Why do I always feel I’m being ripped off playing on Coral games, you can play a game for hours and not get a single bonus, I’m not asking for a big pay out but just a bit of fair play would be good after spending so much on one game. I’ve been with coral for 6 months now and I’ve noticed that if I have a month when make a withdrawal because I’ve won the next month I can’t get a slot to bonus hardly and if I do they pay nothing.Its 5th June. Good response from the Coral service optimisation team to my views. I believe that it is a good organisation and very fair betting site. More work needs to be done on the app and believe the issues will be resolved. Apart from the issues with the app I am very happy with Coral.

Absolutely & without a doubt the worst site I have ever had an account with & I have accounts with many. I cannot believe Coral are a fair & honest site with so many poor reviews, they certainly need to be investigated. Gambling is a game of luck but the only luck you’re likely to have on Coral slots is BAD luck. I did like the site, had a few little wins and I like the games offered but it just seems to be constant issues. The games are laggy which loses the appeal of playing them. The site is constantly having issues. The current issue has me redirected to a foreign version of poker stars if I try to withdraw money, the site however worked perfectly before I added that money minutes before. I have been kicked from games and then logged out and unable to log back in.

Disgusting lot who really do not care for their customers – i was in their scarborough shop evening only me in and one member of staff one till – having a few bets and was winning when i rushed to put a bet on a virtual race when the till had an issue and would not work the lady was trying her best but only managed to put the bet on after the race had started – ofc my £15 on no.5 horse at 15/2 had to win, i complained as you would the lady said ‘what am i suppose to do not my fault’ i said speak to your manager she phoned somebody who was not interested – i asked to keep the bet slip receipt so i could complain from home to manager or someone, i wrote a letter of complaint to corals months now and NO reply i wrote a letter to Coral CEO months now and no reply – seems coral just give no care about their customers one who has spent a lot of money on my life time with coral – its absolutely disgusting why should i loose out because a machine fails. This company is well worth avoiding. My previous complaint was responded to with a flat no to my request of fund withdrawl….no explanation. They continue to shower me with enticements to bet. They just don’t listen or care. Landed mega bonus on new deal or no deal slots and feature cut off half way through and went back to reals awarding me 10p as winnings. Same here as with ladbrokes (sister company) I’ve not been as lucky with coral ,but when I’ve lost its been good to play on the promotions with free chips , I have won ,not great amounts ,but I’ve definitely won and been able to withdraw really quick , within the hour with no issues at all.
