Verification nightmare! They are happy to take your deposit money and then shortly after lock your account with no reason why leaving you to chase customer services. They will then ask you for your id and documents only for them to be rejected multiple times without telling you so you have to go back to customer services to see what the problem is. A long winded process and far from right Won't be using again!

Been betting with these for years then out if the blue I got an email saying you no longer qualify for promotions freebets enhanced odds etc and our decision is final! in quite an arrogant way an unprofessional way. I no longer trust this company shocking customer service. I've never had so much as a dispute with them so Im really annoyed.

I got my first withdrawal within 48 hours and was very happy that this site is good.Also the deposit process was smooth mostly.However recently I deposited some money using upi(airpay gateway) and the money was paid to them/Airpay but betway showed transaction unsuccessful.I really don't know what to do now as the deposit failure should be resolved by betway and their payment gateway but they are blaming it on the bank.

Don't waste your time - they're quick to take your money and slow to pay it back. They do what they can to screw you. Be it fixing the casino games to MAJORLY benefit the house, or letting bonus cash expire within a few days of getting it. Take your money elsewhere. I'm sure there are some sites that are less rigged than this one.

Until last week it was good experience and me with betway, their was no problem while depositing or withdrawing money but all of a sudden my depositing amount not getting reflect in my account(I made 3 transactions) I contacted customer support, they say contact your bank, back says everything is cleared from our side, nor my money for back, nor my betway account got credited, without depositing we can't play. Now the only way is going for other bet apps, which has use friendly experience

The worst customer support team. Every time we have to contact them for unsolved queries. They won't respond about the status. My deposit was unsuccessful on their end. They told me that I will receive it within 7-14 working days. Today May 22th still I didn't receive it. I have contacted them many times. They asked for my statement, transaction number. They said it will take 3 days to review. I have contacted them after 3 days and they said contact after 48hrs and again I have contacted them after 48hrs. Again they told me to give us some time. Rest of the information is the same as my government issued ID. I then try to withdraw my money and I haven't even made any bets yet but it won't ket me. This site is rubbish. They have a section with quick links which is ironic because there is absolutely nothing quick about this site making cash out bets and in play bets almost impossible to use. The games site has far too much going on and it's very difficult to find games because the search system isn't great and when you eventually get a list of games it's almost impossible to see what they are called because everything is so small. All in all you spend more time trying to load things up which makes it a crap experience and it automatically fills in your bet slip with a value of money which you can change but I think it should be left blank so the customer can decide how much they want to bet without having to delete all this. The only positive is they are quite good with withdrawal times if you eventually get a bet on and win

Emails aren't monitored, phone lines not in use eventually got through via Facebook and they've had to escalate it to get a manual withdrawal authorised! Seriously you took my money dont care about account being closed just give me money back absolute fraudsters! Dont use whatever you do. All this after they advised my account had been verified!

I tried to place the same bet after i won only to see" balance too low" . i contacted support repeatedly and they confirmed i won the bet, and their systems showed i had not been paid. the live support told me this happens all the time and my "account would be credited manually within 24 hours". Its been 1.5 weeks with me contacting everyday to hear a new story. Stay away no point betting your hard earned money, if you do win, you might not even get paid.

These games really like tuned! I have been playing these games regularly for 7-8 years, I have never seen anything like this before.
We prepared our legal paper to the Gambling Commission. With win-loss rates, I can only comment, I can tell you what I have been through, but I cannot accept game errors during games shutdown, screen blackout, jackpot!
I spoke with a bet lawyer and he said the seriousness of the matter.
If my requests are not fulfilled on Tuesday, we will take legal action and apply to the necessary places for the revocation of the Gambling certificate. Also, they didn't even send the report I wanted at the beginning of April! Imagine the rest!

worst app. no customer service. scam. Being told right now that its normal for a deposit to take 4 hours. As if people are waiting 4 hours to make a bet. My money has still not showed up in my account. When I finally manage to get ahold of customer service through online message app only! they tell me to email betway support. then I get an email back saying they no longer actively manage this inbox. I am so choked right now, just spent my entire day dealing with my missing money. and still havent heard sh@# back. f#@# this company.

Hi, everyone Not sure how frequent this is, I was paying live blackjack. I would bet from 2-50 dollar hands. Winning around 200$. Then when I started to bet bigger. It would start to reject my bets, my bet was still taken without letting me play. This happened around 6-7 times. Taking 200 dollars each time. The screen would say bet rejected, by my money still taken. I spoke to customer support and they gave me a bunch of game ids and said they would return my bets in 24 hours. It’s been over this time period. I feel like I have been robbed by these guys. It’s like my game was sabatoged on purpose. Live support Isn’t being really supportive and I’m afraid Betway will try and just keep my money I won fair and square

Horrible casino. I'm not going to go into all the details, you can read about them from everyone else. Deposit= no problem, withdraw= good luck. You will have to fight and fight and fight, and will still not get your winnings. I closed my account and told them to keep it. They were beyond happy and arrogant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So I go to the support option which gives me categories to troubleshoot and this problem isn't an option on there. So I try to live chat and it asks me to pick a category to chat about and when I do it just pops back up the same categories as before and doesn't allow me to live chat at all. While I enjoy using betway than bet365 and I also understand everything is automated in Betway and it’s a good move towards long term but there should be an easy method to interact with support agent when we encounter problems. The email support doesn’t respond at all and their chat support takes beyond 50 minutes to connect. I hope they will look into it and provide necessary support.

Really disappointed with the unethical practices of Betway. In the begining you will win but later u loose all the money untill your account become zero .They use magnets in live roulette they can controll the ball ,I have noticed many strange movement of a white ball .Today it rolled twice consecutively on 0 which is close to impossible if random and wiped out my account. To know the full details watch in youtube . If I don’t get my money back I will definitely defame them on social media. please don't waste your money and time.
