Should have a zero star option. The site is a dictatorship. stopped me playing because they are checking if I can afford. 4 days and zero response from those doing the checking. THIS IS INSULTING. why are players like myself who only play within my own limits -(never ever spend even 1/10th of my disposable income) get judged because there are people out there whose gambling is out of control.
20p and 40p a spin are the amounts I mostly play – deposit less than 1/10th of my disposable income so why am I being prevented from playing and investigated by coral??? how insulting. They "claim" they do this because they have to as part as safer gambling or something – i want someone to stop this dictatorship. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREATPLAYERS – DO THEY even know what it is like to be confined to a bed where the only outlet is the fun of some online slots. I am not really sure how to feel about gambling but after the year I have had, I threw caution to the wind and made three times the money I put in.

They did close my account when I first signed up, but I spoke to them. I think someone called 'Elliot', he was very polite and informative. This did ease my initial concerns about using a service like this.

The next day I had my account again and I won big on one of those confusing slot things. I wish the games weren't so strange and confusing… so much colour and flashyness. It's offputting- I genuinely had no idea what was happening- I just pressed this thing and then more strange and baffling things happened which could sometimes lead to money! I suppose it's what's always put me off of casino style games- I find it all a little bit too much.

Anyways, I withdrew my money, though with some research I discovered that I needed to upload a small ID document first. And hey presto! I have my winnings in my account! They do pay out if you do it properly!

Would I play again? Maybe. It was certainly an interesting experience, and the customer service is good.

I think the people having issues just need to do a little light reading before they make assumptions about the intentions of this company. It makes sense to ensure fraud and identity protection. Though it is frustrating, I can understand that.

Well, this have been a question troubling alot of gamblers around the world . for all I know there is no website online for fixed match but I know of a good match fixer/ tipster who deal on hundred percent assured odds ,I have worked with him for over years now and never for once regret working with him and never have I recorded any lost from him. I was recommended Coral by a friend who plays online and so far I am really impressed with the results. Getting my account verified was a doddle and completed within a couple of hours. I do not go for promotions or bonuses and only play low stakes max 60p. But on my first evening of playing won 444 on a 30 deposit, withdrew 410. Played again for several hours last evening with a 10 deposit and withdrew 460. Very quick payments into my Paypal account. Plays well on my tablet. What is not to like with this company. Just so pleased I did not read the reviews here before joining and took my friend's advice. The multitude of one star reviews here must be from very disagreeable people.

As with a lot of casinos now, the promotions are terrible, there's literally no point. You're not rewarded for being loyal and when you wager thousands you'll get about 2.50 back. You're mostly looking at losses unless you get lucky on the quantum roulette which is rare. Penny roulette likes to just go next door to any number you it serious money on and that's all I really have to say… Maybe whoever is reading this is luckier than I am but based off my experience once you're up just run because it soon takes it all back.

Last week i had an email totally out of the blue saying my account had been restricted, giving no reasons why.
I am still waiting for a follow up from my email to their
customer services.

My Uncle went into a shop to place a bet on a horse running on Saturday , The woman behind the counter phones customer service to get him a price only to be told he needs to back the horse online, he is an older fella with no able use of technology for online gambling.
The upshot of this all is 45 mins before a friend of mine went into a shop in a different part of the country to bet the same horse, was given a price after a phone call to head office or wherever and was allowed to back the same horse, no mention of sending him to an online portal or anything. CLEAR DISCRIMINATION AND MIS TREATMENTOF AN OLDER GENTLEMAN. not that any less is expected from this shower of vampires, charlatans.

Deposited 10 to get a 50 bonus. I won 50 on deadwood, so withdrew 40 (in bank within hours!), by this point I'd wagered 10 so collected the 50 bonus (40x wagering req). Few decent wins on money train 2 and diamond mine, then back to deadwood and got over 2000x win. 20p spin and I bagged 442, got to a balance high of 610. Ended up withdrawing 300, lost the rest. So 330 winnings. Happy days!

Payout is ok.. a lot of casinos pay instantly now but there's some wait with coral for whatever reason. Promotions are terrible, I deposit and wager quite a bit and don't really gain anything from it.. you get a few free spins a day that amount to nothing.
I'm adamant their 1p roulette is fixed.. I'm sure we've all experienced it, a number you don't have on will land 3 times in a row and a number you have money on won't show up until you can't afford to repeat and then it drops when you have barely anything on it.
I like the quantum roulette but again I'm sceptical with all these casinos to be honest.

I joined Coral yesterday and I can tell you I won't be going back and I will be closing my account today. Signed up as a new customer with a bet 10 get 30 offer! Only they didn’t honour this stating the offer was not theirs but an affiliates! Customer service was disgusting in fact I’m still waiting for an answer to my email! When you get to liaise over live chat they end the chat if you take longer than 10 seconds to type anything! I've had betting accounts all over the place and have done for years… and in every way from Customer service to gameplay to RTP% Coral is the worst. I've won 5000x, 2500x, 1000x bet and none of which come in with coral, one of 2 sites I've blacklisted myself as a bad site. Site currently investigation by the U.K. GAMBLING COMMISSION for fraud. After 1 hour of game play you get a reality pop up. This can’t be cleared. You have then wasted your game play and build up towards bonuses (many bonuses such as Lil devil require gameplay). The system locks you out. You can’t clear the window.
I contacted the worst customer care team in existence who all say that technical error voids game. Thanks.

After my positive review last time regarding my pleasant experience with Coral, it has now gone belly up. Since the 2nd Lockdown on 5th November I have not won anything of note and this goes for all of GVC Holdings who own Coral, Ladbrokes, Cheeky Bingo, Gala Spins, Party Casino etc. It has been dead spin city on all of their sites. I contacted them and they assured me nothing had changed, but my experience is totally different.

The bonuses and free spins seem to have gone into Lockdown along with the rest of the nation on all their platforms on all their games, it is really appalling that they should prey on people during a Lockdown when people have more time on their hands.

I shall not be putting another penny in to their pockets until the Lockdown is lifted that's for sure.

I don't usually do this however, i feel after quite a few years of using the Coral site for Horses, Football and slots, i find that the Racing and Football quite easy to use and fairly decent odds are offered. However if you like to play slots either for amusement or hoping you will win a few quid, then avoid Coral. I have played slots at many different sites, but Coral seem to be the worst by quite a long way. Very poor returns when getting to a bonus, i often find that if and when i get to a bonus it very, very rarely pays more than the initial deposit you started to play the game with. All sites will tell you that their games are fair and random. Random is a beautiful word and i could go on about what they call random number generators however they are actually sudo random number generators and need a seed to kick off the algorithm (as no computer is self aware), this can be anything from the system time on the server etc. This gives way to controlled "Random" such as a lottery company applied to scratch cards, as you don't want too many people winning the jackpot now do you. I am not saying that this is the case with Coral, but just be aware when companies say they are random. To anyone who enjoys slots try a Casino company only and avoid bookmaker slots. Not going to mention which Casino company’s i use as i am not here to advertise, just post my honest opinion in what i have experienced. There may be a lot of people who have had a cracking slots experience with Coral, but reading the reviews on here they seem to be as rare as hen's teeth.

I started betting months ago, my account was charged 1500 and I lost everything.
