When you finally get a small win after depositing so much on the slots they don’t pay you your withdrawal??..its under £100 for crying out loud, you then leave a message on my account asking for further information and still with holding my win, I sent you the details you requested and hours later still waiting??? I’ve tried to talk to an agent on live chat so many times today and I’m sat waiting for 10 minutes at a time and apparently I’m number 1 in the queue?? Just pay up, this isn’t right and I will be taking this matter further..again another site that allows you to deposit thousands of pounds and when you get a win (although very small) you then decide its time for more verification??? You could have paid the withdrawal 1st then asked me on my next deposit..wrong just wrong! I’ll wait for the same generic reply as everyone else gets shall I? Oh and before you spout the rubbish everyone should go and check some real reviews of your casino at kwiff complaints RESOLVER..so many people not getting thier withdrawal because of demand of ID, so many people scammed..

I have been using kwiff for some time now and in general I am pleased with the support given, wins and losses alike! However this morning their safer gambling tools failed me. I was able to continue playing above my loss limit and as a result lost a substantial amount of money. I accept gambling comes with losses, however I thought the tools in place are to help players like me restrict gameplay. I have sent a few chat requests and emails in the past to clarify how the loss limit works and have never been given a clear answer. I sent an email this morning and a few chat requests to try and get some answers and unfortunately I have been given a stock response of “we are looking into it”. My time with kwiff has usually been positive but today I am feeling somewhat confused and disappointed with the lack of answers.

Restricted on my withdrawel, There team claim that a email sent on there side regarding responsible gambling. Still No Email sent till this day. Don’t recommend, account close.

Absolute joke of a betting company, I deposited 2 x £20 Sunday they took a third which shows on my banking app and I noticed straight away. I sent an email same day but know reply. K have just waited on chat for 45 min and Victor cuts the chat short after I asked yhe question about my account. I will call the police as they have taken this with out my consent. Stay away from this site.

The worst betting site. Its a scam ,it has a month now since I won my bet they still won’t pay me or replying. I’ve reported and shared on social media for people to avoid this scam. Just keep sharing them on Instagram and Facebook and whoever wants to contact me let’s get together and report them to police,financial crimes. Use high street sites and not these con artists. If you USE these cowboys they will suspend your account and hold your money. Shocking avoid at all costs. Same as everyone else deposited money and then they suspended my account. I can’t withdraw any of my funds. Have sent the docs requested. Over 5 days and nothing back. Kwiff have stolen £8000 from me father. They have not responded for over 3 weeks. They permanently blocked the depositing account which he was using to them continue to allow this after a series of emails confirming that his account would be permanently closed if he used this deposit method. This method was used on 10 occasions to the total of £8000 and was not stopped. Unbelievable, this is going to the national news papers as my dad is 67 years old. Disgrace

Definitely the worst betting site.I recently was asked to verify my details after being with this site for nearly a year, they wanted me to send my passport number and driving licence number, along with other information.I placed a 3 fold accumulator which won but because I was not prepared to send such sensitive information they have now refused to pay my winnings and have subsequently closed my account!The advisor I was dealing with was called shaun , he was not prepared at all to reason with me or help in any type of way!Their coverage I found on several occasions was inadequate, if a game isn’t covered it makes in nearly impossible to access the cash out feature!This is something that very rarely happens with bet 365 ( which i’’be never had an issue with)Please think twice before signing up to this company

Here we are just like a number of other players who have been chasing their monies.I have now sent a no: of documents through to their website, with the usual rejection replies that you have all experienced no doubt. Strangely no requests are made for proof of existence when you are transferring money into your account. But the moment you have a sizeable win then the requests begin.So I will know be contacting the relevant authorities to try to resolve this issue.Anyone thinking of joining this site beware.

This site could be perfect as the kwiffed bet feature is superb. The main problem with the site that if fixed would be great is that half of the games they offer they don’t cover. So 90% of the accumulators I do don’t offer cash out. This has a serious affect on me as my last 10 bets have lost by one goal, so having a cash out offer would help immensely. Hopefully they cover more games in future and will take them in line with other bookies who’s cash out is a lot better. Thanks

Awful site, offers much worse odds than companies like skybet and bet365, the amount of times on weekends I’ve placed bets for a ‘guaranteed kwiffed bet’ for them not to boost it at all. Biggest con artists in sports betting by a mile.

Kwiff prays of the people hoping to get kwiffed. The site itself offers below par odds and has lengthy waiting time to receive funds. I withdrew £50 from my account yesterday and it made me split the withdrawal between my old account which is not longer used and my new one. I reached out to explain to the chat but I was unable speak to anyone although it saying I was number 1 in the queue. I’ve got a few outstanding bets with kwiff but plan to delete my account after everything is settled. pros – Kwiff bets can be good but seem to only be on riskier betscons – long waiting times for funds- lack of contact- below parr odds- Unable to figure out how to delete an old bank account

Do not use this Welcome offer! Deposited £10 and was given a £30 free bet which they pick for you and it was a football game two days later which lost within eight minutes and had no chance of winning anyway. Totally misleading welcome offer and terrible customer service, much better sites out there don’t settle for this one!

As I have said numerous times look as the reviews I like many others had their PDF files come up as not accepted by their ‘system’..files that have downloaded directly from the banking website….kwiff knew who I was while depositing 100 after 100 now comes to paying out who the F are you…they conned me out of my winnings, over £400. Awful! I got a bet kwiffed, but when I checked the result, they had cancelled the bet and described it as ‘NR’, which I assumed meant non-runner. In fact, the horse ran & came third, but they obviously had second thoughts about their own generosity! When I queried this with them, they came up with some cock-and-bull story about how the ‘price had been mis-advertised’, which was strange as it was a price they had kwiffed. I’m afraid I could never trust them to honour their comittments on future bets. Be warned!

Great idea for the bookies but truly awful for the punter .. Winning is difficult enough as it is without taking less odds that’s on offer, all hoping for the fact you get boosted.. Not worth it at all. Taking 6/4 on a 5/2 hoping it gets boosted is the road to to ruin . Not for me(The person replying on here have a real attitude problem it seems, replying with sarcasm and bitterness. The company says no documents were provided yet they already had all my documents on file from my initial withdrawal including my tax returns…all of a sudden my bank card has expired then it’s sorry your paperwork has been accepted so your account will be closed and your winnings of over £400 will not be paid…took the 6 weeks of holding onto my winnings to tell me that, bunch of theives. Please people stick to more reputable sites like Coral , Sky Bet Ladbrokes etc…..the whole you have been Kwiffed is a joke as their odds are far less than other bookmakers to start with…people do your homework dont be Unkwiffed on your winnings like me
