WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD.. What can i say? Absolutely terrible customer service. I have had a genuinely horrible experience in attempting to withdraw 20 back to my bank card over last weekend and only ended up getting the money back yesterday. I was told on the phone on Tuesday evening by an agent that the money would be credited back to my account either later on Tuesday evening or Wednesday at the latest. This did not happen and was told incorrect information over the phone. I rang in again on Thursday to find out what was happening and why i hadn't received my money as assured and was then told i needed to submit proof of identification such as card, bank statement etc to verify who i was? I was never told this on the Tuesday by the agent who i spoke with. Spent about an hour on the phone with an agent yesterday getting it all processed and eventually got my money but my goodness for only 20 the length of time that this took was absolutely ridiculous and also completely unnecessary!Had i actually been told the right information on Tuesday it would have saved a lot of hassle and time wasted on the phone. Oh and i was also told i was sent e-mails about the issue however this did not happen either despite being again assured by Boylesports that i had which again was absolutely false! I have requested a call back from a Manager to discuss this issue but have yet to receive one yet! Completely unacceptable and a very very poor showing.

Site seems ok so far, however be very thorough in reading their sign up offers. Mine said sign up and place a 10 pound bet to get a 20 pound free bet. After I did this I got a 5 pound free bet. After contacting they advised this was a mobile exclusive (I looked back it was 2 words in tiny print) and because I signed up on desktop I was ineligible, so my current offer I have to bet 40 pound total to get 4x 5 pound free bets. Not quite the same. These things need to be made much clearer imo as it comes off as intentionally deceptive.

Easy enough to withdraw funds however can take a min of 24hrs to receive them so be aware if you win and want to withdraw its not immediately like some others are..

To be honest, I inadvertantly took a time out on the games section and meant to do the casino side. Anyway, found a game that I like. I would have given 5 stars here, because payouts are quick and easy, but they will not let me increase my monthly deposit limit and that is the reason for only 5.

So today I thought I would play Starburst Slingo again,and see whether when I played before I was just unlucky every time I played this game.However after losing over 80 on this game, despite getting the starburst on 3 lines of 5 which are wild(reels 2,3,4) I won 11.10 despite staking over 32 on one game, absolutely rigged, whatever Boylesports say,regulated, etc , jI will not be playing this game is anything else on this site as I have closed my account, its a pity as I have been with them over 15yrs, but recently have noticed very poor payouts on slots

Boylesports has been my number1 online betting app for maybe 2 months and I couldn't be happier with them, I have always had a good experience whenever I either play games or sports, there is loads of choice and the site is so easy to navigate around I have to say right now I have no need to go looking for another betting app, I would urge people if you are looking for a betting site with everything you need, u need look no further than boylesports

Honest opinion, i have played on many betting sites and this has to be in my top 3.Very good customer support and friendly.Very good selection of casino games and betting options on sports.Fast payouts.Site layout good but the odd bug can happen sometimes.It needs more promotions but on some free gaming promotions you seem to always win something and thats very good.

It's always a fun experience at BoyleSports. The one change I would ask for is the time it takes to get money back on withdrawals is way too long. Unibet, where I play, sometimes only takes around 20 minutes or less to have my winnings sent to my PayPal account.

I've used many online betting sites throughout the years and Boylesports at the moment is right up there with the best.I had an issue I needed resolving and the online live chat where really helpful/friendly and got the problem sorted out for me.Great odds and offers also.

Can only speak for my local Boylesport office and the staff there.In essence an efficiently run office with great customer service from from the guys behind the counter.Unfair to single out any individual interaction with any staff member as they all contribute in different ways....the office is clean ,well run and simply deserves good customer feedback.
