Don’t deposit!!!There free spins plus £20 bonus credit offer is rediculous!!! Depositing £10 to get the offer is worthless, if you win anything you’ve got to make/spend £1000 before you can withdraw anything that’s the catch! They tell you your original deposit can’t be withdrawn because it’s used before the free £20 bonus credit, surely that should get used first!!! Never had that issue on another site. The bonus credit was used first which enabled me to withdraw my original deposit plus any extra winnings. Stay clear if I were you!!!

The RTP on this site is way off, the payouts are terrible, even if you do hit a bonus it will be the lowest amount possible, I’ve played online sites for years and this one is broken. It’s clearly setup to be permanently on the take. I deleted my account and I’ll never use them again. I would suggest everyone to stay clear.

Account still frozen after 3 weeks!I have provided all my documents etc but still no resolution of my account being blocked. I still can’t access my £500+ of funds.The companies phone lines are still down which is very suspicious.I’ve already logged a call with the Gambling Commission and if I don’t have my funds released by next week I will be logging a call with the police.

Account frozen for no reason!I’ve been with Unibet for some time, a week ago they froze my account for no reason, I am unable to withdraw, I have over £500 in my account, this is very worrying indeed. The customer service online chat couldn’t help me or give me any reason. Their phone lines have been down for a while too which is worrying.I’m speaking to the Gambling Commission today.

People please take this advice. Unibet will block you when gamble too much and lock your account with winnings in when you win. They hate winners. The scum of the earth do not give them a single pound as in the unlikely event that you win big, they will fist you and close your account. This company decides, without any sort of explanation, to void accounts. It then quotes its rules which state that they will return the stake, but not the winnings, if the bet wins, and keep the stake of it loses. In my experience other bookmakers have some, albeit limited, idea of fairness. This one has none. Where else in any business can this be tolerated? It requires a sort of class action to draw attention to their iniquity.

The company is a scam. I went to place a bet for €15 they said the full amount needed approval. Then they auto placed the bet at €10. When I went to void the bet they sent me a message saying Partially accepted Bets cannot be voided or refunded. Whats funny is the remaining €5 I had left I went to withdraw and got a message saying unable to withdraw that amount please deposit more.

Unibet closed my account and gave me no reason for doing so despite me complying with all their security checks and funds check. This site is a joke and should be avoided, it is invasive of your personal finances and personal details and I wouldn’t trust them at all, stick with the big and better bookmakers like Bet365 or William Hill, Ladbrokes, Coral etc.

Llive streaming is always winner…They probably have best live streaming for sports event out there… you can bet and watch live event from your phone which other sites don’t provide and even if they do the range that unibet provides always gonna beat other sites… maybe there promotions sector could be little better compare to other sites but it isn’t bad neither probably only criticism i could find…. thumbs up 👍
