I just wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I opened an account with Monster Casino. Having made a very small profit I decided to withdraw my balance. After doing this the freebet that I used (which was a winner) was then cancelled!. This practice was not made clear at the time I placed the freebet. Also, this company charged a 1% commission for withdrawing your own money!!!!! It appears that this company operates out of Curaçao and I urge everybody NOT to open an account with this joke of a company.

So my far experience has been good so I am being hopeful! I uploaded my documents on Saturday for them to be approved last night. The online chat support have been very helpful very time I have messaged them. Anybody reading this, I cannot stress enough that this site is a scam! How on earth it gets away with it I don’t know! I used a 30 free bet and won 120 however the bet status still keeps saying ‘pending’. I have contacted them via chat and email and I keep getting the same BS response – lying to say the free bet expired which it didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to use it in the first place! Unfortunately for them they have scammed the wrong person as my girlfriend is a solicitor and legal action will be taken! I have used many less well-known betting sites which have been great, this is the first one to ever do this.

One minute they say they’ve received documents then not suddenly was asked to verify. Terns and cons state 3 days payouts waiting since 15th march for one. 1 Star only because they do pay out pretty quick. For the rest of the experience I advise to stay well clear. I know they say it’s all random generated but not here. Every single game takes ages to bonus and when you get the bonus don’t hold your breath! I’ve had 48p and 1.20 bonus wins after waging at least 50. I know this happens on most sites but not every bonus. Don’t know how they screw these games down but they do. Avoid this site at all costs

Won 1625 with bonus funds after getting 25% each deposit I put 80 on 4×20. And it wiped my 1600 and replaced with 15!! Absolute scam even if you had to wager it 1000x better than nothing scamming you know whats, customer service was useless just outlined the T&Cs but no apology or empathy shown logged a complaint not like that would help lol stay away guys! Recently registered with this site so i was new to it. Have to say after reading reviews I was a little doubtful playing on this site, but I thought I would make my own mind up. I made a deposit yesterday and withdrew last night. After seeing all the reviews I was worried I would have a nightmare getting my money. I withdrew at 10pm last night at the money was in my account at 8am this morning. No verification or anything. No problems at all.

Where do I start with them!First off it took 3 weeks to get withdrawals processed with them, kept turning round saying that the documents sent wasn’t right (Driving Licence and Bank Statements was sent to them round 15 times and kept failing).Had to replace my bank card due to payments being taken from the account with my consent (not Monster) but told them that the card was frozen and that the money from the winnings should be send to the bank account but they didn’t do that.Then today they closed the account because they didn’t want to keep up with the business partnership, so I cannot add my new card to make the withdrawals again. Basically they have stole the winnings by closing the account!Wouldn’t waste money on this site as they will keep your money if you plan to withdraw!

Terrible. Signed up to free bet offer with qualifying bet. Told I didn’t qualify due to having a membership at one of their sister sites. This isn’t clear at all and is tucked away in a small section of the Ts and C’s, and I was only told of this AFTER I’d lost the qualifying bet. Surely if they know that you are registered on a sister site, they could tell you when you sign up? It isn’t illegal or anything, and they’ll argue I should have read the pages and pages of extensive terms and conditions, but it just felt very sneaky to me and left a bad taste in my mouth.I actually looked into further bets and there seems to be to a bonus scheme but you don’t know what it is until you qualify, which seems pretty rubbish.Avoid.

Absolutely awful, had a win and suddenly they need to verify me, so after sending 256 forms of I.d they said I was all clear. I has been a member with this delightful company 1 week and received an email stating they no longer want to carry on the business relationship, still to this day I’ve no idea why. Its all smokes and mirrors, be very careful if you haven’t got the correct 3 forms of I.d you may never get access to YOUR money again you have been warned.

Easy to sign up but beware when attempting to withdraw even a tiny amount as they will make you go through the full ID/verification process (ID, debit card, proof address etc) before approving. Plus they take 1% as a withdrawal fee!

As long as you read the T&C’s. It is pretty clear . I understand it . But it’s a 30 pound free bet u wasent going to get right? So anything is a.plus win or lose its entertainment for me makes it more interesting placing a bet on football.I totally understand were people are coming from. Place a bet of 30 pound in free bets wins gets credited as bonus bets then x1 wager for it to be credited with real funds. But also capped at 200 pound. But again it’s FREE and if u understand the logic and just back mad hot favourites. It’s actually a win .
