How do they keep getting away wirh rigging blackjack day after day.Played today,as free bet received, big bloody mistake.I should have known better.12 hands 1 win,lost 10 in a row.As I have stated before this can not happen every time I play unless it’s blatantly fixed.I expect a fair play but on here I don’t get that,rtp 99.2% is for paddypower not punters.BEWARE OF PLAYING ANY SLINGO GAMES, THEY ARE NOT NOW REGULATED, ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. When I first signed up, I won 100 free spins on Eye Of Horus and won £70. I thought it was just a “Fad” due to the reviews, but me being a bit of a lucky gambler, decided to give the site a go. I tried to write a 5 star review, but trustpilot took it down (?). Anyway, after a while I was struggling to hit any decent base games and Buffalo Blitz has ate over £100 in wagering with one bonus game of around £3 (Rubbish i know). Started losing hope but today I felt lucky. I mean, it’s not big big wins, but roughly £250 today. Anyone saying this site doesn’t payout, it does. You just have to give it some time and patience and always change your games. Never stick to one game. I play multiple and find somegames will need 100s before a decent win, whereas others could give it you instantly. You just got to feel the luck and let it guide you.Anyway, thank you paddy! Used to be a really good bingo site , but it’s turned really really crap. You can put about £40 in and get absolutely nothing in return, yet the same people keep winning over and over. The deal or no deal multiplier used to be my favourite until all I was getting was a x1, when all the people that keep winning gey x4 and x5 absolute rip off and I’ve now closed my account. Much prefer sun bingo, brilliant site and evenly shared with different people winning. Paddy Power are nothing but money grabbers and they do nothing to change it. Good riddance to a crap site

I never had a problem with them for almost 20 years. In 2011 i used betfair but didnt like the site. I felt it was the kind of site that could suck you in, i was having personal problems and decided to close the account. I must have clicked on permanently exclude. I didnt like the site so no bother. In 2020 I put a self exclusion on a sky vegas account for five years. I recently tried to reopen that account. When going through the process they asked lots of questions about affordability which was fair enough. They said i would have to wait 24 hours and account would have a £25 per month spend limit. All good.Today i got a your excluded from all our websites, even though flutter aquired paddypower 4 years after i excluded from betfair…. I asked can you just allow access to paddy power. Just kept getting same reply from a script. So i have learnt dont self exclude permanently from a bookie if theyre garbage in case they buy the website of a competitor that you use and enjoy. Or get a crysyal ball.

Onl signed up recently had a small win. They make it seem like the site is good with bonus rounds just to rip it straight back off you with nothing. Got a bonus game on 40p spins for £3. Terrible. It took me 12 days to recover my own money and hours and hours on their chat line.I am a 77 yr old man with physical disabilities. I got two phone calls from them at the same time. The one I took from a lady who then started asking me questions about my income and personal finances.I agreed with some reluctance to agree a limit per month.I was told my account was open and I could bet and withdraw funds.I could not withdraw money. I then went on chat line. I was asked for a bank statement which I provided. Told once again I could withdraw funds.I couldn’t.I was then asked for a full PDS bank statement which I provided. Could bet but not withdraw.During this sorry process £200 approximately went out and then back into my account which I eventually got back. That left a modest balance.They noticed I had a joint account so then asked for a photo of my my wife’s driving licence and my driving license. They then asked to make a small deposit? I got a complaint number for them and I started the complaint procedure.I also contacted the Gambling Commission who were incredibly helpful.My account is now closed and I have dropped the complaint on the basis I am assured that the balance will be in my account shortly. I was betting well within my means and their was nothing whatsoever suspicious about my gambling patterns. I hope this is a cautionary tale for any elderly and or disabled punters.Ps for completeness I supplied everything they asked for.I even tried to make the £5 deposit!

Don’t get me wrong. PP is no better or worse than the average high st betting shop. It’s the poor quality – make that non-existence – of customer contact that I find off-putting.I used to use their online bet calculator – which was very useful. Unfortunately they seem to have applied updates that, to put it bluntly, mean it no longer works (ie, the boxes where you enter your stakes, odds etc are unresponsive). When I tried to inform them of this, I discovered they have no phone number or email address. Everything is being directed to webchat – which is, as usual, an AI bot that can’t cope with ordinary English. On the plus side, I haven’t lost much. I just found myself another online reckoner. On the other hand, it could have been something important so now I’ll avoid PP shops and abandon any idea of opening an account with them because it’s clear that if anything did go wrong it would be a big hassle getting them to deal with it.

This company is a bloody disgrace.Played blackjack lost 17 yes 17 hands in a bloody row. Had 2 draws. No wins. Paddy Power are scammers. Bet elsewhere. They will not pay you if you win larger bets.They ignore complaints and do not respond. They will find an excuse not to pay if you win a large bet, but keep your money if your bet loses. Please boycott Paddy Power, an Ireland based company with no contact numbers and an email address that will ignore all your emails. Total scammers.

Was at the green lanes store on 30/06/2025 @ 20.15pm till close and the manager said the PDQ wasn’t working . Branch 500 but refused to give me her name upon request. I spent £400 and had me walking to the cash machine and back several times.

I had a £5 bet for a Tromso win v Fredrikstad (worth £14 for the win).In the 95th minute (of 94) with Tromso winning 1-0, Paddy Power offered me £14 to cash out. I accepted the cash out but only received 14p.I spent 2 hours on the help centre to be finally told that unless I had a screenshot of the cash out offer then they couldn’t do anything about it.This company is fraudulent.I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but was cut off the conversation by Paddy Power.I used this site every day but will never use them again.It is only £14, but it is principle, if you loose a bet then you you pay up. The behaviour of Paddy Power was disgusting.

I have been with PP for 10 or more years,all of a sudden today they have suspended my account.there is no reason to to do this.i am a 78 year old pensioner who only bets in £5 but I think this might be the reason for my suspension,not high enough amounts!they have asked me for passport and 2 utility bills etc.will just use my bet365 account.i would avoid them in the future.

This site gets worse and worse fir payouts.Obviously something not right with this site.Played blackjack 26 hands won 2, drew 5.Lost 18 hands in a row including draws, how can this happen unless it’s blatantly fixed.This is not a one off, happens daily, slow dealing cards dealer cards,not turning over properly..dealer getting 21 in 7 yes 7 cards.Played 20 hands on slots ,won 1, got 10p. Its definitely not fair play on this site anymore,.Sports promotions have stopped this week week, so am closing account permanently, will go elsewhere to bet.Lesson learned, This review is not because I lost that’s the chance I take when playing, but I expect a fair game play,however on here i don’t get that.After reading the 1 star reviews I now know why, Goodbye paddypower and good bloody riddance.
