In all my years on gambling this has been a question a lot of people have been asking on “how to get a fixed match? Luckily for me I found one on Instagram by the name EDDY_TIPS. Worst customer service! Colin called me an a$$hole when I was trying to cash out my winnings of €20,000. I had to get a Barrister in the end. Finally got my €20.000 after a heart breaking time. Customer service from head office to support team are the worst I have ever come across. No wonder they have to apply for a licence every year. They'll be shut down with enough reports on them. The authorities know it all and I would report all your complaints to the judge the next review they have, which happen yearly – because of massive corruption!

Really misleading. I placed a small bet on a football match. I then saw a notification which said stakes on this match will be refunded in the form of a free bet if they lose, so I placed a bigger bet. The bet did lose, so I expected my money back as a free bet, but they would only issue a free bet credit on the small bet. There is also no way to contact them as I did a live chat and it just kept saying someone will be with you shortly.

Good morning..

I felt that giving 3 stars there is a couple reasons that i dident give the full 5 stars.

Ill start with the bad points i feel.

1.When using the App its quits slow i feel on android. When you press on a team or horse to select its very slow to add to your bet slip..Do be waiting to see if actually bet selected is not and is very frustrating.

2. This gets me alot. When on the App if you press/scroll up or down not quite sure when your on a market or race or anything its like its loads up a boylesports blue screen and take 30secs to update and go back to the screen you were on. This is extremely annoying when trying to watch a race or do a bet and only seconds to spare.

3.cash out options not great also

4.freebets is non existant. Your competitor PP free bets every few days entices you 2 log on more and bet with them

Good points.

1.watch most races live without a bet is unreal and very rewarding. Great too see a race if somepeople dont have money. Makes you go back in to do a bet with have money.

2. Customer service is very good specially with COV19 its hard life now but your staff makes it easier.

TOTALY HONEST REVIEW

The site layout and games are honestly good they have a wide choice of games and up to date software – so the site and playing is good as a whole.

The customer service honestly I’ve seen rats be treated with more respect than to there loyal customers especially big spending customers. It is beyond me how a customer service as they call themselves have absolutely 0 knowledge of anything to do with accounts and have the audacity to be so rude and blunt to customers trying to share there concerns!

Player safety team well put it this way I deposit 27,000 and not a peep from them at all but oh my gosh as soon as you withdraw any funds they freeze account and couldn’t give two craps about you as a player except to delay the withdrawal! They definitely need further training in how to deal with customers. I have sent endless emails to which 0 response. Conor mckeever not sure if his hands have been cut off or fired or just damn rite lazy and ignorant on his “player safety” skills but to me seems he has not a care in the world.

Withdrawal times well it’s been 11 days now since requesting withdrawal of 20,100 to which states completed but payment on hold even though all documents are approved yet my money isn’t. They don’t care about customers at all but if they had none they wouldn’t be there! Customers are the most important thing to any given business.

I was happy to leave a 5* review dropping to a 4* based on the customer service but the way this has been dragged on for absolutely no reason I cannot bring myself to give even 3* reason I’m not giving a 1* is the site itself is good so I have to be fair which I wish the Boyle sports site would be for once and pay what is owed 20,100.

I would say as a whole In general good layout and website but you’ll have to be patient to get your money and be prepared to be treated like a rat. Couldn’t be more honest if I tried!

The lack of professionalism is horrifying. Customer service should be illegal, none of my queries, requests or questions we’re answered. They rudely end the chat, hang up the phone. I personally know people awaiting withdrawals weeks later.
How this Casino holds a full licence is unknown and very concerning. The Gambling Commission should really get on to BoyleSports and question WHY Customers are not receiving withdrawals, why they minimise contact, why they avoid customer complaints and why they are so unprofessional.

I requested the complaints procedure once being ignored via email and telephone they told me they could not provide this information to me.

Avoid at all costs. Very sketchy family ran business.

After they put a 50 deposit limit on my account for no reason at all, I'm a good customer to this site and with the reviews read, this site is really disgusting. I can deposit over 50 a day now my limits been lifted after talking to players support and I can play on one slot and the slots are just money grabbing, small wins. Played poker that's the worst I could get money on what card is next it's that conning! No one wins the age of God jackpot on poker apart from the computer, I've played for last 2 years and not once have I come close but you always see these people winning usually the same people! Disgusting way to treat a loyal customer after you lied and offered poor service.

They suspended my bet 9 minutes before the race ..no reason …no message ..and my bet went onto win …terrible customer service …said no bet was ever placed even tho I e got a screenshot of it saying bet suspended

NEVER USE THIS APP.
If you place an accumulator bet on and say 7/9 teams have won. The app will keep the bet suspended until the last 2 games are played hoping that your bet loses and you will never be offered a cash out option as they suspend almost every bet. Even single bets for example over 0.5 goals in the first half will be suspended and not paid out until 10min after the goal, saying suspended constantly. I cannot say enough bad about how this app is made to rob you of your hard earned money! PLEASE for your own sake use bet365/skybet/williamhill etc. Real established betting services because I’ve never been robbed more in my life. Customer service is non existent in the app and when you phone you will be lied to constantly and told you will receive a call back which never happens!

Utterly Shambolic Customer service team. Probably the worst online bookmaker i have ever used in 20+years.

Have been ignored for days on end, and even when phoning customer services, have been promised a return call to resolve my dispute, and 10 days later and 6 phonecalls, and countless emails, still nothing.

Nothing positive to say about the company whatsoever.

Had a casino account with boylesports that I had to restrict myself 6 months ago as I found the slots played so poor is was untrue
However 6 months past so thought I give it another try …..what a mistake 😕
Trust me the sports sides good but forget the casino and games you won't be winning 😴

I would have given you 6 stars but for your horse racing app it's so difficult to choose my horses I have to keep pressing on my selection before it registers choosing 6 horses takes ages it needs rebooting your end because when I press on my football selection it works first time but I love Boyle sports and it's my only betting app thanku

You complete a couple of their promotions and then you recieve an email saying how they have restricted your account from using anymore promotions, free bets etc. Whats the point of offering promotions if you don't want people to do them. Daft sods.

I placed 2 bets on the US elections for a Trump win, despite the US electoral college not certifying the elections yet and naming the actual legitimate winner Boyle Sports have decided that the winner is Biden. They state that even if the electoral college and then supreme court find that the current fraud investigations prove that Trump is the actual winner, they will still count the bet as "Lost" because they have decided that the winner is Biden. The US Press printed that Biden was the winner but they did so without the count being certified as per the US Consitution. Still we do not have a definitive result that is legally certified but Boyle Sport have decided before even the American People. I did also have a bet with Ladbrokes on the same event, but they state that if the vote gets corrected, they will correctly pay out.

Avoid this bookmaker at all costs they are a scam artists. They show you terms and conditions when playing for a free bet that will never arrive because they change the terms whenever they want so they dont have to pay out. Customer service is horrendous. If your matched betting do not bother, if your a gambler who enjoys giving all your money away go somewhere else as you'll get better odds.

Avoid Boylesports at all costs, if you win more than a tenner, they put obstacles in your way requiring bank statements, and I'd check, they don't require that when you lose though. Have been waiting ages for money coming, still waiting. Avoid

Don't go near this betting ap! They never fail to make a massive drama out of withdrawing YOUR OWN MONEY!

First they will send you an email two days after you asked for it saying we can't withdraw if onto your card we will transfer the money (having then having to go through a rig marole of supplying a bank address etc.

Then they will ask for proof the bank account is yours and ask for statements, im sure this is all designed so you'll give up and end up betting the money back.

Comfortably the worst betting app on the net!

The customer service team answer everything with copy and paste answers and make you feel valued very little.

The site can be okay for games and sports but the whole company has forgot about treating players as individuals.

Shocking site. Made my first and only small withdrawal, got told it had been processed and 7 days on they tell me they have stopped it from going to my bank after having enough documents from me and verifying it all.

I play Boyle site most days and do my lotto on there too when I did it this evening it took 20 euro for a bet instead of 20 cent I contacted them and explain more or less told hard luck your problem I know it not a lot 20 euro but I think their attitude would have been same if it was a large sum most unhelpful not very good customer service think l look on other sites
