The worst site you will ever play avoid at all costs. Will not load games also gameplay is extremely poor. Customer service uselss. I’m a gambler of many years and this is the worst site I’ve come accross if your looking to play slots please do not touch here- proper review here guys not some idiot.

I joined Matchbook when I saw an advert to get £50 in free bets when you bet £50. I now wish I hadn’t as Matchbook have scammed me.I signed up and placed the £50 in bets and then expected to be awarded the free bets the next day, however when that didn’t happen I contacted their customer service.They told me that I had joined Matchbook via an affiliate link and was therefore ineligible for the free bets. I explained to them I’d simply seen an advert and had no idea about an affiliate link. I also explained that they had accepted the GET50 code without any warning that I had entered when I signed up, that is specifically for this offer.I went on to explain that they also did not make any indication when I placed the bets that they were ineligible for the welcome offer that I had specifically signed up for. They basically said tough luck you’ll get nothing, we don’t give a sh@t, these are our T’s and C’s. It’s an incredibly sly way to do business, I would trust them about as far as I could throw them. So to conclude they have ads that contain links making you ineligible for the promotions the ads are advertising.Their signup pages are completely inadequate in that they will accept promotion codes you are ‘ineligible’ for. They could easily add code on their website that a GCSE student could program, that would reject promotion codes that you are not eligible for when signing up.Their customer service really do not care, they just hide behind T’s and C’s. There are many other better exchanges and bookmakers out there that are honest and I would really recommend going to one of them.

This web site cannot be under uk license . They seized my money i complanied to license. Middle of the night they asked me which ip do you use. I replied them uk one i live in the uk . So they locked my account adn said wait for reply from us. no reason they locked my account i cannot acces s. i cannto access my balance aswell. its their tactic keep my money there i cannot login they use my money for their favor. this is scum and thieft

When i won small amount of money only 200 to 500 they locked my account and send me an email asked me questions . i replied but no answer and reply they seized my money i will complain to ibas. This kind of scum comapnies should not be exist in th euk

Takes too long to get verified. They don’t bother checking through documents. They ask for the same documents I already sent to them and take days to respond all the while I’m waiting until I get verified before I place a bet.

Customer Service argue with you via email and won’t admit they’re every wrong. Nothing is ever their fault even when it is. And no matter how much aggro the site causes they refuse to give you a free bet. Sorry no free bets will be credited. They act like it’s their own money won’t use again

Every dealing I have had with Matchbook has been positive. They have always sorted out any issues and been really helpful. You get to speak to real people who don’t stick to a generic scrip which is nice as you feel listened to rather than fobbed off. Really great betting platform.

Same old same old. Took there Casino for a substantial sum and then they demand documents. They also asked me to explain my trading strategies and how I consistently win on their exchange. Luckily I managed to withdraw my funds before they had chance to steal back there losses like they have clearly done to others on here. They blame the gambling commissioner but can’t explain why this does not have to be done until your winning. Imagine going for a Mortgage and them giving you the money then 6 months later wanting you to show your affordability. Exactly makes zero sense does it. Nothing but a bunch.

Was extremely happy with them and had laid thousands of bets with them over the last couple of years. I was so happy with them that I completely ignored a friend who told me that they had placed a lay bet but it had turned into a back bet in this exchange. I just assumed my friend had made an error and was simply frustrated, until exactly the same thing happened to me, resulting in me losing at a bookmaker and at the exchange. Nothing I can do without having actually filmed the placing of the lay bets. But I will stop using them now as I am 100% sure I made a lay bet and the fact that Ive made thousands of such bets without incident proves, to me anyway, that I know how to place lay bets.

Matchbook has blocked my account without explanation of a reason or an opportunity to resolve any issues. My account had several open bets, which I couldn’t access and lost my money as a result of this. The customer support service couldn’t help me saying that I would need to file a complaint which is considered for 8 weeks.

Deposit failed even though everything was confirmed with my bank and no restrictions was on my account. Matchbook tried to blame my bank, when they realised the issue was with themselves and was advised the issue will be passed to the relevant department which clearly only operate Mon-Fri 9-5. Staff clearly not experienced nor trained properly to deal with such basic issues, in situations like this a manager should at least be available to step in. Self excluded my account for 5 years due to frustration and wasted time. I don’t deal with incompetent businesses like this.

Don’t waste your time.I joined with a promise of free bets for signing up. On signing up, my account was blocked with no explanation. The Live Chat team advised to send identification documents which I did, however this wasn’t processed for 3 days after which the sign-up offer had expired. They then requested more documents over and above what was originally asked for.I mentioned the issue of the free bets expiring with the Live Chat team, and the feedback team but they weren’t interested in resolving the issue and were quite blunt with their responses.Customer service is extremely lacking with this company.

Matchbook are a betting exchange, which means that you can both bet or lay the result of a sporting event. They are quite generous with their free bets coming out of nowhere, and there is a feature called matchbook zero, where one can place (just one) back or lay bet at very favourable odds with no commission. I wish they had a button – a safety feature for those with a lot of money in their account – that would limit the maximum possible loss on any particular market, but of the four exchanges only betdaq offer this.I strongly recommend matchbook. It is one of the best betting sites out there.

Slapped a £150 monthly deposit limit in me for now reason. When enquired why they said it’s all I could afford me to lose. I didn’t realise matchbook is owned by my accountants firm. When I explained it’s irrelevant as I’m matched betting, they demanded to see proof of my counter bets. I did so, showing that I’m in profit. They also demanded to see my bank and investment accounts (so they could decide what was affordable). I refused stating I’d be one data breach away from financial ruin. But, I did allow them access to the account I was using for their service. They proceeded to ask intrusive questions about my financial relationship with my husband based off it. Then they just replied, no change to limit. No reason given. It’s been an absolute pain, all to get 0% commission. I’ve got no limit with betfair. So I’ll stick with their 2%.

All been good until right when I really needed to withdraw money then all of a sudden my password was blocked and everytime I make a new one it just says the same thing that it has been entered wrong more than 3 times. Now most of the time the customer staff are amazing but when it was clock off work time and I really needed access to Money.. they wasn’t much help at all..Update.. as seen below 👇 maybe I was a little harsh as they do tend to sort things out fast however I am a little worried as some reviews here say their account had to be terminated when they got locked out 🥺Further update…All fixed it was a technical error on their side but they fixed it as fast as they could I must say the speed they work on raised issues during office hours are impeccable and I praise them for their hard work and dedication in fixing this for me, it was just unfortunate that it happened right at the end of office hours

So I signed up for the welcome pack 100% match also You get 50 spins after completing buy in, but when you end up with 3p left from your buy in and bonus balance that can’t be used up it’s not complete so they won’t issue you your spins. what a joke seems like a loop hole just to not give the spins.

After waiting almost six months to have my account unlocked,i was asked to do this was by sending an email to their team on 13/05/2024. I lost count the number of emails i sent them on 13/05/2024 to 14/05/2024. Because the number of emails i sent and received,they took the easy option to close my already locked account. I have all the sent/received emails to. I was only able to give this useless website 1 star as there was no 0 star

avoid this betting exchange like the plague. Shut down my account for no reason and would not reopen it after liaising with their ‘compliance team’ Betdaq and Smarkets are better and have a great customer service.
