First and foremost dont register to karamba they do not Like to ree jou win at all.

I wagered 500 euro,s on sport betting they send you bonus tokens.

These tokens are part of a big scam when you accept them they amplify youre wagering quota.

Exemample they give jou a 5 euro bonus to wage on sportsbetting.

But by accepting the 5 euro bonus jou now need to wage 236 euro,s in casino or sportsbetting.

Its a scam from top till bottom aka illuminati mind games.

Opened my account last month, and despite losing, not even withdrawing have had my worst experience ever with this bookie. Disgusting how they treat their customers. It’s a good thing I never won money by reading the other reviews.

I have sent copy of my card and documents in twice now had payment approved then my second withdrawal a later is still pending as they say my address is wrong even tho I have updated with them on live chat have had an email asking for address tried to reply and it says you can’t absolutely terrible service go on live chat and someone called Jane just sends me a smiley face and keeps ending the chat

The sign up was quick and easy, i got my welcome bonus no problems. the days ago I withdrew my winnings, then today 05/12/19 i received an email asking for a photo of my bank card to verify my I.D. When asked why they state that it is industry standard to do this before releasing funds to verify my I.D, however this is the only site to want this, i have accounts with a number of other bookmakers and i have never been asked to send photos of my bank card in to withdraw my winnings. I've now been on the chat for the best part of an hour and all they keep stating its in their terms and conditions. The following is an exert from their rules "9.6. All payments into your Player Account must be from a single payment source, such as a credit card, debit card or charge card, on which you are the named account holder. Should you use a credit/debit card or any other form of payment which is not in your private and personal name, we retain the right to request further information and documentation from you and from the third party to confirm that you are duly authorised to use that payment method, so if my name on the card and the account are the same then why the need for a photo of my bank card?

Awful, had an offer bet 10, get 20 free bet, didn't receive it, went through to live chat, got told they have things in place to stop fraud and suggested I opened multiply accounts to use free bets, then told me I'd used my free bet with Bet Regal which as far as I was concerned was a different bookies. Have been reported to Ibas for fraud, it's them that disguise themselves as different bookies to con people into using them, also charge you to make a deposit which no decent bookies do.

Absolutely abysmal betting company. Avoid like the plague! Signed up and deposited 20, however it became quickly apparent that the site- which simply doesn’t appear to be optimised for mobile- was practically unusable. Given that there are plenty of options available to the punter nowadays, I decided to close the account and withdraw my money without proceeding further. The customer relations department instructed me to email a photograph of the card used to deposit the funds. Although reluctant to do so, I complied. A few days later and I have now received an email advising me that I need to provide further documentation from my bank before the withdrawal can proceed.

Given that I would be wary of handing over such information to a reputable operator, there is absolutely no chance I am willing to divulge it to this lot. Hilariously, the email directing me to the “members area” (where I was expected to upload this information) contained two dead links, thus making it impossible to access. I have now written off the money but am writing this to advise others to trust their instincts and heed the reviews of this atrocious operator: The scores are low for a reason! I can only surmise that this company exists purely to snare desperate users who have self-excluded elsewhere and are running out of options. Do not trust these chancers- they don’t even have a usable website.

Awful company never got my welcome bonus when I deposited. It stated I would do. Communication is awful. Live chat don't work and trying to call them is impossible nearly 2 hours on the no answer. They are a total scam company. Didn't get my welcome bonus which it stated and there refusing to give it to me

The betting experience I can't fault, you get great odds on sports that rival and bet most other bookmakers, cash out function works well and good bonuses paid out BUT withdrawing your winnings have started to be an issue, been with them for about 4 months now and had no issues withdrawing but suddenly they are asking for documents (completely understand why) but the issues that then arise are very stressful. I've sent over PayPal screenshot with all the correct information, passport, bank statement with issue date, all that was requested (don't have utility bills due to private accommodation which includes all bills in one payment which was explained and told bank statement would be fine) so all sent over and heard nothing, spoke to the online chat for around 30mins who just kept ignoring my genuine questions and telling me 'withdrawal 450 pending' when I asked for an update on the documentation and when my withdrawal will be processed. Tried now numerous times with two different people on the chat and over a combined hour of talking to them and I'm still no closer to finding out what status my documents are in and when my withdrawal will be processed.

Overall a great betting site that is sadly getting tainted by a very difficult withdrawal process.

Made a withdrawal on Saturday the 17th of November it is now the Friday the 22nd of November and my withdrawal is still pending never had to wait anywhere near this long with any other casino usually have my money in 2-3 days would love to know what is taking it so long. This casino seems quite shady with the lack of communication and transparency. I initially requested a cash out on 8-11-2012 and submitted my documents immediately thereafter, and the response I received was confirmation that my documents would suffice only to get my cashout canceled a couple of days later without any explanation, I've since tried to request a cashout again and that was on 16 of November and still not a single response, I find it almost impossible to get in contact with them as they provide no phone number, emails sent back to them are blocked and the chat function is not responding at all. This terrible service!!!other casino do not do this!!

If I could rate zero I would. I created an account and deposited, was notified of the free bet, decided to contact customer service when it wasn’t letting me use the free bet. Half an hour later and a potential virus on my phone I’m here, still not able to contact the karamba team, every time I try to use their site to contact them a pop up appears asking me to open files in one drive and has happened a few times since even off there site. If karamba can see this, please close my account and send me back my 10!

Words can’t describe how i feel towards this company! First it was the issue for charging ridiculous amount for depositing with cards, Secondly after you win, you going to have a tough time withdrawing. They’ll ask you to upload documents upon documents just so the withdrawal process can be delayed a little longer and u can have the urge to cancel your withdrawal and loose it again. I do understand they have to go through procedures of asking for documents which is fine, but they deliberately ask for more which is not even required or has anything to do with your winnings. Have had terrible experience with them and i had to use (RESOLVER) complaint to eventually get the ball rolling. Stay away from this fraud company if you don’t want to loose your winnings.

Let me start by saying I am up. I am not writing this because I've lost money! However, this company is unreal.

I deposited X amount of money. Had a call to check I was in control and won circa 75% additional money to what I deposited. I then withdrew it all and started again.

I deposited the same amount and won again! this time though, account frozen and responsible gaming team investigating me. It's been 13 days since I requested my withdrawal. The responsible gaming team havent call me in a week and the chat team dont have any power to do anything. All they ever say is 'it takes time to be investigated'. I proved all my income is legit and showed all proof of ID.

It wouldn't be that bad if there was only a few hundred quid on the line. I believe they are simply holding my money to gain interest on it. with no courtesy to update you. let alone if you have a hotmail email you will never receive their comms.

Made withdrawals over a month ago. They ask for the same documents over and over again they take a week to reply to your document uploads. I have spent more time on the phone to customer service that any other number on my phone. Still not paid me out I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy

Registered last week and won a few bets so withdrew, my withdrawl had been sitting around a week, and after reading the reviews I thought I was never getting paid out, but after speaking to an agent on live chat and sending over the correct documents, my previous ones were out dated I logged back in today to see my withdrawl processed, so should be on its way to me now. So no complaints from me will certainly keep using and would also recommend.

Awful communication and request documents upon documents when withdrawing. They also find faults with your documents to delay paying you out, and again because the communication is bad it takes weeks to resolve your problem. Never had any problems like this with any other gambling site. Avoid at all costs

Been waiting over a month now for my winnings, different excuses every time why they can’t pay out.
Nonsense about e-mail addresses not up to date (Funny how their marketing emails find me though) and so many different types of paperwork which has been submitted and approved numerous times.
I never leave reviews but they are that useless I felt compelled to, just wish I had seen this page prior to joining them.
Hard to guess if they are purposely holding onto my money or if they are completely incompetent!

I was hoping and still am that my experience with this site would be good but at the moment it looks like it’s the same as others I withdrew my money on 29 October and waited 48 hours to have my money still pending so asked live chat why, they said I was sent email to ask for copy of bank card which I never received so I sent it there and then which they said it would take up to
another 48 hours to get it checked so I
decided to upload my driving licence and to documents with name and address on to save time incase they came back for more, I checked with live chat today to check I have not been sent anymore emails to which they couldn’t see plus they couldn’t tell me at what process my withdrawal was in as they said come back later because there was a queue due to a lot of people waiting on this information. I’m hoping that this is sorted soon I don’t mind waiting for my money I just want to know it’s been processed if it’s done soon I will change my review but up till now I have not had a good experience.

Since I wrote this this morning Karamba has emailed me which I received this time to say that they have excepted my documents and can now process my money, I have checked my cashout and it’s still says pending so I’m hoping this will change soon and if it does and I get my money by end of next week I will be satisfied and change my review to a higher score due to Karamba acting on my complaint and account in a reasonable time scale.

I can say that I was really pleased with how my case was dealt with in the end, from withdrawal to producing my documents and having them accepted and having my money in my bank was 5 days in the end which is great. The only thing I would say to people is once you withdraw check back after 24 hours with live chat to see if you have any messages about producing documents because I did not receive any emails to start with then I produced extra documents straight away to speed up process so they didnt keep asking for different things to slow process up.

i cannot believe they are getting away with what they are doing.
they are just robbing people constantly – and the people on chat take forever to reply!

Only pro is that the promotion are great, used to do random 30 risk free bets but these seems to have stopped. Also there is a chance to win 2 100 risk free bets every week so that's amazing. Not just one person wins either, answer the 4 questions correctly and everyone who does will win

Had issues with withdrawing money like people have mentioned below, got resolved eventually so editing my review to reflect this. Had to contact love chat who escalated the case as submitting documents and emails were getting me nowhere.

Withdrawing your money is like getting blood from a stone. You try to withdraw; the money does not come through, is still listed as 'pending' on your account. So you use their chat function; are told you must upload various bank statements etc. Why weren't you emailed? But fine, whatever. Documents take 48 hours to approve. A week passes. Still no money, still listed as pending. Chat again – can you upload a photograph of your bank card – you should have received an email about this? No email on my end. Absurd. This for a mere 30. What is in it for them? Are they banking on my not thinking it's worth the effort? In addition, you must pay a fee for every deposit. Use any other reputable betting site before this one.

Disgrace of a company. Refuse to pay out, ask for document after document, then dont review them as they say that they have a backlog to go through due to increased customer winnings, but wont give a timescale "due to the nature of the delay". They'll basically take your money all day long, but use stalling tactics when paying out, encouraging people to reverse-withdraw their cashouts, eventually leading to them losing their money in the end. Very unfair,terrible customer service, and this type of practice encourages problem gambling and having to deposit more and more with little chance of receiving a payout. Shocking example of how you can still be conned and coerced by seemingly legit and fair sites in this day in age. Avoid like the plague!

This company has got to be the worst I have ever been with. If you are losing – no problem they will not hassle you. God forbid if you win, you will need to provide document after document.

win #1 – was required to provide a copy of my bank card and drivers license (withdrawal process took over a 2 weeks)

win #2 – was required to provide a copy of my passport and paypal account (withdrawal process too over 2 weeks)

win #3 – I've just won for a 3rd time and I am now required to provide 3 months worth of banks statements & 3 months of my payslips – this process is already over a week in.

I would avoid using this site like the plague, the customer service stinks, the software and website design that needs a drastic update and they will do all they can not to pay out or delay the cashout procedure.

Once this has been resolved I will be cancelling my account immediately and using another site who welcomes my custom.

** UPDATE **

3 months of payslips and bank statements were sent to Karamba on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to customer services on Friday afternoon. Once I had gone through around 10 "responsible gambling" questions I was assured me that the documents would be verified within the 48 hours quoted and the withdrawal would be processed once this had happened and that I would be emailed with notification – again this took around 90 minutes of my time.

48 hour withdrawal process had expired few hours later – contacted customer services again only to have to verify my account by answering a number of questions e.g. personal details, last deposit, last deposit method. The service agent then explained that due to a high volume of paperwork that my documents had not yet been processed. Asked multiple times for a time frame but was not given an answer. This took around 60 minutes.

Money still being with-held. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of joining to run a mile.

The nightmare continues..

Opened an account for a tenner free bet, when the bet was finalised they refused to credit my account with the free bet as they said the offer had expired – despite it still being live on their website. They eventually credited the 10 when I threatened to report them to the Gambling Commission. Fraudsters.

Account verification an absolute nightmare when you want to withdraw funds. Mine has been ongoing for nearly three weeks and still not done.

They will accept deposits without question indefinitely of course.

Terrible e mail communication, an awful platform for betting and also charges for deposits.

Ok so I won a few small amounts shortly after joining up and received my funds within 2 days of requesting withdrawal. Then I won a decent amount and the problems started, I asked to withdraw my money and they refused until I could prove who I was and that my payment method could be authenticated (bearing in mind I had already made deposits and received payment into the same account).
Tried the live chat which they claim is the easiest and quickest way to contact them and suffered a lot of abuse and awkwardness in again getting them to accept my own proof of identity. Anyway to cut a long story short and after 5 separate attempts to get my requests sorted on live chat I finally gave up and sent them a formal email complaint and finally received my money 8 days after I first asked for it.
DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE ANY MONEY.
There are better more well known sites to use who treat you with respect any pay out within hours of a withdrawal request.
DO NOT USE KARAMBA SLOTS OR ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATES.

Dreadful! The service and attitude of staff (Cecille especially) is horrendous.

No responsible gambling checks in place and even after being forwarded GamStop info this was ignored.

Escalated to IBAS, companies like this are the reason that problem gambling is leading to suicides and severe depression.
