It’s been two months now since my account was locked without any reason. They requested that I submit documents for verification and ever since, nothing has been done. They locked the account with funds inside. Please, if you are in Nigeria or any Africa country, run from Marathonbet because they will lock your account the moment you have funds in it and their support will not respond to you.

This is a pure scam site, please don’t use it. First I deposited 50,000 Naira which was never reflected in my betting account and my bank account was debited. I contacted them and they asked for the payment slip which I sent to them, but they still didn’t do anything about it. I deposited another 25,000 Naira thinking maybe the first deposit was my bank issue and the fund would be reversed. I traded with the 25,000 Naira and the fund turned 57,000 Naira within 3 days and then tried to withdraw. Only for them to reject my withdrawal and asked me to send my ID, deposit slips, proof of address, which I did. They replied after like 4 days that I should take a pix with my ID in one hand and a 4-digit number they sent to me to be written on paper and hold the two close to my face in the picture, which I also did. They would reject and ask me to take another one and they would reject and they kept rejecting the picture telling me the quality is not good enough and blocking my account. They are thieves and scammers. Don’t use them.

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars,very useless site,when u start winning just know you are their enemy.Just to withdraw $80 they took 2 weeks+,at the end of the day they seized it all.After doing a useless id check,closed my account and used their terms and conditions as an excuse.Why didn’t they tell me to verify bfor I ever deposited,the law clearly states if a site is able to verify once one registers they shouldn’t use it as a means to hold ones money.PLEASE DONT EVER REGISTER ON THIS SITE!

Fastest withdrawal I have ever experienced. Less than 1 minute. Great slots which I haven’t seen on other sites. The slots are quite entertaining not like others that just go dum dum dum. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma.
