Stay away from all slingo slots, 3 days ago played lost over £60, on 1 10p game,600/1 odds, lost. today I staked almost £60 , 600/1 odds again, lost. on 2 10p game. Staked over £29 trying to get 1 number, but surprise surprise it didn’t come in. The other game was of a similar outcome. Its too much of a coincidence playing these slots, take take take virtually nil PAYOUTS. Enough is Enough, definitely fixed, regardless of what you say. Quite a good bookie, there odds could be better but for me as a mainly football bettor acca insurance is essential. You can insure or boost more than one bet on the same day, I’ve had 3 bets insured on the same day. You also get a free £5 bet for every 5 accumulators made over any period of time. Unbelievable, just played elf slingo, this is a 10p game, lost over £111, on 1 game, this is so crooked it’s ridiculous, 1111/1 odds to get last number, didn’t come in so stopped playing. Devastated after a long time with Boylesports recieving unbelievable service. I’ve now hit a stumbling block. I withdrew money last Friday. On Saturday they had to change the withdrawal method to bank transfer cos I used Google pay to deposit my money. After 10 to 15 conversations all week from last Friday. I’m told they have had to reprocess my withdrawal because my bank rejected it. My bank have not rejected any payment they told me this after been on the phone an hour. I was told by a boylesports advisor this evening at 16.05 my funds will be received tomorrow. At 16.35 Boylesports then reprocess my withdrawal again without notifying me any reason why. Then at 18.00 the advisor tells me I’ll now have to wait until the 28th of December for my funds that I withdrew last Friday. It’s close to Christmas time as well. I’m shocked more than anything. It’s been raised up to managers for them to have a look at it. I’ll update you all with what the outcome is.

Sham of a company. Said I wasn’t eligible for the free bet from the welcome offer because of a ‘shared IP’ address. Do they not know that when you use mobile data you are given the same IP address as hundreds, if not thousands of people that have the same phone network? Very good on horse racing betting where the page and all info is well presented and no issues getting paid out however the online games are rigged.The bingo game is impossible to win on.Once you get close to a line or full house the numbers around what your waiting for start coming out ie if your waiting for 20 you’ll get 19,21,22 so on and you wonder if the winners shown even exist.

Signed up for a free bet, free bet was refused because “My IP is shared with other BoyleSports” customers. They advertise offers for mobile but if you use a mobile with 4g they will refuse any free bets. They don’t understand that IP addresses are shared between many people when using a 4g connection, I even sent them a picture of my IP address and Vodafone’s website confirming this.Avoid them at all costs. I’ve used many bookies and never had this experience before. From searching on the internet I can see that many people have been denied free bet promos because of this. They’re hiding behind their T&Cs and exploiting customers.

Absolutely crooked and fuxed payouts.Just played slingo GOLDEN ENVELOPES. Staked £56,got into bonus round where you have to pick 3 GOLDEN ENVELOPES,Before I picked any envelope I saw that my balance had increased by £30.lo and behold I won mini jackpot of £30.This happened 3 times, staked £32,staked £53,same result. I generally like Boylesports and it is in my top three online Casinos. However, the customer service through the chat function is awful. I dread if anything goes wrong (a couple of times I’ve had to query payouts) or if I just have a general query because you have to go into battle with their chatbot! It just keeps giving you irrelevant articles time after time no matter what you type in. Eventually you have to claim a problem you don’t actually have to circumvent this….but even that doesn’t always work. It might seem inconsequential but if a serious query were to arise you’d probably have to wait until opening hours and ring them. I think there is room for improvement there. I have given only two stars, my generally good opinion of Boylesports notwithstanding, because I have raised this with them by chat and also by email previously but got only a perfunctory ‘thanks for the feedback’ type of reply and nothing has improved….if anything it’s getting worse!

My previous review was replied to asking me to contact them by email. I had already been communicating with them this way and they just hide behind T&C’s to offer a Mobile Offer that is voided without notice if you happen to use an IP address that has ever been used by someone else, which must be reasonably common due to mobile browsing using Dynamic IP addresses. I have asked them to return the £10 spent on my qualifying bet as it was a bet I wouldn’t have placed otherwise, only for more T&C’s to be thrown at me. Anther example of a large company bullying a small person.If however they are willing to actually be amenable, I will quite happily change this reviews to reflect that. We shall see…
