to 4/1

I wouldn't open an account with them after trying to deal with their purposefully confused staff who talk as if they are robots.

Stay well away its the biggest bull**** I've ever been on I had a four folds bet on the horse at 186 win 3 horses came first and 1 placed second I had 5.08 return phoned in as knew it couldn't be right should have at least had 100 to be told that was the correct return shut down my account straight away absolute con nothing but mkney grabbers also when you but bets on (more than one) your cash put never comes up then the next race begins and you can't cash out please STAY away

Surprised that there are so many negative reviews. Found them to be about in line with most of the other bookies. They have decent games and a great user interface. Their payouts could be a bit quicker but can't really complain too much.

I was losing money at BET365 more than 10000euros this current 2020 year and my account is 10 years old.Tryed new betting system which could work to get win using cash out with their new technology option they offer.My account balance started to rise little by little and I won almost all 2020 year loses back.But other days when I logged in to my account they sent me a message which says they disabled cash out new technology function to my account.I hit live chat immediately and asked about rules using cash out new technology function they provide could it be something wrong if I do cash outs for all bets I place?They do not replied nothing straight to this answer and I did not find any rule that using cash out function too much can violate any of their terms.But that is not all I tryed to place new bets without cash out function and they not accept them either! I do place bet usually with 3 or 4 figures.I asked live chat person why I can not place bets without cash out new technology function?They replied it is traders and management decision but it can be reviewed later I just need to place low amount bets they offer 5-25euros.Okay I do agree with this and hit deposit funds but found out there is no neteller deposit option which I always used to fund my account.I ask what problem with my deposit option I used always?

So they offer me only bank deposit which I can not use as they block gambling transactions and paysafecard which has very bad feedback on the internet and they do not take any responsibilities for using this method if bought code is fraudulent or not works.
As I understand there is hidden rules on using cash out option and if you use it in almost all placed bets BET365 can react negatively and block this option and reduce amounts you can place future bets.So please be careful.Why do company offer this new technology function if it is not fully tested and can cause such troubles to their customers?

First horse race I placed a bet on from a promo. It won. Within the hour I receive an email basically saying im no longer welcome.

Unprofessional, no accountability and treat their customers with utter disdain. Avoid like the plague (or Coronavirus).

I placed a bet 7 fold. Won 1 match. 2nd match started at 7pm 28th Friday so I checked at 10 past 7 to see if it was on Google said it was postponed. The rest was 7.45 pm and 8.00pm. I contacted the support about the issue of the cash out. Thomas D said the Liverpool u23 v Blackburn u23 had gone ahead. My question if so why did I not have a cash out option

I made a deposit using a bonus voucher which was supposed to match my deposit. I used my entire deposit and after 4 months and various emails to them (none have been replied to) I still have not received my bonus deposit.

My account was put on hold sept 2019. I found it hard to find out why and was told to say a best time for them to ring me, they hardly tried and I went travelling/working around the world for 5mths. Now I’m back I have spoken to 365 and they are pressuring me to take a 6mth self exclusion. I bet like £50-£100 per week. The thing is that I have an open 4 team ac bet which is looking really good. £22k return and at the moment it’s £370 cash out, but because my ac is on hold I can’t cash out, if I take the 6mth exclusion I still won’t be able to cash out. I think the whole thing is very dodgy. Any info would be great thanks

After bailing one of my son’s out from the betting industry, and myself being in the Care industry and looking after children who’s family have fell into Austerity, and subsequently the children being placed in our care, I think all online betting companies need to be abolished.

It’s alright Making a fortune and I totally praise people who are capitalist’s, but at what cost to the area you operate in?? All I seem to hear from reading family reports on family life is Red32 or yourselves Bet365, where people on the breadline who chance a gamble in the hope of making more money to feed their families. It’s too easy, and yes it’s down to peoples choice to gamble, but people were put off when they have got to go out to the betting shop. But now online gambling is damaging, and you cannot see this. You need more control and governance over who is betting. And even Income and expenditure is not enough. Credit checks should be made compulsory in the betting and gambling industry.

I have worked in the fostering industry for a number of years, and the betting industry has destroyed the local economy in Stoke, yes you employ significant people but at what cost ??? One parent showed me how easy it is the bet with yourselves, ….to easy. People get frightened over money and try anything to make money to feed and clothe family’s, but then get more money lost.

The Bible speaks of greed, but do not make others be sacrificed at your expense!

This is not a targeted “dig” , but you need to look at what’s right and wrong.

Closed my account yesterday after over a decade. Not for the first time had money that I had tried to withdraw taken back from me with Bet365 quoting their T&C's which are totally biased in their favour. Not stopping betting far from it just going to do it now with proper Bookmakers with proper Bookmakers ethics and integrity not a bunch of number crunchers.

I won £1,400 last year placed bet on 6 football matches and I've managed to withdraw £1,200 without any problems. The money arrived in my bank account after 3 days. After that it was like they've started to keep an eye on me and my account. The next day I've placed a £10 bet on 8 football matches for £1,037 and 6 were already done (finished just as I needed them to) , there were 30 minutes before the next two matches start. There was a temporary cash out of £280 but I didn't cashed them out (everyone was going to wait for the bigger sum, right) cause I was waiting for the next two matches to start so I can see if the things were about to go my way. Here's the unexpected and unwanted bet365 intervention on this particular bet of mine: They closed one of the two matches (I mean no info about it and no temporary cash out anymore – everything was closed) it was like the match is postponed or something and I could've observe only the other one. I went to google and wrote down the hidden match and other websites were showing the result. It was 3:0 which means very good for me. But the 8th match wasn't going well, it was just 0:1 and it was like 64th minute of the second half. If they didn't kept one of the matches hidden and if the temporary cash out was available I was going to temporary cash out like at least £100 – £150 but it was closed on purpose. Bet365 waited for the 0:1 match to finish and they opened the 3:0 match but it was too late. I didn't get anything. Yes, I know every day's not a winning day and people can't live on betting and winning all the time that's why I forgive them. I'll tell all of you what I have read over the internet. A system applied by many people looking for a quick wealth. All those rules for limits and suspicions from bet365's side are coming because of scammers accounts who place thousands of $ or £ on already settled matches from the very bottom divisions of countries on the other side of the World! They know the result and who's going to win before the match even starts and they place like £10,000 on that expecting to win £1,000,000 just betting on one or two secured matches. That's what I've read in internet. I don't know if it's true but I've heard about advance settled matches before. Bet365 is trying to stop that and if you look suspicious you'll be suspended. I mean, you can't win every day or every 3 days or every week for a year, right? No one have that kind of luck. Some might have that luck but it's a rare thing. Best of luck all of you!

I was lured to this site by offering a bonus. Did very well on bonus money. So I made a deposit and played t he same slot. My 100.00 went in 5 minutes. Betting only one dollar. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

i have played on many poker sites but in my opinion this one is rigged and needs investigating you could have a hand more or less guarenteed to win but you know it wont win so what is the point of bothering .people warned me about this site but when i first played it seemed fair and thats not because i was winning because i wasnt it just seems to have changed for the worst.i dont know if certain players are bots or not all i want is a fair game of poker with a fair chance of winning .no more playing on bet 365 for me and i will avoid it in future

Some of the Greatest Cheater, Worst Customer Support Member are Sitting over their. You will Just keep Sending you automated Messages. Will not try to Solve the Issues you are Having. And By the time you are mad and Screaming to yourself.
It takes them 5-10 Minutes to Reply to one message.

I used Bet365 daily for the last 5 years. I liked the cashout option, but sometimes it could take 30 minutes to reflect on your account. Last night I had my $1160 bet give me a $2000 cashout option. I tapped cash out, then confirm… but it didnt reflect my account. So a waited 30 minutes like before & nothing. I called customer service & they said that my cash out option must have been removed… This was not my 1st win, so I was very upset that they would belittle me as though I dont know what I was doing. No wonder their revenue is over $2 billion…

I am very happy with Bet365, I've been with them 3 years, the site design is the best in UK, I can instantly withdraw to their cash card, they answer questions quickly in chat and even operate in my home country in eastern Europe. I wish they had higher odds though.

I've played a variety poker games on this site over a period of about two years. At first it appeared legit to me as my winning and losses balanced about evenly. But I at last have to admit things have been too different for too long, it's the same thing every time and the same scam I would accuse other sites of. Simply you're led deeply into a hand with strong cards, unbeatable cards, only to be beaten. It's the frequency which makes it unacceptable and suspicious. And it's an easy rig, never believe the random deal claim, why be clean when you can rig it huh?

Tonight for example in a cash game I had a set of tens by the turn but at the river I'm beaten by a flush… I knew it was going to happen of course. But having reloaded and gone to a new table I didn't expect the same thing to happen again just a few moments later. (BTW, isn't it funny that when you miss your turn so many of your automatically folded hands would have been winners huh? At this very moment, a pair of fives but If I'd played them I'm damn sure they'd have lost! 😉 And again! Two unplayable pairs! I better get back to it while the possible winning streak remains… but it wont will it).

It's not that these things don't happen in live poker, I often walk away from a casino fuming about some guy calling my aces say with something like 7,3 and winning but the frequency and coincidence is not believable anymore. All the sites I've played on are similar but 365 appears the worst… and I haven't won a straight race for months. It feels like a marker doesn't it.

I've had problems with other famous sites which were more easily proven. At one we had long discussions about other players hands appearing visible at my table – eventually I took a screen shot of an incredible pair of 2's both spades! I was given a feasible explanation but lost trust, you might know the site from it's number of eights. On another very well known Star site, the hand I and my witness (girlfriend) saw as completely red, giving a flush, lost. Hand history put a black card in there. No amount of argument worked.

My advice is, don't give any money to bet 365, you're simply lining the owners pockets, not yours.

A little update – while writing this review I was playing a little tournament and receiving a stream of winning hands at a ridiculous rate but then – of course one too many, I went out holding a straight, ace to five, beaten on the river by someone (a bot?) holding Ace five. Turn and river were both fives. No surprises there then. Goodbye Bet 365.

Agree with other reviewers: slot returns are appalling. I don't expect to win big but most of the time you don't even win the RTP. Far better casinos out there (Coral and Netbet in particular) that offer vastly better returns than this company.

So, carry on from my restricted access on BET365, they have now blocked my IP address and their 48 hr time slot has expired. When I call them, they are very robotic and say I have to await a call from their department of which they cannot give that departments name or any details,… I’m a grown adult, your reviewing my account because of A, b or c. I have requested a data subject access request under the data protection act along with file notes… Denise Coates, you really need to train your staff better and run a better company… suppose your not bothered taking home 323 million pounds of punters money in your salary alone. You should be jailed for the robbery you commit daily.

STAY away from this company, lost in excess of £10,000 in last calender year. Had a few days winning streak and they have restricted my account. They asked me to call them through direct messenger, which I did to be told “the department dealing with your account will contact you within 48 hrs”…. I take it, this is the department that doesn’t like lucky winners.. I also complained a few days ago previously to this, about spending 100’s on a slot without any descent win or feature. Day light robbers.

I would give no stars but this is not an option. The customer service is one of the worst. Couldn't access the website or app only to find out hours later this was a widespread problem. Clearly they didn't want to publicise this. Promised me customer service would ring me. Well over 24 hours later am still waiting. Yes IT issues occurs with all bookies on occasion but it is the way you communicate with customers that is key. Terrible service. Take your business elsewhere.

Recently, l have found that bet365 have been making some mistakes regarding bets l have placed over the phone. They have reimbursed me after l had contacted them. The last time l contacted them though, left me feeling that they were NOT fair in their settlement with me. The money they have cheated me out of,is not enough to make a formal complaint to them. I will also like to warn people betting with them, to be very aware that they will make mistakes with customers, and it will be up to you to check that you have not been short changed.
