This is an awful betting site. Recently bet on Nunez getting 2 shots and a few others I was waiting for. He got the 2 shots but because he was taken off the bet was settled as a loss meaning no cash out for when the others actually came in. DO NOT USE THIS SITE They are thieves!

O.K. to everyone who moans about losing money I have the answer to all your problems…STOP GAMBLING problem solved. As for coral’s free tournaments the points that you get in total are manipulated to a lower number on the leaderboard. So after 30 spins it says points total for example 356points, however if you check later on you will find that your points total has magically dropped down to 294. So is this to favour there bots winning as to pay out less ??????

This company can improve by being more fair with the RTP, not sure if it’s because it’s coming up to Christmas and they want to pay themselves extra bonuses or something but god damn I’m About -3600 in the hole over last 30 days just from smaller slot spins with no substantial win, absolute joke. I understand on making sure no under age bets fully support that. But I don’t understand where a company asked to verify ID after I have used them for a number of yrs and open the account in person in a shop. I can get a loan out or get credit cards with zero ID I am told I hav to produce ID to bet. So I took back constant I will take my business elsewhere. I was told when closing down my account I could top up I could bet but I couldn’t withdraw why on earth would I want to entertain that. It all started quite well with coral and then went downhill fast. It must be at least 15 to 20 sessions now where I have not won anything. Thousands of pounds in losses. I only play one game and it’s got so bad you can guarantee you stick £20 in you’ll be wiped out within 2 minutes. It’s a shame there is no loyalty to good customers who play alot. No point complaining to coral because they always say its random. Clearly it isn’t or after that many sessions you should have won something. Awful Company !!!!! worst site i have ever come across ,from the casino play to there staff on chat and on the phone all based in the Philippines none of them and i mean none of them know there job ,all automated responses and when you ring my god you cant even communicate with you,. The supervisor is never available and everything they say they are going to do takes 24 hours and then you don’t hear from them again ,. So I signed upto coral everything was fine on signup said I was fully verified so then I went ahead & deposited.. after deposited I placed £5 on sports which I received my free bet that won.. I also deposited to play the £30 casino bonus.. luckily I won with the casino bonus & managed to get a withdraw able amount of £1500.. I then went to withdraw before I went to sleep thinking Christmas will be paid for sorted… I wake up in the morning go on my account to find it’s shut down & only way can have my money is to send ID… Now I don’t mind sending the ID but they are asking for things a genuinely don’t possess.. I haven’t been lucky enough to go abroad so never had passport also never drove so don’t have a driving license.. I do have a birth certificate but not sure if sufficient, they also want a picture of me with the ID I don’t own.. I don’t own a phone capable of doing this! When coral went under “maintenance” a couple of weeks ago, it’s gone awful. Also tiki slots game if u hit the jackpot, u have too smash the fire balls. It doesn’t let you. This company needs investigating by the Gambling Commision! I’ve been playing on this site for quite a long time. I only play with the funds won on the free games.Recently I had won quite a bit and decided to withdraw £50. Next thing I found my account locked. They messaged saying they needed all my ID, passport, Driving Licence, Utility bill etc. I provided all the information. Account remained locked. Did a number of their online chats, only to be told account closed. During one I was told ‘Having checked here, I already confirm that we have already received the documents that you sent to us, and it is fine to continue any pending cashout’.When the £50 didn’t arrive in my bank, I’ve been on the chat again only to be told ‘I can confirm that your withdrawal has been declined as you are not entitled to it. I’m afraid’.They refuse to give any reason why account was closed or why the withrdrawal has been stopped. Looking online, I find this same thing has happened to many people. They want people to gamble but they don’t want to pay out !

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here about this particular casino. In my opinion, Coral are great and they always payout when you win (I’ve had two big wins recently and some smaller ones, too) while only playing with them for a short period of time. A slot game froze on my win so I contacted the live chat. The first bloke told me to wait 24 hours which I did. I then spoke to a lady the next day who spent the next hour making me out to be a liar and told me I was owed nothing, not understanding much of what I was saying to then after an hour of denying it told me another team is going to investigate it! When I asked why she spent an hour denying it she went right back to refusing I was owed anything! I ended the conversation and she mailed coral support to let them know of the situation. Got a generic email back that said they put the winnings into my account. I emailed them back and said it’s less about the money and more about your staff lying and being incompetent, they didn’t bother replying to that so here we are. Pretty standard bookie until you have to speak to customer services then it becomes a nightmare.

On the 11/11/2023 I placed a football accumulator with corals and watching closely at there app scores I was up in all my bets with the cash out at £97, one of the bets I placed was between Falkirk v Edinburgh city the score being 2-1. At approximately 16.40 the corals app posted goal for Edinburgh which made it 2-2, the cash out was reduced to £30 of which I took.When watching all the results on Sky Sports the the actual score was Falkirk 2 Edinburgh 1, the app on corals posted an incorrect score completely, then looking at the stats Edinburgh had 6 shots and only one on target.Since then I have emailed Corals complaining about this and now being out of pocket due to them posting an incorrect score. I’ve had several emails back but nothing saying I was right in complaining.Then last night they blocked my account so had to email them asking to unblock of which they did but suspended my account from betting. I’ve managed to withdraw all of the money in the account. Absolutely disgusted at the way I’ve been treated by Corals
