Never used them as a service. but the thing i find sketchy is me randomly getting mail sent to my address with random ukranian names (i am not ukranian, nor does anybody live here who is.) with an advertisement. the name on this letter i got sent only googled back 1 result of a dead ukranian soldier. this seems very sketchy.

Shady is an understatement. RTP of the games seems fishy, barely any bonuses even after £25.00 being spent.When I signed up, got the “bonus” matching deposit + 250 free spins… Never received my free spins, no notifications, the website is hard to navigate, checked the “my bonus” tab nothing.Live chat told me they expired on 31/03/2024, literally a few days after I made the account. So just to update you. 24 to 48 hours I was advised to process the withdrawal. Via email and chat. Having spoken to them now they are saying an additional 48 hours but not including weekends so essentially 6 days JUST TO PROCESS the withdrawal not even approve or decline it just to PROCESS worst website i have dealt with to this point . Give me my money or i will go through the ombudsman

my account is verified and I had uploaded my documents upon signing up and made a few deposits. I have now won and withdrawn £80. I made the withdrawal 13/03/2024 at approx midday. I’m yet to receive any information regarding when I will receive thisOther websites usually withdraw my winning within a few hours. I have seen previous reviews so not sure. If I could give these 0 stars I Would DO NOT USE this company I deposited around £160 won £250 tried to withdraw kept fobbing me off with processing then when I complained disabled my account cancelled the withdraw and are “processing” my refund of deposits it’s been over 3 weeks still no refund! So karamba dealing with mmwall, on Freecash app I made task for karamba, make deposit and you will recive your reward. And guess money was spent and I didn’t recived any rewards 3weeks already waiting, maybe more. I contact mmwall of course they ignoring me. I had to send my banking information and documents twice with a swift code to receive my withdrawals a few diffrent times . At first I did get my money sent to my bank account ,but I’m having problems lately to receive my withdrawals. I tried to make a withdrawal 3 times so far . The first few times the money got sent back my karamba account , so I tried a 3rd time to withdraw $2000.00 and it didn’t show up in my bank account and didn’t go back into my karamba account. The money disappeared. I was told to ask my bank why it wasn’t receiving my casino withdrawal, but my bank said there was no deposit request at all. I asked the casino if I had to resend my banking information so I could receive my cash but they said they had no more information for me. My $2000. Isn’t going into my bank account and it didn’t go back to my account at karamba. I don’t know where my money disappeared to ? I’m not even sure where to start on the level of badness from this site. It’s actually worrying how they are allowed to operate! So thought I’d have a little flutter deposited £30 it leaves my bank but doesn’t appear on my account. Contact support told it’s stuck in system it’ll take up to 24hrs … not happy but OK 24 hours later contact support as money is not in account to be told that the deposit times out and money will be back in mu account soon. Again not happy but OK36 hours later no money still, contact them again. There is no refund on its website at back and in fact I now have to proof the transaction. Now very cross I did this I’m told it’s been escalated So now I’m getting pretty annoyed you can’t keep taking people money So 48hrs later I contact them again and I’m told there is no time limit on them looking into it and wait … so I raise a complaint and when I ask for the complaint reference I’m told it’s internal and cannot be shared !!! More like a complaint isn’t raised and nothing can do! Why are these companies allowed to act in this way !!
