If only I could give 0 stars i would. This is a most deceitful organisation. They very easily take your money but it is impossible to withdraw any funds in your account beyond that. I have been trying for 5 weeks giving them many options to pay out but they keep refusing with a variety of excuses. NEVER deal with this company. Stay away!

Marathonbet had sumo listed as a sport to gamble on. I signed up and deposited funds only to find out the next day that sumo was not listed. When i queried this they said ‘the sumo animation displayed on the website was for information purposes only and whilst every effort is taken to ensure their accuracy we accept no liability for any errors.’ So I tried to withdraw my money but the amount (3500jpy) was too low to withdraw. So I put it all on a tennis match that came good bumping it to 18500jpy, then I try to withdraw and the withdraw is not processing.

Marathonbet not paying my winnings, after deposit and win they cancelled my withdraw that time deposit works fine by binance pay in terms of withdraw they claimed binance pay had some issues but the funny things are deposit works fine. Drama start after I complain on that ask to submit documents for verification I send them all of these after 15 days of verification delay they now decide to deduct my winnings also with transection fees between binance pay completely free to use. They deducted my all dollars giving 1/5 of my total balance by using There fraud policy. As a user I’m completely disappointed… Avoid this if you want to be happy..

Marathonbet is not paying my winnings for almost a week now. They claim that they have technical issues with paying out by using Binance Pay. But depositing works fine, unbelievable…And it is not easily possible to change the withdrawal method since they only let you pay out winnings with the payment method you used for depositing the money that was the basis for your winnings.In fact my money is stuck and they also refuse to give me any timeframe how long these “technical issues” might last. Really unbelievable, I cannot repeat often enough.

MARATHONBET IS A HUGE SCAM! They may first suspend your account for nothing (or probably for trying to withdraw often times without success or for chatting them up frequently). Then they block you from withdrawing with the easy options like visa. Then they leave their Bank withdrawing option with another lair they’ve set for you. Upon filling details for bank withdrawal, they first set a high minimum withdrawing amount about $70 or more. Otherwise, the other lairs they set is to always pop up error messages that your SWIFT code and / or BRANCH codes are NOT valid.The long and short is that they’ll frustrate your life till you exit. At least that was my experience. I wish I took my time to search online for reviews before dabbling into it. I really wonder how companies like that stay online. Is there no regulation or what?

My astropay account is good and I sent the astropay support statement. but withdrawal denied, says marathonbet support team. I been trying 1 month and still struggling atleast they haven’t responded and saying our relevant team will be contact you shortly. but I sent several emails even they haven’t responded yet. If you want money take it don’t play games with victims. one day you should pay for it. only god knows how it is hard to earn and win.

Well, just did one sport bet, did won, then limited my account, did ask the support, they don’t know why that happens, so then start looking around, and see they want to keep only looser account, and another thing, the profit was just about 2 USD, this was so funny, just did as a test, to see how the site works, so if you like me, love bet in sports, stay alway from Europe casino, they love to do this kind thing.I’m from Brazil we are getting regulation around here, so hopeful our government take little control of this kind abused casino.

I had a terrible experience with Marathonbet. It’s practically impossible to withdraw money from their website. I’ve been trying for weeks to withdraw my funds, but the process has been nothing but a nightmare.Their customer service is also terrible. Whenever I try to contact them, it takes hours or even days to get a response. When I finally do get a response, it’s usually not helpful at all. Do not let those who play on this site are scammers. I sent a document 1 week passed and they kept saying it is in the process of continuous processing. In this 1 week, I waited to withdraw my 2800 dollars, saying that the documents were approved and not used. But they never confirmed it, after they finally finished all the money on random bets. After 1 hour, they sent an e-mail saying that your documents were approved. Don’t deposit money, you can’t withdraw.

Marathonbet is trapping my money.I was a marathonbet customer, and used my account for several months, but in september 2022 my account was blocked and theys asked for documents for the verification process. I’ve sent to them 2 months ago, and they never returned me. Every time i try to contact them at the chat, they send me the same email saying “Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked as a part of our standard accounts review process. This review is still ongoing and we apologise for the inconvenience.Thank you for your patience whilst this review continues. We will be in touch with you as soon as it is complete.”. but it’s been 2 months and i just want to withdraw my money from this booking. neve thought that i was gonna have this disappointment with the booking. It works percetly when you have to inject funds. But you cannot withdraw. I got verified, got eligible for withdraw. But then when to withdraw, amount allowed is a tiny fraction, and even that cannot be withdrew. I got in touch with the support which would just avoid to answer straight to questions and repeat to refresh the window
