I went in to Corals , Woodley in Reading and placed a bet each way on Hickory to win the Victoria cup at Ascot. The cashier asked if I want to take the price which I did of 12/1……Bearing in mind this was half hour prior to the race.Hickory won the race and returned odds of 22/1…but they only paid me on the 12/1 odds. I asked why and they said its because I didn’t have one of their CONNECT cards….Absolute joke . Like a lot of people have told me….They will find any excuse to worm thier way out of paying yu. Hence I don’t bet with Corals anymore and my brother actually had an on line account with them which he has closed after this…Absolutel joke they are

Hi, I just need help to find a lawyer for a late bet, as they say so. In December last year I lost at Coral around £5000. £2000 in cash and £3000 from my debit card.I was betting on horses and dogs. I started slow but in the end I was waging £100, £200 and £300 on a horse or dog.What happened: the betting shop was displaying the races very late and they were flicking the races over the TV’s. Always being difficult to see where the race is and to make your choice. In the afternoon of that day I bet £200 on straight forecast FC on dogs. I was at the counter 3,4 minutes earlier than the race to start. But the desk man, suddenly asked for my name and said to write it on the betting slip. He took the betting slip back than he typed a lot on his computer or whatever is, after he said he needs clearance for my bet. But it took so long, probably at the other end the duty manager was having a lick, I don’t know, after the guy from the betting shop desk was looking for a new slip to rewrite my bet again on new slip but before he lost like 10-20 seconds covering part of the slip going through the machine and 20-30 seconds until he found a new slop to rewrite the new betting slip in the end my bet was through but it shows 41 seconds late.Well, I was at the counter 3,4 minutes early and I won fair and square, before that I put, bet £300 straight and no clearance was needed and it took so long for them, and he rewrite a new betting slip and in the end that was the only bet late and it came a winner. To me is looking very odd, that only for that bet they needed clearance and the saga going around. So my choice was in their ends before the race started and finished and I never cheated or tried to cheat. But they did it to me.Please anyone help me to find a lawyer no win no fee.It’s a shame I am treated like that by them.Last year I lost at their shops, Coral, more than £35000 . Since this happened I didn’t go anymore in their shops. Please guys help me to sue this company for being so rude and untrustworthy!Thank you and have a nice day!

I had 150 euro ew on She’s Perfect and Ladbrokes/Coral refused to pay despite every other major bookmaker paying double result as it was a classic race. They said “we only offer double result in Ireland and UK” then I retorted, will you honour my bet valued at 3180 euro if Charlie Fellowes and Basher win their appeal on the grounds the winner was struck too many times? They said “no, we settle on the result after the weigh in on the day” so they go for rules of racing and then they dont because it suits them. If I bet with Paddy Power or Boylesports I would be 2500 richer. They would not budge at ladbrokes. A guy was trying to console me in my hometown this eve, he said “I wouldnt let it go” but i feel there is nothing I can do. Even if she’s perfect gets 1 place back on appeal. They put 480 euro winnings with my own 150 into my bank acc and the 150 I had on to win was considered a loser. Shameful. Uncaring. Worst option for any serious punter. Just MHO for what its worth. I take it as a needed wake up call and will never set foot in there again.

Had used without incident for several years but today they’ve refused to pay out a valid winner on She’s Perfect at Longchamp despite every other major bookie doing so. I’m out of pocket £400 and the crime I’m guilty of is betting on the wrong website. I’ve taken it up with their customer service and they won’t budge. They’re, Very shady. Do not trust. They make promotions If you use the free cash and win on the last few pence they still keep all winnings. They not only keep all winnings they set a 2000!!!! Wagering limit so you have to win that amount and then put it all back in to a game to. So you become basically a screen tapper. Absolutely ridiculous people!!Won £40 off a free promotion Then the next day tried to login and it said that there was a restriction on my account. Called them and was told that it was because I made a comment saying that it’s good I won the money really needed it at the moment, which was a figure of speech. THE WORST BETTiNG APP THERE IS !!!! Nothing short of thieves. Put over £70 in the breaking banks game,playing £1 spins the whole time. I have recieved a Life ban because a girl working there told lies about me backed up by her friend and colleague,all i said when placing a bet was cash,she accused me of waving some slips in her face which is untrue,she went berserk at me shouting and abusive,then accused me of saying sexual things a few weeks ago which were also lies,i have since been told that she said i tried taking her phone on grand national day,I cannot believe this is happening,i am 70 years old and have never been abbusive or rude to anyone obviously corals will take their staffs side and there is nothing i can do about it,its just the Lies i hate,i cannot send an email its impossible to get in touch with them it’s just disgraceful.
