The problem was partly solved Conor the agent was great, he did his best,unfortunately I am not very good at Internet Technology, so was not much help to him.All in all I was impressed with the Service.

Very solid platform overall with things working good and withdrawals processed on time. Should look to expand a bit the coverage of sports, the 2% commission is also a con.Was a customer for many years and had good experience with them and passed their Financial due diligences twice before. But the latest round was just a bit too much for me. The level of scrutiny is just beyond reason. Where every transaction you've ever made they want a statement for. For example if you play at other betting sites you need to provide statements of the bank account that came from (clearly you can't provide bank statement for a betting company), if you transfer money to friends or have some other income sources beyond a regular job those also are hard to provide enough information for them to be satisfied. So ultimately unfortunately had to close the account instead the back and forth with their audit team that are mostly useless.

seems like it is not a flexible platform when it comes to matters of account login and recovery options, there options are just limited and the customer support cant figure out a way to help its clients because how comes you get locked out of the account even if you know the password to your accout, claim to see a passport biometrics who told you all of the people globally have access to such. such a dissapointment on my part.

I like Matchbook but there could be a wider range of sports and events to wager on. I also couldn't delete an old debit card and add a new one so I could deposit without downloading the app. I will keep using Matchbook however as I like the the layout and customer service/live chat is better than other exchanges imo.

I had placed a lay bet on a horse race just prior to the start of the race, which appeared to not work and had subsequently placed a second bet. Unbeknownst to me the website wasn't functioning correctly and thus I had placed the same bet twice. As the website had crashed I had no way to check this or rectify it. As it was, my bet lost and I had lost double what I had wanted to stake. I contacted Matchbook support who responded very promptly. They looked into the matter and established that I was not at fault and refunded my money for the second bet. On top of this they gave me a free £15 bet for the inconvenience. Customer service done right! Will be using them happily going forward.

A great betting exchange with a large variety of markets available and plenty of liquidity that is often significantly greater than other more traditional exchanges, especially in some markets such as horse racing. If you know how to make profit from matched betting I would recommend Matchbook exchange especially as they offer reduced commision for "matched bettors".

Disgraceful company who really need to sort out the verification process. Their compliance team are useless and Erin and Lewis are not great either. Go to Smarkets or Betdaq where they are more friendly.

Despite being a customer of many years, my account was closed suddenly after the perfectly adequate documents I had to send in were rejected.Source of wealth checks are a nonsense and just an excuse for companies to get rid of those people who know what they are doing.

Even after sending all the documents they requested including 3 month bank statements, proof of funds, and ID documents. I answered all the questions. Then they closed my account, no reason given. They did the same to my friend and he only placed 5 small bets which is even more bizarre! So much for being a betting exchange. Stick to proper betting exchanges.

Asked me to submit payslips, P60's, tax returns and bank statements to place a bet. Anybody who sends these documents are part of the problem. If we all say no then these betting companies will be forced to go out of business. Everyone should value their financial freedom over placing a bet. It is complete madness not to.
