Karamba Review

All documents sent for verification over a week ago. Karamba responded asking for an email, knowing all emails to that email address bounce. They dont accept emails, what company in 21s century doesnt accept emails.. I have wasted hours on the phone speaking to call centre agents who say the matter is urgent but nothing is done. Disgrace. in response to your reply, please note my username is username is kilama90 I sent all documents Last Monday and was told a few more needed to be resent which i did a few days ago and a lady called Elaine these were fine. Thank you and please get the matter resolved asap.

Deposited played still waiting for money to be paid into PayPal account. I only use PayPal as it’s do much safer anyway got an email saying that after security checks that I used a credit card that was not registered to me and if I wanted to use it again then I would have to send in documents to prove that I can use the card with both parties hand written signatures, a copy of PayPal, not sure exactly what I’m meant to take a copy of, passport, driving license. Tried to email no reply. Tried chat all I got was the copy of the email explaining it all again but could not answer why the SECURITY checks said I used a card when I only used PayPal. I will be contacting PayPal to return my money as I think I’ll never get my withdrawal. SO PEOPLE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SCAM SITE. If by a slim chance that I will get my withdrawal then I will certainly update.

I received an Email to sent my Banking Account Details. Email Adresse of Karamba dont Work and Chat doesnt answer. I waited 1 Hour in Chat.

Absolute joke, all documents sent for verification several days ago which takes forever apparently due to 'new' regulations. Customer service just say it won't be looked at today. Very frustrating, never experienced this before and certainly wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Do not join this betting company. They are crooks. If you sign up for the welcome offer, they accept your registration and your bet. When your free bet doesn't appear, they tell you that you are already a customer of their related businesses and therefore cannot have the free bet. They don't tell you that when registering, which they must know. Complete criminals. Do not give them your money.

After registration decided to read some reviews.. thank God .. decided simply close account. All online casino decided to drive crazy their customers… with enormous requests of all kind of documents.. delays of payments or holding money, any reason to not pay winnings..Casinos based in Malta are crooks..We need to manage live without gambling online. Steer clear of this casino absolute joke, they will happily take your money but when you try to withdrawl they will drag it through the mud making sure you do not get it, I've been asked 3 times for my ID, one excuse was I cropped the corners on my photo which I find hilarious because the picture was clear as day and I didnt crop anything, do not go to this casino it's an absolute joke

Ive played many sites and played this one for years now, when I 1st joined I submitted my ID and have had no trouble withdrawing. I play a lot here and the choice of slots is very good, the chat is ok as long as your clear what your query is. Lately its been upgraded and the chat can time out if you don't keep moving your mouse but they are aware of this and sorting it. I get 40 free spins every sunday and I have withdrew good amounts form my free spins and also I get good bonuses. Today due to lock down I called and asked if I could be moved up a VIP level as I would get 50 Pound free and 50 free spins on a sunday and 3 days of good bonus offers, I spoke to Shaun a VIP manager as I prefer to call them now and he rang back after 10 mins and said even though I was short of 1000 points to the next level I was being moved up so yes good outcome. awfull Company!!! awfull betting site!! they claimed my Deposit of 50 eur and give me information that was cancelled!! No one is answering at customer support. I contact Trustly Group with Bank number and Reference number and they said from our side everything is good, Karamba have your money!!

I cant fault them myself. Deposited during Cheltenham, betting on horses and football, won a bit,lost a bit then decided to withdraw because of the lack of sport to bet on with the corona outbreak. Got my money within three days.

When sport returns I will deposit and use them again.

It's a scam. Avoid at all cost. I should have realised when the welcome offer wasnt honoured. And their customer service really is a joke they'll pass you from one person to another which is very annoying especially as their web site (strangely) refuses to work when most needed. I really think this is a scam that should be looked into. Gambling commission?

One of the single worst experiences on a betting site ever. They claimed my withdrawal was cancelled because of a "new law" introduced in the UK that meant betting companies couldn't withdraw to MasterCard. When I asked what statute this was under, they closed the chat. Over 15 live chat experiences and 5 cancelled withdrawals and I still haven't received my money. On the 1st February, a live chat agent informed me they've sorted the "legal" issue and everything is okay. Then two days later, another issue.

Avoid at all costs. It is very very hard to get any money back into your bank account.

But as soon as you want you're fairly won money back.. They can't refund it back to you for you're security…… Even though its back to the same account it came from…
They want you to prove its your account, but, if they were not sure why did they happily take out the money of it.
I work in a fraud risk role for a major bank. There agents reasons to not pay out did not make sense (and it definitely was not for my security).
Research first before signing up. I wish I did.

Bad customer service and awful web interface
Trying to withdraw money is hard and as I was trying to get the customer service assistant to tell me why there were problems, they just ended the livechat. The webpage always struggles to load and just very slow.

Lots of promotions involve speaking on chat to claim free spins however you can never get through, coincidentally you get straight through the following day to be told it was a 24 hour offer only so the bonus is no longer available. Biggest fraudulent site on the net!

This is more to do with their sister site, one of many btw, so do your research – Atlantic Spins. Really bad. Waiting on a withdrawal since 27th December, at first – when they insisted on every bit of ID going – I could get through to them on the phone… now though, all I get is the engaged beep tone no matter what time of day it is.
Emailed, no reply – ever.

Been trying to withdraw winnings for several weeks now, no success. Always some sort of documentation needing uploaded the first few times spoke to customer service. Then it was an issue caused as I selected bank transfer, had to cancel that and request a wire transfer. That was just sitting pending, customer service told me that it was ok tho and funds would arrive in my account by end of last week…still nothing. Went back into my account yesterday to check on the transfer, and there the wire transfer no longer pending and the money was back sitting in my gambling account! Requested wire transfer again so will see what happens this time. Waiting on over 4k so will not be letting this go, will be takin it further if no money been sent to my account ASAP

I've been betting with these guys about a year and overall they are okay, they pay out wins fairly quickly usually and they have some good offers. Their 'bonus tokens' do mess up quite a lot though, I've had a few problems trying to place the in-play tokens.

I think they might get better as time goes on.

Having the same problems, uploaded a bunch of documents, heard NOTHING afterwards, cant review my uploaded documents (edit/delete them for privacy reasons) and cant see the approval status! Still waiting on a 157€ cashout for weeks now without a single notification from karamba…would be great if you guys could at least state wether you are reviewing the documents!!

Left this site within a week of joining it, very poor communication, I partly used my welcome bonus and I couldn't access the remainder of the bonus. On line chat wa not working repeated queries about the bonus by email went unanswered. I was awarded some free spins, the wagering requirements on the 'winnings' from the free spins were horrendous. Also overly complicated to place a sports bet with. Steer clear of them would be my advice.

I had a win which I requested a withdrawal on 4th Dec it's now 18th Dec and still no money, after eventually managing to use live chat I was told I needed to send pics of my card for verification..the same card I used to deposit!! After which funds will be released to me the next day, the next day would of been 17th Dec!!.
Very very poor and very off-putting to use as it takes an age if at all to get your winnings, which is why we use betting sites??
My live chat was basically copy and pasted t&cs and ended abruptly.
I use various other apps and have not had a single issue like this before.

Don't choose this website. My withdrawals are still in pending 5 days

Happy to take your card details and process and deposit but when you want to withdraw they demand documentation and make you jump through hoops to get the money.

The funny thing is that no other online casino does this; Bet365, Coral, Ladbrookes, Casino.com, play.com, playuk, netbet, mr.green… This is the only website i've ever come across that does this.

Do not use. Deposited 50GBP. Won 600, checked withdrawal requirements which said I had to turnover deposit 500x (25,000) to withdraw. This was 3 years ago, can't believe this site is still running
