Among their many sins this company made punters come a real cropper a few days ago. Their online site's functionality went seriously awry for a couple of hours & instead of voiding bets they left us all out to dry without "cash in" options. No real compensation or apology was offered & now they're saying they've lowered the payout percentage on their slots...as if they ever gave punters back over 90% of their stakes in the first place! No wonder they get fined so much & have such a bad reputation.
