Made an account and put about 300 pounds. no issues until i won a few quid then they blocked my account. Now I have to wait 72 hours until they review my documents. Convenient that they do any of this before taking money etc. Complete Scum Bags.

Relatively new to Exchange betting but so far it seems to be a good platform. Decent liquidity on all the major events and their customer support team was very quick at handling an issue I had after I forgot to type in the bonus code when signing up.

Any chance you might get CS people that actually know about gambling and don’t just argue and act petulant? It’s ridiculous how jumped up they act when you don’t like their answer and have the audacity to email back. Talk about low IQ. It’s embarrassing . They act like the money is coming out their own pocketIf I had a pound every time I had an issue id be rich.It’s a joke. Won’t be wasting my time again.

Ok want to give a higher rating but their cash out is absolutely scandalous!! I had a £1 bet and took 30/1 at the start of todays match ht lazio ft Ajax. At half time with Lazio winning 1 O and the best return if I just backed Ajax at by to win 6/1 well it’s really 5/1 as matchbook have the commission I clicked on my bet just to see what my cash out would be. The screen went blank no amount given then £1 appeared in my account! No way would I cash out for that sum! So what’s going on here Matchbook !!!

Been with them for two years never once had a free bet. We don’t give free bets as the commission and good prices make up for that they arrogantly announced to me. What utter rubbish. The odds are way below that of Betfair. A lot worse .Won’t be bothering any longer

Banging my head against a brick wall with this lot. Finally had enough of trying to explain to this lot Nothing ever gets resolved with these 🤡 Just dreadful. Awful . As if that’s not bad enough all the prices are at least 15_20 points worse than the big name exchange. No reason to use any longerAdios

It’s a scam platform. And the staff are racists! It might let you use the platform for a few months but will then close the account and take all your money. I think the only good reviews are fake. It’s impossible for anyone to rate this platform as 5 star! So many issues. the liquidity is poor and on a number of occasions, winning trades have been voided and money returned. I can’t voice my frustration enough.

Matchbook have a bad habit of unlike Bf, that as soon as the markets close, the page you’re on disappears which means you can’t get back on to watch the race. Which is incredibly annoying.When I contact the customer Service they do reply fast but then refuse to engage if you have the audacity to question them. They never take the blame for anything and nothing is their fault. Their default position is that there never wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s the supplier of the feed or people who do the games. But never themI’ve given them 2 stars as they’re not the worst

Live chat is easy to get through to and they respond quickly. The site is designed well and there are lots of markets on offer and the commission rate is low. Have emailed them today hoping for a quick response 5 stars

My contact with Matchbook was picked up within seconds and I spoke with a very friendly customer service agent Zenan who resolved my issue promptly. It’s unusual to speak with a person these days and this was a refreshing change from the usual bot service you get in most places. Keep up the good work.

Horrific lying company. Sent me an email saying bet 50 and get 25 . Only to respond next day after I enquired where my free bet is ? ….” o sorry the email was a mistake ” . Conor on customer service was not helpful and just replied generic AI type responses. Go with Betfair or smarkets guys much better exchanges

Needs help with clear navigation instructions to what you want to do in regards of placing bets, needs an upgrade with improved deals and bonuses. But still enjoy playing and sure will be improving

I had help from a lovely chap called Robert. It proved quite difficult to reset my password. I had to do 4 attempts while Robert was patiently waiting. I even did a screenshot of my screen revealing my password, which he then told me about and reassured me he had deleted it. Thank you for the help and patience yesterday, Robert! It was much appreciated – now I can access my account.

Unfortunately has a bug in the system – if you cash out early when you make accidental lay bet. Then when you try and reapply it – it plays a back bet! Unacceptable as lost my money

Recently I took a time out for 7 weeks purely because I have visitors and don’t want to be rude and distracted by being on my phone betting.But all what’s happened is Matchbook are being rude!Wanted to know my betting strategy soon after the time out?Also stop my access to the account within a day of my time out being up.Then saying I had exceeded my limit? Yet only place £10 and had a limit of £5000.It’s all this out of the blue action without giving notice which drive punters mad.They obviously think this is acceptable way to treat a customer.I wouldn’t bother with them. Seem randomly and chaotically interrupt your gambling under the guise promoting responsible gambling. Complete opposite affect having on me, I feel deterred now from having responsible time outs like I have just taken. So unprofessional! Going to report them to the gambling commission for harassing me after a time out request!

Every time I try and get matched a few quid it goes unmatched and have to take ten ticks less. And that’s on the big greyhound races on a Friday nights only wanting a bullseye on. Absolutely dreadful liquidity . Was hoping to use them as alternative to SBK or Betfair but that won’t be happening Even worse are the people w running the email/chat but who don’t have a clue about gambling. You email them asking about why no liquidity and they don’t have a scooby what you’re on about

The exchange is fine, with a decent interface.MBZero, on the other hand is.. problematic. They now prevent me from placing bets, presumably because I won too much. They don’t explain and this is 100% like bookie gubbing.So basically they only allow you to bet if you’re losing money. So know that if you’re still able to place bets there it’s because they believe you’ll lose more than you win…

Probably counts as one of the worst experiences I have had online. Their ineptitude is breathtaking from the point where I tried to sign up as a user of Matchbook to the point where they decided to close the account that never got off the ground due to their complete clumsiness in dealing with customer needs.It has taken no less than 4 days to get nowhere with them. It is impossible to speak to a human being and their customer service, live chat, compliance are off the chart when it comes to looking after their customers. One star is one star too many for these people.Knowing that they are custodians of their customers money is frightening.I would avoid: there are others out there who can only be better.

I was playing matchbook casino but every time I tried to place a bet everything was rejected. I deposited £370 in total and after my issues I decided to withdraw.That’s when they started demanding explanations and they are still holding my funds. They told me there is not any issues with the live roulette when there clearly is. Update I have since received my funds thanks
