Matchbook are a seriously dodgy outfit. Never mind their history of allowing huge deposits to be made then withdrawn in the same day and suchlike underhand behaviour, there is no way the reviews on here supporting them are all genuine. I smell a Rat...Nice try, Paul G

great until they shut down your account, on a whole, not as good as smarkets, not as many markets events etc, not as much functionality for example you can't lay accas, they need to catch up, still a good platform however if you are matched betting and you lose a lot of money in a short period of time say goodbye to your account, I understand that they have laws to follow but when you provide evidence of matched betting and huge assets then they still shutdown your account without providing further relevant dialogue it's very poor service, they should at least request more information if needed, I will continue to spread the word, online and via word of mouth, they also started to ignore me after sending several emails, emailed support and EDD recently, no reply, tried to raise a complaint, the complaint department never replied, thus I will passionately tell the truth and tell others to stay away, I know matchbook were fined millions a while ago due to bad practices however you still need to see things through and give customers an opportunity and treat them with fairness and respect, appalling behaviour

Great exchange at the start but their KYC is terrible and they ask faaaar too many questions on SOW checks. These have had lots of fines and licence suspensions because of their dodgy practices so I wouldn't send them too much info when other exchanges are available as they have also been fined by the ICO for mishandling of data.

Matchbook is my favourite place to place sports bets. They usually have good odds compared with other exchanges and bookies. And good liquidity, so I can place bets at the stake sizes I want.The record of transactions has all the information I need and is easy to use. Their record of previous bets also contains enough detail that I can look back and check things.I feel my funds are safe with them: they have two factor authentication available for log in and they have fund protection.Their search facility is very good and starts providing suggestions as soon as I start typing.I contacted Live Chat today to ask a question and it was answered quickly and helpfully.So, I find Matchbook a great place to bet on sports.

Much better than some of its counterparts, very easy to understand platform, easy to use, more and more markets are being added, would really love some more boxing options, but I enjoy the platform even without my preferred sport being represented more deeply. I would highly recommend.

Betting on Matchbook is incredibly easy. I use it for Lay Betting on horses, and finding the right meeting, the right horse and clicking the pink price box, makes it so simple to place my lay bets. I like that I can submit my maximum liability to control my potential loss. I like how my account balance updates automatically when bets have been settled. I like how I can easily review the results of all the best I have made in the last 24 hours, as I keep a record of my performance.

I'm using matchbook more than 2 years for matched betting. About a month ago I started to place back bets as well. I put back bets and on other events lay bets. Now I received an email, I been removed from 0%commission because my betting behaviour. I am very disappointed. Never mind, I found an other exchange with 0% commission.

I have been using Matchbook for around 5 years now. The Matchbook staff have always resolved any issue came up from time to time. The prices & liquidity on football, tennis and golf have been good for me to use on a regular basis.
