Updated feedback – I’ve received my withdrawal of £3075.61 on 29th November 2023, that’s on 5th day (KYC, and their internal checks took time). I would say, they have to work to improve it, but glad to say that it’s genuine Company. Off course, frustrated with the level of service is received, but trust me they will give your withdrawal upon checks (requesting them to make it better to avoid frustration to Customer). I’ve updated the ratings to 5 now with assumption that they will improve in future. Feedback – Kwiff – Shocked and very bad experience!On 25th November deposited £400, played on sports and Casino, lost that. Then again deposited £300, played on sports and Casino, won £3075.61. The withdrawal of £3075.61 is requested on 25th November 2023 at around 19:00, it has gone in the pending status. Upon multiple follow-ups on their live chats, I was told relevant department will contact me via email. Finally after chatting them for 7 to 8 times on 25th and 26th November managed to get verification email out around 15:00. The requested ID proof and address proofs were provided, address proof is rejected saying document must be 3 months old, it was 3 months and 1 day old on 26th November, understandably sent them another two address proof documents, which were approved after multiple chats to their Customer Service team who always said relevant department will check, and somehow approved on 27th November 2023 around 15:15. I’ve been following them up for releasing my withdrawal but they keeps says high winning must be verified by their payment team before they can release the payment and it can take longer time depends upon volume. Now it’s wait and wait game. There is no direct contact number of their payment team to speak, only option is to talk to their Live Customer Service team who can’t do anything and can’t even escalate or call their internal department to get it resolved.This company uses their UK gambling license to legally frustrate their Customer like me by holding withdrawal for NO reason.I’ve multiple times explained their Customer Service that it should be transparent and easy to verify which should NOT take 4 days counting from 25th November to verify and release the payment.I’m planning to take this case to Action Fraud, BBC Watchdog, LBC and gambling commission that way they can stop frustrating Customers legally by holding the withdrawals. It’s really unfair and unacceptable for gambler to deposit the hard earned money, and after winning by luck, these tactics to hold the winnings.I’ve even contacted CEO of Kwiff via his LinkedIn page finding his Kwiff email, and emailed him to explain issues with Kwiff, but NO response from him.This is genuine feedback I’ve experienced. I’m totally frustrated with kwiff, looking the way they handle Customers for KYC and holding withdrawals without proper reason (high volumes can’t be acceptable reason to hold the withdrawal).The standard response from Customer Service team is copy and paste of same message which is as below.*****************************************I can confirm that we have received your withdrawal request and this is now with the relevant team.Please note that further checks would need to be carried out with higher wins, which may lead to a longer waiting time than usual.With that said, rest assured that this is nothing to worry about as these are standard checks carried out with all withdrawals, it’s just that with larger ones, these may take a bit longer to complete, that’s all.Rest assured that once we have an update for you, we will let you know accordingly.*****************************************After asking to escalate or call the relevant department, the response from Customer Service is as below.*************************************I am sorry that this has taken longer than anticipated. I am afraid our team cannot speed up the process or prioritise your case as all tickets are handled in strict accordance with company procedures. Though I can assure you our team are working hard and will action this as soon as they can for you. 🙂*****************************************They never come out with the status update. The site advertises instant deposits and instant withdrawals. Yet, this is wrong & misleading. in fact, withdrawals can be up to 24hrs minimum. I’ve been a loyal customer of Kwiff for a while. And assumed having seen this advertised on the site, this was a new initiative and improvement to the service. After all most other online bookmakers offer this service nowadays so Kwiff are lagging behind in that respect. Anyhow disappointed to find after attempting a withdrawal that this was not instant. Also disappointed after following this up with an agent, there was a lack of understanding and appreciation for my point of view. Also, failed to confirm whether or not this would be removed from the site. I guess now it’s just a waiting game? I will keep you all posted with timescales and final resolution14hrs later and still no resolution. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service agents on chat/email. No help at all. Really really poor and unprofessional service.

I won ~1100 and I was terrified that kwiff would be like some casino sites ( I read so many posts about people struggling to get their winnings out ) that do everything they can to not pay out but I’m over the moon with the experience I had with kwiff. Soon after withdrawal, I was asked to submit ID and proof of address and also provide some employment details. Block my account every time I try to make a withdrawal. But will happily take my money from me. Been more than cooperative, provided all documentation but every other day they put restrictions on my account then make me wait 4 days to get back to me . Live Chat is useless , no one is helpful they just read from a script.

I’m concerned that they took my money now jumping through hoops to verify my identity for withdraw.uploading identity with picture then I have uploaded 4 documents for proof of address and always a reason why it is declined. I feel they are gathering information from me to gain my identity for fraud. They have withheld my money for 48 hours now. I have been naive.

I have been a Kwiff customer for years and seemingly have had to verify myself annually. Have previously had a good experience and the ‘Kwiffed’ bets are good, but you never know when they may happen. However, my account was suspended after winning last week (not depositing which would be the case if it were affordability checks). I immediately completed the questions they asked and the account was quickly reactivated. Nevertheless it has now been over a week and Kwiff have withheld over £3700 from me, made up of several winnings. When withdrawing they state that it will be completed within 24hrs if it was a card transaction (and 3-5 business days for bank transfer). Mine was a card withdrawal so should have been within 24hrs. I have sent many live chats and emails to Kwiff to resolve this only to be told each time that they need to complete extra checks because of the value? Then that the relevant dept will deal asap. This has clearly not been the case. Seeing the number of others having the same issue I wouldn’t be surprised if the company are experiencing financial difficulties and withholding funds!

This company is a scam outfit.I opened an account with them the other evening and they won’t pay out.@Kwiff -Who keep replying to win some sort of PR battle.The reason that I said ‘that particular phrase is that you ask for a PDF of the bank statement of the transaction that took place as in depositing the money to you.Statements come out monthly ( I think that is fair to say for most people) which means we cannot provide that and they also don’t come in PDF format but online.This was one of numerous things you asked for but you decided to close the account and pay the £350 back so the decision was taken out of our hands and any decent company would accept clear receipts of the deposits rather than waiting on a statement.The bank also advised that these receipts are proof and are impossible to make up so you refuse to pay a measly sum of money to you which means in most peoples books,you are a scam.Why so many reviews on here complaining the same? Are we all liars?

Over 8 weeks waiting for any sort of email or response to complaint which they state the longest time it can take is 8 weeks and UKGC RULES are the same!!! You have been allowing deposits from someone unemployed with mental health issues!!!Completely ignoring me!!!!Edit; your previous replies say I’ll be contacted. Which I haven’t been at all! Been using this company for 3 years and had no problems depositing and withdrawing. Suddenly they withheld the withdrawal of £500 and asked for loads of unrelated documents. It is so sketchy to ask for documents after a random withdrawal request, by law that should be done when registering and depositing. Now they just keep ignoring all emails. Been waiting for a week. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Been a so called customer for over 2 years in which time made deposits and withdrawals, At any time during this period they could of asked for the documents that they are now asking for. Which my I add is not age verification check , its about source of income. No problem , but don’t hold my withdrawal request to ransom , which in itself, asking for a ransom is very illegal. I would advise all prospective customers , stay well clear of kwiff as I will be from here on . One of the worst betting sites. They blocked my account for 4 days whilst they reviewed my documents. This stopped me from withdrawing my winning. After a long wait they finally unblocked my account and told me that my account had been verified. That same day they blocked my account again and wanted more info from me . I hadn’t deposited any more money into the account I had only played with the winnings I already had in the account. It was the fact that I was withdrawing my winnings they blocked my account again. Its like they don’t want to pay people out, so they try to keep putting blocks in your way to hold your money. You email the support team and they don’t reply. It’s just an awful betting site.

These criminals totally took advantage of my cousin who has an extreme gambling addiction and is dying due to a brain haemorrhage.He lost £1000 odds but they refused to pay £600 quid due to documents and palava which is all a way to prevent paying out.The whole industry is a disgrace and we will expose these people!

Was originally impressed with this bookmaker, initial deposits/withdrawals were fairly swift – Bets settled pretty quickly and the kwiffed odds are a great feature. Unfortunately it’s all been downhill since.I’ve had some withdrawals that have been pending for 9 days now. I submitted and had verification documents accepted 8 days ago too, plus answered the questions about my job. The customer service isn’t the best, no number to contact, slow replies to e-mails and between those and the live chat I don’t seem to be getting anywhere at the minute. It’s a shame after the initial good experience.I’m not even pestering them constantly though I feel like I should be, emailed for an update on the 16th and Joe asked for my DOB and Postcode which I sent back – Still no reply to that. It’s like I’m being ignored through every avenue whilst they withhold my money and I’ve no idea why. And despite this, if I wanted too, I can still deposit funds and use the site – So there is obviously no issue with my account, they just aren’t processing the withdrawals.At the minute I would avoid this bookmaker.

Iam waiting for a withdrawal for about 3 weeks , they have asked me for documents which I have provided, ie driving licence a utility bill passport , what a found strange is they kept asking for a picture of me with the id next to my face , I have never heard of this before, it’s only £157 my first withdrawal, i would avoid this company , there price percentages are a joke , I have been in contact with the gambling commission. Beware like others have said, you can deposit money no problem without verification and i had 2 withdrawals (slow) without verification. Now i have 2 withdrawals pending of £650 in total where i now have to prove documents. I have no issue with that but after supplying documents i am now on my 3rd day waiting for them to process the documents. I was impressed by the kwiff bonus but not giving my money is terrible after 3 days. Live chat says 24 to 48hrs, i say 3 days and it is ignored, ” please give more time”. I was even asked “why do i want my money” couldnt believe it. Emailed for update, no response on 3rd day. Now been told my account is restricted until i have answered 4 questions about my gambling. Say my gambling has changed. Only done some casino i think. Ive won and dont think they like it. Wouldnt be long until i lose on roulette.

Avoid this app the length it takes to process anything is outrages. You can deposit without any docs but you can’t withdraw to the same account without validating your docs?? The timescale and the frustration is unacceptable chat is basically a tick box you keep getting the same message ‘sorry it’s managed by another department’ how about you pick up the phone and get it sorted!

Enjoy the site just dubious about receiving my winnings at first I deposited had a play withdrew some winnings and went fine I then deposited some more a few days later enjoyed some time on a few different games wasn’t to be again a few days later I deposited some more and wom a decent amount and as soon as I withdrew this I’ve been asked to send in documents although I was verified upon opening the account I have sent these documents seems to be a little slow on reviewing them hopefully no issues I’m verified the withdrawal goes through and I can continue to enjoy the games on kwiff if so I’ll be sure to come back and change to 5 stars Credit where credit is due verification was completed and money in bank in 36 hours I was quick to judge but hold my hands up I was wrong they are just vigilant certainly not scammers

The actual gameplay is decent but the customer service is appalling and still waiting for withdrawals to be processed. I asked them to close my account once my withdrawals had been processed. They have closed my account so have no access, still haven’t verified my Driving Licence which is a very clear pic and they have over £9000 of my money. You can only contact them on chat and they tell you that you can’t speak to a Manager you will have to email, which I have twice and still no reply. Their complaints procedure can also take up to 8 weeks. I would avoid this site if you plan to make any type of withdrawal.

I received notification to send Kwiff documents to verify my account. I sent a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my birth certificate along with a copy of my marraige certificate. I have been advised this is not acceptable yet the UKGC advise a birth certificate is acceptable?I have also decided to SE and take break from gambling. I’m still waiting on my balance to be refunded?

I have to say that once my id was accepted the money was in my account straight away, customer service from George was excellent. Please make sure that you have the right id in pdf format before you join, they offer a great range of slots I have upgraded to four star.

This is most definitely the worst site I have ever used for slots, I was astounded the £500 last all of 30 minutes. I played 5 games and set at £2 a good rinsed it in minutes. I had a very bad experience with this company regarding them illegally withholding my withdrawal despite me complying with all verification checks. In any case it was confirmed to me by the UK Gambling Commission that they had no right to do this in the first place as they are obliged to carry out verification checks when you sign up for an account with them, or by no later than the 1st ‘available’ opportunity. Their customer service reps are highly unscrupulous, rude and lie through the skin of their teeth. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to not only claim for the sum of £87 which was my withdrawal amount but also furter costs and damages which add up to nearly £400. Don’t the the risk with these rogue traders. They operate out of Malta and run their platform in the UK for a reason!

Avoid avoid avoid! This is an unscrupulous, incompetent gambling operator that has no idea about their licensing obligations or legal obligations for that matter. This company will accept significant deposits from brand new customers that they know nothing about and then when they try and make an insignificant withdrawal in comparison, they prevent you from doing so and claim to need to see ‘verification documents’. They then claim that they have to do this as it’s a legal requirement which is a flagrant lie. This company want to con people out of their hard earned money and not pay out a penny. Also, don’t be fooled by the whole ‘Kwiff’ garbage. All a ‘Kwiffed’ bet is, is giving you the odds the bet should have been in the first place and which all the other bookies are already offering.

I am writing this review to say that Kwiff is 100 percent genuine site because few days back I wrote negative review I thought this is fraud and scam site. But this is truly genuine site and withdrawl came to my account after getting verification.Trust me they will verify your Account and definitely they will give your funds back.
