General Information
For ongoing promotions and special offers then Paddy Power are in a class of their own, providing numerous money-back and free bet specials. Perhaps the best thing about these offers is that they change daily and new offers are regularly added so it always feels fresh and relevant, while there is no hassle in navigating the site – once you get the hang of it. Paddy Power increased its share of the Irish betting market (off-course) from 8% in 1988 to 33% by 2001. To raise money for a UK expansion, Paddy was listed in December 2000 on the London Stock Exchange. The firm opened their first shop in the UK in 2002 and by 2014 they had 250 shops in the UK – more than in their native Ireland. Paddy Power launched their E-gaming series in 2004 via the paddypowergames.com and paddypowercasino.com platforms, following that up just 12 months later with paddypowerpoker.com. Now expanded fully into Australia, France and Canada, they were the first online bookmaker to have a gambling app in Apple’s app store and by May 2013 the app had been downloaded over 1 million times and makes up a large percentage of all bets placed with the company.
Deposit & Withdrawals
Both in and out transactions are run fast and smoothly at Paddy Power. Every deposit method is available, and there are lots of helpful videos on the site as well as a very good FAQ section that guides you through the process. To make a withdrawal from you Paddy Power account via debit card, you simply log in and click on “My Account” then “Withdraw.” Then just confirm your debit card details and enter your Withdrawal Amount and password. Withdrawals to debit cards can take between two and three working days to be processed but they can take up to five on occasion as it takes time for the bank to process the transaction at both ends. On our site you will also find information about Paddy Power bonus and Paddy Power mobile app.
Customer Service
The help and support section is very easy to navigate and it is very simple to self-serve to get the answers you need. If you need to speak (or type) to a person then we have found it was always quick and easy to either speak on the telephone or start a live chat, but the option to send an email or letter are available.

Rotten company. They did not honour additional free spins initially as I failed to sign up via a specific affiliate marketing page which is intentionally convoluted to con you out of the extra spins. I asked them via chat as a goodwill gesture but they were arrogant, dismissive and repugnant. Weeks later after submitting documents (random unsubstantiated prompt) when logging in one time, it still showed documents required. When trying to upload them it would go straight to the page stating, documents uploading and waiting review. For well over 1 week. Asbolutely ZERO correspondence explaining why. Today when dealing with "Stevenson" in chat he was obstructing, insensitive and failed to answer reasonable questions. I submitted my latest phone bill which shows the company name, my address, my phone number and billing amount as per the list of acceptable documents supplied by Stevenson and I quote his exact message: "Stevenson at 16:20, Jul 3: If you do not have a utility bill or bank statement, we will accept: (Must be dated within last 6 months) Credit Card Statement/Bills Motor Insurance Statement (Not a quote). Policy number must be visible confirming the insurance Insurance Document/Statement (Not a quote) Council Tax Bill/Statement HMRC - Needs to be a Statement (Not a P60/P45) Phone/Broadband Bills (Including mobile) Student Finance - (Statement must confirm finance with individual specific account numbers) Poll Card Tenancy Agreement (Within 6 months of start date)" Bizarrely, I was informed the document does not meet the criteria. He repreatedly dodged the question and refused to answer what constitutes "proper" (his word) or "correct" documentation as I had explicitly fulfilled the requirement. This whole process took way over an hour and he even stalled out on providing details for the complaints procedure. He alleged they would still double down on their flagrant failure if contacted which is actually a further terrible indictment of the conduct of Paddy Power. If this is the extent of the customer service then AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are discriminatory and painfully incompetent. I can only assume as much at this stage. Disgraceful conduct.
