My account was accessed inappropriately by someone else while I was out of the country. I have all the proof required to illustrate that, however, as soon as I communicated that to Kwiff, they closed my account. This could be because I had won about 3,000 GBP in a month, hence they were happy to see me go.They came back to me with an email saying I should file a police report. There was no regard for my loss and no cooperation on their part to even have a look at my evidence. I would not recommend Kwiff if you are a winner and if you care about the safety of your account. Their boosted bets are a big empty trap.

Put a horse on which I knew the company had incorrectly named the horse. They had the correct rider, trainer, number of horse, stall number, rating and record. They settled it as a winner and then retracted and put my account in the minus because of an error They had made. Would avoid

After trying to make a withdrawal 4 days ago for £150 I was required to send documents for verification. This included driving license.. then a separate photo off my license held up next to my face .. bank card front and back .. bank statements.. utility bill last 3 months .. after sending all these details I have since been ignored no replys what so ever . Also tried speaking to online chat via there app and the staff are sooo dam rude they just end the chat when they feel like it with not even as little as a goodbye etc . Then they proceed to repeat same thing saying it is in the process off being reviewed but we cannot give u any sort of time frame on this . ( so that could be a month a year a lifetime who knows) . I have even had staff be as rude to say stop messaging us everyday u have been told in the past to just wait ! 🤯⛔ awfullll customer service . This company asked me to provide certain information, in a particular way, before they would pay me my money, which I provided. Since that day they have moved the goal posts twice and I have complied with their slightly concerning requirements. I have asked them to clarify why they required both pages of my passport, in particular the page with my signature on, to verify my ID, as I happen to know that it isn’t necessary, but as I found in previous communications they have ghosted me. I eventually provided them a copy of my passport with both pages and asked if they could confirm if they had enough information to now pay me my money, but they have not responded to a single email. I have spoken with the gambling commission who are aware of the situation and advised me on how to proceed. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Will not accept a landline statement for verification of address, Kwiff claimed it to be a mobile phone statement (won't explain the area code).Withdrawing can be painful. The limit is probably under £1000, prior withdrawals can count towards this presumably, before checks are asked (in my case). Proof of ID, proof of address and there is also a section on employment (job title, industry and how the account is funded). Savings can not be used to answer the funding question.

Joined the site 2 days ago and luckily made some winning and I hope everyone has the same experience as well.Here is the reason why I’m giving 2 stars. My withdrawal request is now more than 24 hours and still pending. I have sent all the documents required from Kwiff and all the documents met their criteria for sure. Don’t know how long do I have to wait until I receive my funds and the customer service team couldn’t provide any promising answers as well.Keeping my fingers crossed and I will update you guys whenever I receive it.

Like many of you I really enjoyed using the Kwiff app, the surprise odds boosts were great... however.. they requested documents from me such as bank statements and a picture of myself holding my ID.. I provided both these documents.. I then received an email saying that my account had been permanently closed due to a business decision.. that wouldn't bother me apart from the fact that they have told me that they confiscated my £150 that was sitting in my account... Please people leave this site, there's so many better apps to use

Happily accepts deposits for months on my new debit card after my previous one expired.Now after many deposits accepted I'm trying to withdraw and it's forcing me to withdraw to the card that expired months ago randomly, now they want a photo of me holding my ID with both my full face visible and ID clear enough to read which seems impossible without a pro camera. I have previously sent ID that was needed to withdraw after a decent win and this was accepted. Avoid this company unless you only plan on depositing and losing, they will be as obstructive as possible if you withdraw.
