Signed up for free 5 bet on the national after making 5 bet. No free bet arrived and wasted 1 hour trying to get help .. the staff are useless. Ended up cashing out my bet at a cost of 50p as theres no way Ill deal with a company that lies and provides such appalling customer support.

Deposited 40 quid played 30p spins on Fishin pots of gold. Terrible company that are obviously in partnership with Ladbrokes as I got an email from both companies on exactly the same day with the same text in both word for word. Entice new customers in with free bets etc but they’re only looking for losers. As soon as I had a winning bet they restricted my account. I can now only place a 1 pound and 14 pence bet!! Should be illegal!!! Their slogan should be ‘Losing gamblers only please’

I created an account with Coral two years ago or so. Recently, I tried logging in & could not. My account was suspended. After contacting customer services, I was told I had duplicate accounts but could not be given any more information.This has terrified me, I know I have not created duplicate account, it can only mean someone else used my details. Coral flat our refused to give me any information at all about this duplicate account.I have changed all my bank details, passwords, I sold my laptop and bought a new one in case I have spyware on it.I am mentally drained wondering what else these Id thieves may have done, but Coral are completely unwilling to help. They state that no information can be given. I think such behaviour is irresponsible & they should not be able to operate if they protect ID thieves and scammers.I am looking into contacting proper authorities to demand Coral give me details on my own ID theft, as they refuse to!

– 2600 in the last 30 days i rly don’t recommend anyone to play on this wesite . i never saw something like this on any other sites . i never had a bonus bigger then 300 pounds . they will drain you of all your money . i can say strongly is the worst company dosen’t matter what you play on it slots betting live betting . Hi coral I’ve read some of these reviews and see that you score one star . I also see your response is scripted yes not every spin on your slots is going to be a win but when people cant win any spin for weeks it one sided big banker big fishing frenzy top my list of what I’ve said. Beware – Read these reviews below. Worst company to deal with. They say they have a Cash Out Feature, yet I’ve never had an option to cash out. I questioned it after quite a few bets/accumulators. Their response – that they dont guarantee cash out/don’t always make it available. When you ask, they can’t even say what sort of bet would give you cash out though. No transparency, just misleading info to entice customers to part with their money. I would have had cash out for sure if I’d used other bookies, e.g.Betfair, William H, SkyBet. Don’t bet with Corals Been with these years and always got to check bets as they say you lost hoping you won’t check. I put a bet on 4 way acc wanted to put 0.20 ew but made a mistake and done 20 ew lol would never do this as only 1 has to lose and your stuffed. They know I never bet that amount ever. Tried to contact support before the races started but they were dragging their heels waiting for it to start can you give me 3 minutes lol bet if it started winning they would have gladly paid me my 40 back. want to share my recent experience with CORAL . I placed bet on 74-75 Watling street London that’s where i work i used to place my bet cash on automatic machine, my bet is a wining bet , after few days i wanted to place another bet where i live at my local CORAL store , i visited 255 poplar high street my local store wanted to use my wining bet slip i won earlier scanned bar code on exact same machine and it is not accepted ? i went to talk to one of the operators at the window and he said your bet was placed in another store that’s why our machine cannot accept it and i cannot help you you need to go back where you made a bet … shocking experience !!! so basically if i placed a bet on another city in UK they will send me back to that city to get my money or place another bet …. called store manager on 255 poplar high street his name was Daren/Darel who cares and he is trying to help me by sending me to another store near by…. basically walking day to see if im lucky to find a store who can help me out use my CORAL slip to place a bet or withdraw the money… disaster i thought CORAL stores they are the same company but it looks they are not . i called customer care they said you are not customer cause you don’t have account with us so we cant help you ….i thought i was customer but apparently i wasn’t again ….i bean treated like a donkey and i wont place a bet knowing they cant help me !

The app doesn’t even work and takes a long tome to load a simple page, and when you do get into a game they dont pay out anything. It’s slow, very slow at loading pages. Infuriating type slowness and also today I’m happily on the app enjoying my afternoon using my own data for my phone and I’m not publicly logged on when the app tells me that my password is out of date. News to me as I was born with it. I use biometric scanning, my fingerprints are now out of date. Wow ! Blocked in on the car park of Congleton branch deliberately by a member of staff arriving to work when I was leaving in my car. Member of staff then proceeded to lock thier car and walk into the store. Coral and Ladbrokes are a total waste of time and money. Thier slot games do not pay out any big wins only small wins no matter what the stake is. And it is very difficult to get any bonus. The RNG is totally false. They will always reply to negative reviews with the same automated messages. I think everyone seriously needs to stop and think about how important money is and stop giving it away to companies like these. Customer service in Coral shop is appalling , i don’t want the assistant to be overly happy and smiling and call me ‘lovely’ or anything fake like that , but no expression or words when i cash out (i was still down on the day) . i’m sure she was bored, but it might even help alleviate it for her to inject a tiny bit of pleasantness into the experience, even a small fake smile and/or thankyou doesn’t cost anything and she is getting paid at the end of the day (or week…) at least it won’t encourage me to waste my money there again .. though of all betting shops i’ve been in , Coral’s FOBTs are the worst by far in generalps . this was Rotherham town centre, South Yorkshire
