I began betting with the W.H shop in Alvaston Derby in March 2022. I can honestly state that this is a joke of a betting shop the staff there constantly rob you on the prices they give you and their football prices are the lowest on the UK markets. I have moved to a far better online company who are not jealous of every win you have. The days of these high street con artists is very nearly over. If it was not for the four machines in each shop they would already be bankrupt. Do not trust any W.H employee they are trained to mislead honest gamblers avoid all W.H High street shops and their online scammers like the plague! P A Enright of Derby

Absolute shambles of a company. Tried to sign up to get the joining offers to tempt me to bet with them. Couldn't get past final sign up just before trying to deposit money. Emailed to find why I could not start an account to find out I had to verify myself sending in a form of ID which I had to hold in front of my face and make a selfie ??.Also had to hand write on a piece of paper the user name I signed up with?? What a parlavar. Each time received an email back 3x times in total saying could not use documents to verify. One agent asked for proof of id Drivers licence, a bank statement and to hold in front of face and take a selfie. Another something else, I'm not a bloody octopus. They use such an antiquated verification system. In between all this I have given up and now signed up to Coral, Ladbrookes and Betfred all verified without any of this crap and happily betting away with them and excellent customer service.Told William Hill to cancel my application and destroy all of the information I have forwarded to them. What company in this economic climate turns business away because of their outdated archaic rules they have in place.Wouldn't touch William Hill with a barge pole, go with one of the other big boys who look after their customer base.

absolutely awful customer service supervisor in the name of Steve who was on line 17. 09 22 at around 21.30. I was experiencing depositing money but only half of what I was depositing was going into my acct on several occasions. when I went onto live chat not only was I waiting for a response for ages. then Steve told me my bank was in error even though I had said my bank proved what I had paid. he then proceeded to cut my chat dead. so so damn right rude. shame on you william hill

She attempted to con me out of around 1,000.00 on three separate occasions, I was proven correct by Hills head office on each of these incident. Then what happens yesterday Karen tells me she cannot serve me, this is because I sued the St Peters street W.H Branch in Derby successfully for attempting to con me and I was awarded 1,069.00 by Derby County Court. The staff at this shop are untrained and clueless this Karen is a thief, a coward and a total liar, avoid this shop at all costs. P A Enright of Derby.

Live chat at William hill is like talking to a brick wall, completely useless and untrained staff. I had two or three queries, they basically half answer one query then disconnect you rather than giving a full explanation. They wouldn't give me the email address for complaints because apparently that can only be released by a supervisor - and there wasn't one available. When I again went on live chat to complain they said they a manager would email me with a response - the manager did email me but it only covered about 20% of my initial query. Going round and round in circles. Their staff are clearly thick and don't care. Which is a shame for a company of William hills size. I've been betting with them for 20 years but I'm sticking with Betfair and bet365 now as they are the only ones that resolve your issues appropriately.

So I did a withdrawal to pay pal ,I always use pay pal my money is always back within 3 hours,anyway today iv been waiting nearly 24 hours I still have no money back,and they are saying it will take 48 hours yet it states 24 at most on site,anyway iv spoke to few advisors they've all said different lies to me one even blamed pay pal I rang pay pal they have no issues and said William hill are lying ,how can you keep my money and not tell me why it's not back with me yet? No reason to why ?

I received emails from Wiiliam Hill advising of a new account with my name but I hadn't created any account. Upon contacting their support, I was advised their had been a security breach and I was a victim of this. I was assured this had been passed to their security team, was provided a reference and they would be contacting me. That was more.than 3 weeks ago. Dare say there will be no follow up from them on this, considering nothing in 3 weeks. Shows how much emphasis they place on their customers security.

So I played three hands and Im not kidding the dealer had BJ 3 hands on the bounce I then moved tables and had two 2 seats and had 20 and 19 against a 2 the dealer goes and pulls 21 so I played again had 15 and bust hit on 16 got 20 dealer gets 21 so I moved table again and dealer only gone and got 21 again on very first hand Im sorry but that is beyond a joke proper scam! Lost 750 on space of 5 mins due to scamming hands!! What a disgrace and dont reply saying investigate nothing happens

If I could give minus stars I would. I've been on William for many years just playing slots and always managed to win some lose some but always fair. Since about April 2022 I'm down 300-400 every month and I believe this is since their take-over. I've not won a single panny and up until April this was my favourite slot site. Don't waste your time and money, William had become greedy and thieving website. Idk about casino or sport bets but as far as slots it's horendess and all I can call William Hill now is a thief. Don’t waste your time and money, William had become greedy and thieving website. Idk about casino or sport bets but as far as slots it’s horendess and all I can call William Hill now is a thief. Document verification is unreasonably difficult to get through. The team just keep rejecting the documents so that you can't log in and remove your money from your account.

Deposited over 100 today, and same 3 days in the row before that, staked 20p and 50p, not a bonus been given not a good play, just hungry and greedy cs , would take your last penny if they could. Sick of them and the way they make loyal customers loose all the time you win but never enough to cover any losses you will loose more then they give back so take away the withdraw option and just leave the deposit button lol

WH restricted my account for no reason, that is, I can't do any promotions, free bets, etc. They refused to give me any reason except to say that they did not take the decision lightly --- if so, then why do I not have a right to know it? I will not bet on WH anymore.
