Corrupt!!Don’t bet with this company. I deposited money to bet on a horse race. Once deposited – they then told me I couldn’t place the bet, which was fine. I made my account as I saw Coral had a very good welcome bonus (stake £10 get £50 in free bets)I took part in the promotion and wait.. and wait..I ended up messaging their user support as I was not receiving the £50.Which they informed me that my account was restricted and stopping me from receiving the free bets.(I had only stake the £10)I ask for more context which they refused to give me and that’s the end of that.But I can still add money to my account and continue to bet with them, I’m just not allow my bonus from a promotion they were advertising.The message from support -Your account is currently restricted from receiving offers, you may be able to see and take part in promotions but you won’t be able to receive any rewards from them

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Coral.Having been a customer with Coral for years I was surprised to get an email off them the other day telling me I was no longer entitled to bonuses on the sportsbook and that my bets in future maybe restricted and i was no longer entiled to best odds guaranteed. The bonuses that Coral give are the only things that make it viable to place a bet with them as their prices are constantly lower than other bookmakers. Oh well I thought at least I could still use the casino bonuses but that all stopped this morning too.I then tried to place a £5 bet on the win market for horse racing and got a message saying that the maximum bet I could place was 10p. Just to rub salt into my wounds they also robbed me of my Coral coins. Off to Skybet from now on.Shame on you Coral.

Corals website is broken and the problem is with them as all other sites and games work perfectly on my PC. When you complain to them about this they just give you rubbish advice about reloading the game or clearing cookies. They are gaslighting their customers and most of the time they are uncontactable by telephone. They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced from any company. I do not recommend. Shocking games with little payout. Didn’t ever think a site could be so bad! To spend 400 quid on a game at a pound a go and the highest win in that 400 quid was 16 quid!! Even got the bonus once and a pitiful 8.70 payout! Absolutely terrible customer service. Have had an account online for years tried to login and deposit a couple of days ago and couldn’t it said I couldn’t deposit from the country I am in. Strange I have never left the uk where I have always lived. Whoever came up with this idea is an awful employee for customers, but Ladbrokes Coral don’t care about their customers. I have tried so many times to change my password and the links NEVER come to my email. This is because when I type my DOB the computer system always says it is wrong. When I phone or go to the live chat they always say no my DOB is correct and tell me to delete my history and repeat the process. I have done this so many times. I explained to them and they have even sent me a link but it states a technical error! They cannot set me up a new account! This doesn’t change the fact they have a problem on their side. I have had a Corals connect account for around twenty years and have managed things perfectly well.I an disabled with among more issues,a brain injury.I made reference to the said injury during correspendsence with Corals yesterday and regardless of the fact I have had no issues, Corals immediately suspended my account.They were happy to take my money for over twenty years but have now shown that they are biased against disabled people.

Terrible bet settlement times. Had a bet win 3 hours 45 minutes ago and it’s still not been settled. Messaged the customer services after 1 hour 30 minutes and they said they are busy so just wait a bit longer. Not sure how busy they can be on a Thursday morning? Just messaged them again and they’ve now said they need to send a message to their traders and it can take up to 24 hours. Not good at all, it has the green tick on to show the bet has won, all it needs doing is settling.
