Terrible customer experience Came off a 5 year gamstop exclusion served the cooling off period and opened an account with corals….no problems with opening the account so deposited £20 had £1eachway on an 8/1shot that finished second won £1 odd went to log in corals have blocked me from logging in so went on live chat … apparently was told I was still being flagged up as being excluded 😆 explained that the exclusion was lifted on the 19th served the cooling off and opened the account on the 20th been going round in circles with these clowns since .. not bothered about being a customer with this useless bookies but they have my £20 which I cannot withdraw and put back in my bank account!!! Take my advice and steer well clear of this pathetic bookmakers organisation all they do is mess you about😫

Only good thing I like are the free bingo in bonanza room and the rewards grabber for coral coins but to be honest I never win from bingo or the free spins anymore 😞. I guess either I have such bad luck but I deposit fiver a month now as just don’t see point in wasting money. This is my third and final review and it is imperative that this review is published it is my hope. Today I decided to do some more betting having won money yesterday which eased my cashflow, it was going to be very helpful. Today, I spun £180 in £2 bets on roulette, and I did not get a single win in in all of the 90 bets placed, including use of the pre-bet spinner which was highly biased in my favour. Yesterday’s win was annulled and made to be false happiness because all the money was taken back today as 100% profit to the company and to the taxman. This is how people have lost their lives, where their money is taken from them, and crucially, nothing is given in exchange for the money, in a high percentage of cases wins are never spent in a useful manner by the customer, because the money is taken back. You may know from the roulette machines animations, that the local hubs for Entain plc wherever they may be can alter the results that are presented to the customer, at a touch of a button the screen will nudge slightly as the result is changed into Entain’s favour. I call that cheat to take, stealing money from someone is illegal. For all the people that have ended their lives for this company, the bereaved need to take action and sue for I believe manslaughter, because it is illegal to modify results as has been going on for years and years now. I won’t go back, and I think each life lost to suicide, through this limited company, which I believe is an illegal corporate, should be compensated with the sum of minimum £ 1 million per life that has been needlessly lost. I think that should be what happens.

This company I urge people stay away from the machines in the shops. I have this week put around £250 in the ones in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent. Truly awful customer service. Placed an each way bet on a horse, but an error on their part meant it went on as a win bet instead. Screenshotted the clear error by them and asked if it could be voided in order to place it correctly. It was only small stakes too, but they simply refused. Dreadful customer experience, my recommendation is to avoid them.

Coral has massively gone downhill with the chances of winning on slots. Absolute joke!Yeah it’s a game of chance but honestly you have no chance. terrible.. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY .. DO NOT USE. THEY HAVE STOLEN £300. I opened an account 2 weeks ago and I decided to deposit £300 today. The money has left my bank account and it isnt showing in my betting account. They have made an excuse up that £300 is more than my deposit limit but no sign of the money. This is theft.
