The kwiff supercharged bets are few and far between. I’ve lost out on so much money with lower odds. I have worked out that my placed bets have been supercharged 1 in every 4. I have also worked out that if i had placed my bets with any other bookmaker then i would be £634 better off. If you have any sense then you should stay away from betting with kwiff. I have definitely fallen for this con and i feel embarrassed.

Have been using Kwiff for over a year now. I put £30-£50 in every now and again. But it adds up. They have had no issue taking my money. I withdrew £50 a week ago and they said I had to prove my address to have this happen. They weren’t bothered when taking my money! I moved 6 months ago to a new address but haven’t changed it on my account. Mainly cause I’ve never needed to. They always took my money fine. Now they are saying I can’t have my £50 withdrawal as the system keeps rejecting it. I have told them via email and live chat that I moved. Makes no difference. Don’t ever bother doing the online chat it’s a complete waste of time. Shambles of a company.

First cash out went out right away second 3rd and 4th cash out was less than 15 minutes later all returned to the account slow customer support no email to tell me what was going on with the account had to chase the issue up first. happy to let me deposit but making it difficult over a amount that less than £100 very slow reply’s to email and chat just tells me to wait nice site overall but very poor customer supportEdit after Kwiff reply i have sent you my passport, address on a couple of letters a facial picture with me holding the passport a picture of the card i lost with my full name and bank info showing i have also sent you a picture and bank info of another account i could use to cash out in my name which is clearly shown You only requested this information when i contacted you and told you about the banking issue you then went on to block my account with out so much as email. Still has no withdrawals from kwiff it’s been 11 days now since I withdrew from my account and still NOTHING my account is fully verified and all I get is the same response about it takes longer than usual as it s big withdrawal. I’ve emailed the complaints department and they have told me takes upto 8 weeks to get back to me. I’ve never in my LIFE been messed around as much as this I really don’t understand what is going on behind closed doors there but this is a complete SHAMBLES. I have emailed IBAS also to start the process with them and am waiting for there response all I want is my winnings paid out which were won fair and square it’s as they are playing with your mental health they are quick enough take your money but you get a nice win they don’t want to pay up it’s crazy

Stay away from kwiff bet. Fake promisesOn promotion. Cheer incompetence with the staff working on the site. They don’t know they’re a…hole from Their elbow and need more training. Specially when dealing with customers money. Or making them think they have funds when they don’t. Long cash out. I have been on betting sites since l was 18. And l would say l am an expert on betting site behaviours. And this is one you should avoid.

I joined kwiff and was doing really well, they paid out quickly. After a few more wins they wanted id and proof of my address I went to my bank which is 64 miles away and had a one page statement showing my address and name with transactions to kwiff they refused this as then need a pdf format that i am unable to do, I have asked if they will except a pay slip with address or hospital appointment letter they refused all my household bills are in the name of mr and mrs with my husbands. Initials this company owe me over £600 will i will fight to get stay away as they are not helpful !!!!! Can I add that in this time they still let me deposit!!!

I am a hard working, honest, taxpaying businessman who likes a punt.I was recommended to try out Kwiff’ s online gambling service and opened my account on Thursday 2nd November and duly won a few bob on the horses.I withdrew my 4 figure winnings on Thursday evening and was told on Friday morning that my account needed to be verified before I would be paid – within an hour I forwarded my proof of ID & Address to Kwiff.They duly confirmed receipt and advised that I would be paid my winnings upon my account being verified within the next 24 hours.It is now over 24 hours since this promise and they have not honoured their promise.Very upset and disappointed that they appear to have have done nothing and are sitting on my winnings.Very poor show Kwiff!

Lazy chat agent, that has no idea of their own procedure.The verification process is just a nightmare, I am just giving up on this, and don’t believe the good ratings are genuine.Agent took seconds to cancel the opening account process but took forever to answer a simple question about the verification duration.

Trying to verify my account and they keep asking for a photo ID which I have already provided. The back and forth is driving me mad because I’ve even sent a screenshot of PROOF that I’ve sent the photo ID but yet they can’t accept screenshots? Which I understand. Just if they did their job and actually check my ORIGINAL email they will find said photo ID INCLUDING the one of me holding said ID. I’ve sent everything yet they keep going back and forth with their automated replies of missing items. Oh and they can’t cancel the process unless the account is verified. Which if it’s in their T&C’s, FINE. Just do your job and check my original email. My photo ID is attached and provided in it.

Out of the last 6 bets i placed non have been kwiffed. The so called stand out quality of this bookmaker is getting kwiffed. The bets i placed were odds at much lower than the odds at all other bookmakers. How many bets will i actually have to place to get one kwiffed? Overall extremely disappointed as i have lost out here massively. Basically this bookmaker is giving customers much lower odds than elsewhere and the kwiff gimmick is a joke.

Company has openned account I have lost around 1000 pound where I have had withdrawn small amount and than I tried withdrawn 280. They refused to give my money they are being difficult just because I have played around safer gambling options. Hi been waiting since last weds/thursday now and my withdrawals are still pending all my docs have been sent over and I am fully verified I have been on the chat countless times and they copy/paste the same phrase to me. Saying because it’s a larger withdraw its takes longer than usual but it’s just going on and on now and I really don’t understand what is going on. I asked the man on the chat about shall I go to Ibas he said that’s my decision it’s crazyAnd another day and still all pending been on the chat and it was copied and pasted to me again there it no number to contact and I can’t speak to a manager on the chat 🙈🙈

Joined kwiff last month. Deposited and played around £1500. I was never asked for any documents to verify my account. I made a withdrawal a month later but I haven’t received my withdrawal as it still says pending. I got an email asking for documents now as they don’t want to pay out. Absolutely disgraceful. They are happy for you to deposit without verification but as soon as you try and withdraw they put road blocks in place. I would definitely avoid this bookmaker.

Initially all was OK, registered in July, bonuses on accumulators with a few flaws here and there which were manageable. I received winnings fine up until 17th October. I’d 3 wins totalling £320 in the last few weeks, suddenly I’ve to verify myself. Photos of front and back of driving license uploaded, had to be a pdf of a utility bill direct from my electric and gas supplier website, questionnaire filled out of my work and how I fund Kwiff gambling site. All done despite the Verification notification still appearing and having to do the work questions 4 times. All 3 payments still pending. Live chat, spoke to D, N and J. All advise they’ll pass to relevant dept. Still no money, keep getting the same response, D now ends the chat and runs away it seems.They now have bank, work, home, driving details of mine and £320 which I know I’ll never see. Looking to take this further. I’ve screenshots of the winnings sitting on pending and everything in the chats too as evidence.To the response below from the Kwiff representative, if you are seeking word specific answers you should provide a Drop down menu perhaps so that customers aren’t having to repeatedly populate this pointless questionnaire and vague errors on knockback.

Dreadful Customer Service and Live chat, they request proof of address as a bank statement in PDF format, I specifically went to the banking lloyds bank app yo download the original document in the requested format and then state the document is not accepted. Dreadful 6 times iv emailed support and they said send over the document iv already provided.
