Absolute crap casino and gaming website odd free bet here and there but doesn’t make up for all the money they rinse off you. Dead spin after dead spin never once have I had a payout off them no fairness and no chance! This bloody site gets worse and worse. Its a legalised money pit.As I havecfree bets I decided to play blackjack again to see if there is any difference in hand play.Should have known better 12 hands 1 win. Lost 9 in a row.That’s it. Goodbye crooked paddypower. It’s disgraceful how they can hide behind all games regulated etc etc. If that the case how can they GUARANTEE A WIN ON paddy’s spin the wheel. It used to be one of (if not) the best online gambling sites in the UK however it has become so bad recently, this is nothing to do with the win/lose ratio on slots and games, this is to do with offers and promotions.So the wonder wheel, you used to get a few days a that were guaranteed win, so what it may have been just one free 10p scratch card, but it still felt like a win, even though the scratch card would lose 99 times out of 100 but that has completely stopped,Also on the wonder wheel you used to get either 5 or 10 spins, nope now that has become 2 or 3 spins although 90% of the time the wheel loses now, I have never seen so many lose spaces before.In addition to this the rewards have also stopped working properly, I no longer get my 25 free spins when I have spent the qualifying amount during the week, have no idea why but it’s just become really bad.The beat the drop game used to be £5000, now it’s £1000, it’s not actually worth the time playing it any more, so I don’t bother any more.I think it is now time to have a few months away from PaddyPower and spend my money elsewhere, as they seem to have decided to remove their respect for their long term customers

Paddy Power is the only online version l ever use for betting and games casino and bingo in the app everything is easy to find out straight away and the great extra places for e/w is used several times a day on multitude for horses. They pay first past post every race like that happened today at royal ascot and the winner slipped off horse got loose and the couldn’t do way in 2 seconds after that horse won i was paid out for 3 separate things and they were saying that any other countries that have famous races if you don’t way in within 10 mins you loose and it was about 25min till they announced the winner don’t know what other platforms did but pp immediately paid out and if they gave loose they would have to pay out for the 2nd as winner don’t know what they have done for the players but they have a amazing betting service horse football and greyhound plus the sports bets available around the world and they have a big bonus points and cash for the regular people no matter how much you bet you are not going to be able to get better than what they give you on pp bonus

I signed up but didn’t complete the process, as I abandoned it halfway through. Even though I never used the account, it was still treated as part of the setup. After contacting customer support, I was told I’m no longer considered a new customer and was asked to provide ID and proof of address. I sent my driving licence, which I felt should have been enough, but they requested even more information. The experience was frustrating, and the support felt robotic and unhelpful. I won’t be using this service again and will be using Skybet.

If I could give zero stars I would, Absolutely awful, been with paddy power along time and they suspended my account, 5 hrs on chat to be told 6 month self exclusion ,Daniela spent 2 hrs ,her asking set deposit limit, so I did, set this, set that, that took about an hr , I set it to £200 and then answer 100 more questions then she says think you need a break 6 months ,basically saying I’m an addict because I go on it about 7-9 x a month, spend £300 a month ,(withdrawals are OK sometimes) well I don’t need paddy power better sites out there with better customer support ,not 5 hrs long.

This app is great for when I am ready to pop a bet on the horse racing. It’s so simple to use. I had a small issue with withdrawing my winnings because my payment method had changed but the online support through the chat resolved that in 5 minutes. Very happy winner! 🙂

Review from seasoned online casino player: I’ve been playing games on various online casinos for years and I have a number of accounts that I use on a daily basis. However pp app is smooth and easy to use, PP is possibly the worst online casino when it comes to special offers and free spins, they have been using the “wheel” which is just a joke, you are lucky to get a 10p scratch card (which btw has the lowest RTP you could even imagine, I thinks it’s about 60%) . I discourage anybody to sign in with PP, much better online casinos are Boylesports, Bet365 and Coral casino (coral app is frustratingly slow and glitchy). Ladbrokes very laggy and has awful offers and little to none free spins. All of the above have very fast payouts even for large sums .

First started playing slots on this site and as normal when you first start you win. Ok nothing to scream about but just a little win. Now I’ve been playing for a bit I was getting back around 70% if what I put in. I was just hoping for that big ish win. But……It now seems like my profile has been put on a no win status. I know it sounds strange but I have now put loads in and have nothing back. Even there return rate I don’t get. I then tried scratch cards and about 1 in 4 wins. I did well over 15 and not one was a win. It just seems that when you first start it is made to look like a good site. Then it just takes your money and you think that you will get something back but don’t.
